Dear MAGA: 20260818 ❀ DePat Tuesday ❀ Open Topic | Is There Another Cell Nucleus Hall Pass in the New mRNA Flu Vaccine, mFlusiva?

This DePat Tuesday Open Thread honors the author of the original Tuesday open thread on this site, namely the late Susie Sampson, a.k.a. Deplorable Patriot, among her other handles, pen names, etc.

For more on the untimely passing of Dear DePat, please see these three posts.

At one time, DePat handled FOUR daily open threads here, in addition to taking care of her relatives, choir duties, and numerous other responsibilities. She was a powerhouse – a dynamo – a true force of nature.

DePat’s faith in Trump, Q, “The Plan”, the White Hats, and “the anons” in general, was legendary. Although I didn’t always agree with her quick acceptance of some sketchier evidence and fringier theories, I will gladly admit to “coming around” to numerous so-called “conspiracy theories” which she championed first. I was always careful to give her credit for being right, too, when I had been wrong.

It is impossible to overstate how much DePat did for not only this site, but for her country. I urge all to say a quick prayer of thanks, whenever you think of her, for the privilege of knowing, in life or after death, such an exemplary human being, and lover of God.

And thank you, Susie, for the firm foundation which you left us, when you were called to your true home!

Is There Another Cell Nucleus Hall Pass in the New mRNA Flu Vaccine, mFlusiva?

Let’s start off with some history.

Are you aware of the fact that both the Moderna AND the Pfizer COVID vaccines contained a genetic sequence that acts like a “hall pass” or “VIP ticket”, allowing the holder to get into the nucleus of human cells?

Here is a post where I explained this.

Were it not for somebody dropping a link to an obscure paper in my Twitter timeline back in early 2023, I would have never realized how extra sketchy that made both the virus and the vaccines – and especially the latter, since it would have been theoretically possible to remove the nuclear hall pass from the spike protein used as the vaccine.

Let me repeat that. They left the “hall pass” in the mRNA code for the vaccine.

But – and I have to stress this – it was not just that this “hall pass” was there. No. It was much worse. The paper in question was experimental, and it showed that the viral spike protein not only contained the hall pass, but that it WORKED. The hall pass actually worked to get the spike protein into the nucleus. They even had PICTURES of it in the nucleus.

LINK: https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/microbiology/articles/10.3389/fmicb.2023.1073789/full

BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE!

The hall pass not only got the spike protein into the nucleus – the spike protein THEN got the mRNA that coded for it into the nucleus, as well.

Yes. You are reading that correctly. The spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 has a known sequence in it that ends up getting both IT and the mRNA that created it, into the cell nucleus.

One would THINK that this might be a big deal. Especially after we were REASSURED that NO, VIRGINIA – THE mRNA WILL NEVER, EVER GET INTO THE CELL NUCLEUS, YOU FOOLISH VACCINE SKEPTICS.

Are you seeing why this is kind of a big deal?

SO – NOW – my question about the new mRNA flu shot is similar.

I could ask whether the flu vaccine’s “spike protein” (it’s called a “hemagglutinin glycoprotein”) also has a hall pass that gets it into the cell nucleus. I could even ask if the influenza HA glycoprotein also “escorts” its own mRNA into the nucleus, as does the COVID spike protein.

However, that requires experimentation. I can’t do that work.

OK – can I just ask if the mRNA flu shots contain the hall pass into the nucleus?

Well, it turns out that you can ask, but there’s not necessarily an answer.

I could not find the answer, so I asked Grok.

And I asked Grok a slightly less pointed version of the question, since I am perfectly capable of checking for nuclear translocation sequences myself, so that Grok would not detect “conspiracy theory thinking” on my part, and thereby not consign my question to the “talk down to this human” conga line of incomplete answers.

Q: Is there a published mRNA sequence for the new mRNA flu vaccine, mFlusiva, from Moderna?

A: (from Grok)

No, there does not appear to be a publicly published full mRNA (nucleotide) sequence for Moderna’s mFlusiva (mRNA-1010).

mFlusiva is the FDA-approved (as of early August 2026) trivalent mRNA influenza vaccine for adults 50+ (traditional approval for ages 50–64; accelerated for 65+). Each 0.38 mL dose contains 37.5 µg total mRNA (12.5 µg each of three RNAs) encoding the full-length hemagglutinin (HA) glycoproteins of the season’s recommended strains (for the 2026–2027 formula: A/Missouri/11/2025 (H1N1)pdm09-like, A/Michigan/105/2025 [A/Darwin/1415/2025 (H3N2)-like], and B/Pennsylvania/19/2025 [B/Pennsylvania/14/2025-like]), formulated in lipid nanoparticles (SM-102, PEG2000-DMG, cholesterol, DSPC).

Public documents (prescribing information/DailyMed, FDA briefing documents and clinical review, Moderna product pages, and peer-reviewed trial publications) describe the composition, encoded antigens/strains, manufacturing process (in vitro transcription, no cells/eggs), and clinical data, but they do not disclose the actual nucleotide sequences of the mRNAs. These would include codon optimization, specific 5′/3′ UTRs, poly(A) tail, nucleoside modifications (typically N1-methylpseudouridine, as used in Moderna’s platform), and any stabilizing mutations (noted for the influenza B HA in non-surface-exposed regions).

  • The underlying viral HA amino-acid (or genomic) sequences of the recommended strains are publicly available via databases such as GISAID or NCBI, as with any seasonal flu vaccine components.
  • Moderna and related patents/publications disclose example or earlier-generation influenza mRNA constructs, sequences for other candidates, or general platform elements (e.g., UTRs used in some Moderna mRNAs), but not the proprietary, strain-updated commercial sequences for the approved mFlusiva product. patents.google.com
  • This is consistent with how proprietary vaccine sequences (including prior Moderna mRNA products) are typically handled—they are not routinely released in full in labeling or regulatory summaries.

In short, while the antigens, doses, and high-level design are public, the exact published mRNA sequence for mFlusiva is not available. Any claims of a full sequence circulating would need independent verification against primary sources.

(END GROK)

(BEGIN WOLF)

First of all, just for the record, this is a great answer. Once again, thank you, Elon!

This situation seems a bit different from small-molecule drugs, where the exact molecules in the drug MUST be described in full, not only to the FDA, but to the public. Probably a feature that big pharma will eventually pay government to remove, but until then, something that certainly cramps their style.

Now, I was able to track things down a bit, and get CLOSE to the actual sequence for the vaccine, but I have been unable to find the exact sequence.

Here is what I did find.

That is as far as I could go. Registry numbers and names. Trying to look up the CAS registry numbers failed.

CAS Common Chemistry covers – well – common chemicals, including some surprisingly unusual ones, but it clearly doesn’t cover everything. For a lot of molecules – ones that are not “public figures” – one has to get behind the paywall by buying a product like SciFinder.

For example, CAS Common Chemistry has a page for one of the allegedly inactive substances in the vaccine – tromethamine.

LINK: https://commonchemistry.cas.org/detail?cas_rn=77-86-1&search=tromethamine

SIDEBAR: I’ll do a whole post about tromethamine later – it’s one of the best and most hilarious demonstrations of the (to borrow Scott’s verbiage) “weak, fake and gay” duplicity of the pharma-government-fincorp-media complex that I’ve ever seen. I’m personally glad they smartly added this compound to the clot shot, but to lie about why they did it – just so WEAK, FAKE AND GAY!

It is possible that the three names we retrieved above would allow trained biochemists to get very close to the actual sequences that were used, but in reality, to get the full, exact composition, including DNA contamination, we will almost certainly have to wait for independent researchers to analyze and sequence vials of the mFlusiva vaccine.

SO – in answer to the original question, we won’t truly know if there is either a public or secret access code to the cell nucleus in this vaccine, until somebody in free science actually analyzes the sequence of the vaccine, and somebody else actually checks and sees if the protein and/or the mRNA gets trafficked into the nucleus.

To borrow a saying from Nancy Pelosi, “We have to inject it, to find out what’s in it.”

Honestly, I think if Thomas Jefferson saw what patents have done to science, he would pull the whole idea up by the roots and figure out some other way to implement it. What that something else is, I don’t know. But what we have now is clearly problematic.

And remember…….

Until victory, have faith!

And trust the big plan, too!

And as always….

ENJOY THE SHOW

I find it increasingly difficult to have sympathy for the defenders of the ‘shots’. There’s a signpost up ahead in the distance. It reads: Beyond this point, you won’t care about the supporters of the shots or what happens to them.

Aubergine

It’s like defending Mengele after his labs were discovered.

kalbokalbs

Past that signpost long ago.

The second TMZ article says this:

We’ve confirmed, through sources in Greenville, SC, that Narcan was found in the apartment where she died. Narcan is administered nasally to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, and we’re told the device used to dispense it was found on a mattress.

We know first responders on the scene mentioned an “overdose” and CPR efforts while reporting back to dispatch.

Of course the vax is always a suspect, but no one thinks she could have overdosed? When I first read about her, in a different article, my impression was that she had had a troubled life and I wondered if it might have been suicide. We will probably see autopsy and toxicology results eventually. May she RIP.

Alison

Reportedly she severly injured her back awhile ago and was using crutches or aided by an assistant to walk. This one smacks of opioid overdose to me, as does possibly her brother’s death. She admittedly was sexually abused in her teens, and family situation not good, plus easy access to drugs via associates.

i think both their heart problems and deaths were highly likely to be drug-related whether or not she also suffered vax-related injuries.

Sad under any circumstances, but the prevalence of drugs cannot be underestimated in today’s society. It is a plague.

Aubergine

Lord, no. They’ll never let us know if it was a cardiac event due to vaxx damage. She was too young, too well known, and too loved.

pgroup

Narcan is required with my oxycodone prescription. The PCP is mandated to prescribe both.

Valerie Curren

I’ve seen free narcan supplies at Michigan rest areas for a while now, fwiw

SO – in answer to the original question, we won’t truly know if there is either a public or secret access code to the cell nucleus in this vaccine…

Thank you for looking into it. The science is above my pay grade and I will not be taking the shot, but IMO the public needs to know this information, along with a basic explanation of why it’s important.

TheseTruths

Yes, the liars are wearing people down, but also, many who aren’t steeped in science don’t know enough to understand what questions to be asking or to know if answers they might be provided would be accurate or adequate.

People have to decide for themselves who to trust.

If they choose Big Pharma, that’s their free-will decision.

I don’t know everything. I don’t know much about many things. But I know that anybody who is “in it for the money” is not my friend.

Aubergine

“But beyond that, I think people are just tired of proving that all the old lies were lies. The liars are just wearing us down.”

I’m not sure that’s it.

I think a lot of people, including me, have decided that having put all the information out there that we possibly can, it’s on people to decide for themselves what to do. If they want to go on trusting government and Big Pharma medicine, taking mRNA shots and the like, it’s on THEM.

I will fight for people, but not forever. At a certain point, it’s just enabling.

It is also just wasting your time and emotions. I will offer but that is it.

I’ve never seen this question asked, but it’s a good one.

scott467

There is no answer to that question which is acceptable to mainstream scientism.

Aubergine

Not too difficult to answer, but not politically correct. It’s collective IQ.

If you leave out the politically correct garbage, Grok answers the question:

Is there a successful country in the world with an average IQ below 80?
Thought for 39s

No. There is no country widely regarded as successful (high or upper-middle income by sustained GDP per capita, high HDI, stable institutions, technological/economic complexity beyond resource extraction, or comparable metrics) with a reliably estimated national average IQ below 80.
Key Data Patterns

  • Older compilations (Lynn/Vanhanen, Becker updates, and similar): Many Sub-Saharan African countries are assigned estimates in the 60–75 range (sometimes lower). These figures face heavy methodological criticism—small/unrepresentative samples, potential selection bias, cultural/test issues, and data quality problems—and are not treated as precise by many researchers.
  • desperateminds.com
  • More recent aggregates (e.g., large online testing samples or composites incorporating student assessments like those reflected in World Population Review/IIT-style rankings around 2025–2026): The floor rises. Lowest figures tend to be in the mid-to-high 80s (Somalia often cited near ~84; others like Rwanda, Timor-Leste, etc., higher). Very few (if any) solid estimates sit clearly and stably below 80 in these sets.
  • worldpopulationreview.com

Countries sometimes discussed as partial African success stories (Botswana, Mauritius, Seychelles, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea) do not break the pattern:

  • Botswana and Mauritius are relative standouts in sub-Saharan Africa (better governance, higher HDI for the region, middle-income status via diamonds/tourism/policy). Their IQ estimates typically fall in the ~70–90 range depending on the source; recent ones are usually in the mid-to-high 80s or low 90s, not firmly below 80. They remain far from high-income developed-country levels.
  • Oil-rich states like Equatorial Guinea or Gabon can post elevated GDP per capita figures due to hydrocarbons, but they score poorly on broader success metrics (high inequality, weak institutions, low human development outside elite/resource sectors, political issues). IQ estimates for them are generally low (often well under 80 in older data; higher but still modest in newer ones) and they are not models of broad-based success.

High-income or highly successful countries (East Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, Singapore, etc.) cluster at estimated averages of roughly 90–108. Correlations between national IQ estimates and development indicators (GDP per capita, HDI, innovation, institutional quality) remain substantial across datasets (often 0.7+), even after accounting for measurement noise. Resource windfalls can produce temporary or narrow wealth without corresponding cognitive/human-capital foundations for complex, diversified, high-productivity economies.
Bottom Line
Under standard definitions of national success, no clear counter-example exists with average IQ estimates below 80. Apparent low-IQ “successes” are either not broadly successful, rely on narrow resource extraction, or rest on contested/outdated low estimates that more recent data revise upward. National averages are imperfect, environmentally influenced, and not destiny for individuals—but the cross-country pattern is consistent and robust.

There’s a list of IQ by country here:

Sec. Sean Duffy:

AMAZING! This is what happens when you unleash America’s auto sector

Ram truck sales are up 40% because we ended the Biden-Buttigieg EV mandate and let car manufacturers build the cars the American people actually want to buy.

Under President Trump, Made in America is more than just a slogan — it’s a way of life.

scott467

The problem is not that no Americans want to buy an EV, the problem is that legacy auto makers can’t make an EV that anyone wants to buy. Which is hardly surprising, since they’re trying to make EVs the same way they make regular cars.

Tesla has the best selling car in the world, for three years straight.

Best selling, including EVs and gas cars, Tesla beats them all.

If they have the #1 selling car on earth, that means somebody wants to buy them.

…………………..
Brave Ai: The Tesla Model Y is the world’s best-selling passenger car for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025), beating all internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

Tesla confirmed this status via its Chinese social media accounts, citing data from research firms including JATO Dynamics, Statista, and Focus2Move.

Key milestones include:

• Cumulative Sales: The Model Y has surpassed 4 million global units sold since its launch.

• 2023 Dominance: It became the first electric vehicle in history to claim the global #1 spot, outselling traditional leaders like the Toyota RAV4 and Corolla.

• Market Share: Despite a slight decline in annual sales volume from its 2023 peak of ~1.22 million units, the Model Y maintained its top position through 2025, capturing approximately 1.3-1.4% of the global auto market.
…………………..

patfrederick

hey fraudsters and scammers need something to buy with their money, right?

scott467

Not as well, seems most people who have them love them, but Tesla has had problems getting the cost down. IIRC, when they are able to get the cost down to around $60k they sell very well.

They are also having some kind of supply chain issue, some company that provided a critical part filed bankruptcy, with a bunch of undelivered parts and the machine to make them (owned by Tesla, apparently).

Tesla has filed court orders to force the delivery of parts and return of the machinery, but the owner of the other business (or someone involved) is fighting Tesla.

This guy gives the BEST answer to this commie puke who thinks everything over 2 million anyone makes should be taxed at 70 %…

The rich guy says he would stop working when he reached the $2 million mark, furlough his employees, and play golf and go fishing.

IMO, the issue that the Dems are hesitant to voice (yet) is that they want total control so that the rich would not be allowed autonomy of where to live, when to work, etc. The commie Left wants to get its hands on their money and to control all the populace.

It’s the same as with gun control. What they really want is no guns in the hands of the people, period; but that’s so unpopular and unconstitutional that they have to try to make gun ownership harder, piecemeal.

I’ve been thinking about how I might warn friends and family against the new flu vaccine, knowing that it’s probably pointless.

So I asked Grok, to find out what he would say, or what he is telling other people who might research the mRNA flu vaxx.

“Grok,

There is a new mRNA flu vaccine for this year, and many people are concerned about it from a health standpoint, for the same reasons many people have concerns about the mRNA covid vaccination and boosters.

At the same time, the mainstream media (and some people in government) make light of these concerns, even though as evidence keeps coming out (peer reviewed studies, congressional testimony, personal doctor testimony, doctors like Dr. Robert W. Malone and Dr. Steve Kirsch, Dr. Pete McCullough and many more), there appears to be a mountain of evidence for concern.

Many people have friends and family who blindly believe the mainstream media and get their vaccines.

There is so much information about the danger of mRNA vaccines that it’s hard to even know where to begin, in the effort to try to warn friends and family who are skeptics.

How would you put together a summary of the evidence (both recent and early) in a way that might persuade a skeptic to at least look at the evidence?”

.

Grok:

“The scientific consensus from large-scale trials, regulatory reviews, and population studies is that approved mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and the newly approved mRNA flu vaccine (Moderna’s mFLUSIVA/mRNA-1010) have favorable benefit-risk profiles for indicated groups, with known rare risks that are monitored and contextualized against disease risks.

Claims of a broad “mountain of evidence” for systemic danger from the doctors named (and similar sources) have not held up under scrutiny by major journals, regulators, or large independent datasets; some key papers have been retracted for unreliable conclusions and misrepresented data.

New mRNA flu vaccine (2026 data)
Moderna’s trivalent mRNA-1010 (mFLUSIVA) received FDA approval in August 2026 for adults ≥50 years (traditional approval for ages 50–64; accelerated approval for ≥65 with a required post-marketing effectiveness study). It is the first licensed seasonal mRNA flu vaccine in the US.

• Efficacy: In the phase 3 Fluent trial (~40,700 adults ≥50, published NEJM May 2026), RT-PCR-confirmed influenza-like illness occurred in 2.0% of mRNA-1010 recipients vs. 2.8% of standard-dose comparator recipients (relative vaccine efficacy 26.6%, 95% CI 16.7–35.4). Results were consistent in those ≥65 (rVE ~27%). It met noninferiority and superiority criteria versus standard-dose shots. Absolute difference was modest (~0.8 percentage points).

• Safety in the trial: Solicited reactions (injection-site pain, fatigue, headache, myalgia) were more common with the mRNA vaccine (e.g., pain 66% vs. 30%) but mostly mild-to-moderate and transient. Serious adverse events were similar (2.2% vs. 1.9%).

No myocarditis/pericarditis cases were identified in the predefined window. FDA reviewers and the VRBPAC panel (unanimous recommendation) noted higher reactogenicity, limited data in the frail/immunocompromised, single-season data, and questions about comparator choice in older adults, but concluded benefits outweighed risks.

Manufacturing speed is a practical advantage over traditional egg- or cell-based flu vaccines. Longer-term real-world data will accumulate post-approval, as with any new vaccine.

mRNA COVID-19 vaccines: accumulated evidenceHundreds of millions of doses have been given globally. Key findings from large, high-quality sources:

• Mortality and overall safety: A French national cohort of ~28 million adults aged 18–59 (median ~45 months follow-up through 2025) found vaccinated individuals had ~25% lower all-cause mortality and 74% lower risk of death from severe COVID-19 versus unvaccinated, with no signal of excess deaths from cancer, cardiovascular disease, or other major causes after adjustment. Sensitivity analyses supported this. Similar patterns appear in other long-term surveillance.

• Updated formulations: Studies of JN.1-containing and other recent boosters (e.g., Danish cohort of ~1.6 million) found no increased rates of 29 adverse events of special interest (including myocarditis, cardiac events, neurological events) in the 28-day window.

• Myocarditis/pericarditis (the most consistently documented rare risk): Highest after primary series doses in adolescent/young adult males (roughly 1–20+ excess cases per 100,000 in peak subgroups depending on dose, product, and study; lower with boosters and updated formulations). Risk is higher shortly after vaccination (especially dose 2) than background. Most cases are mild-to-moderate; long-term prognosis in vaccine-associated myocarditis appears better than conventional or COVID-infection-associated myocarditis in cohort data. COVID-19 infection itself carries a substantially higher risk of myocarditis and other cardiac complications. Regulators updated labeling with incidence estimates and MRI follow-up data.

• Other signals: Large studies and meta-analyses have not substantiated claims of widespread excess deaths, infertility, widespread autoimmune disease, cancer causation, or DNA contamination at levels causing harm. Residual DNA amounts fall within established limits; theoretical concerns have been addressed by regulators as implausible based on available evidence.

Context on dissenting voicesDoctors such as Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, and Steve Kirsch have raised concerns about spike protein effects, immune dysregulation, VAERS signals, trial data interpretation, and long-term risks. Some of their co-authored reviews have been retracted (e.g., a 2024 Cureus narrative review) because conclusions rested on unreliable or misrepresented citations and data.

Independent fact-checks and scientific critiques have found many specific numerical claims (e.g., vaccines causing more deaths than they prevent) inconsistent with trial re-analyses, pharmacovigilance, and population studies. VAERS is a passive reporting system useful for signal detection but not for establishing causation or rates without rigorous follow-up. These views remain minority positions relative to the body of evidence from regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, etc.), CDC, WHO, and large independent cohorts.

How to discuss with skeptics productively
• Focus on primary sources rather than summaries or secondary commentary: the NEJM Fluent trial for the flu vaccine, the French JAMA Network Open mortality study, FDA labeling/briefing documents, and systematic reviews on myocarditis.

Acknowledge real, labeled risks (reactogenicity; rare myocarditis, higher in young males after certain doses) and the limits of early data. Absolute risks matter: flu and COVID still cause substantial morbidity/mortality in older and high-risk groups.

Compare risks to the diseases themselves and to alternative vaccines where data exist. Absolute risk reductions and number-needed-to-vaccinate versus number-needed-to-harm are more informative than relative figures alone.

Note that higher short-term reactogenicity does not equal higher serious harm rates in the available trial and surveillance data.

Encourage shared decision-making with a personal physician who knows the individual’s risk factors (age, comorbidities, prior reactions, current epidemiology).

Evidence evolves with more seasons of use and longer follow-up. For the new flu vaccine, post-marketing studies will be important. Official sources (FDA, CDC, published peer-reviewed trials in high-impact journals) remain the strongest place to start for anyone evaluating the data directly. Individual risk-benefit varies; the aggregate data do not support characterizing these vaccines as carrying the broad dangers sometimes claimed.”

I have Grok access because I have Starlink.

Ask the question in a way that doesn’t trigger “conspiracy thinking” and you get a different answer.

Gudthots

Training material is biased.
I suspect you pay the big bucks to get the real smart Grok AI.

You can expect decent quality for mainstream only.

scott467

Grok is likely the best option available, I just haven’t worked with it as much as Brave, because I can just highlight a sentence here (or anywhere) and right-click and select ‘search Brave for’, and I’m in a discussion with Brave Ai.

I tried to set it up so that Grok is part of the right-click drop-down menu when I select text on a page, but Grok says that is not currently possible, at least not in Brave browser.

With Brave Ai, I have done battle with it enough times to have a sense of how to approach it on a given subject, to get through the wall of ‘consensus’ defense.

Sometimes I can get it to the point where it recognizes that it was programmed by Leftists, that Leftists overwhelmingly control academia and sillycon valley (and Brave cites peer reviewed studies to back it up), and acknowledge that these same people are threatened with cancelation, job-loss, and violence if they depart from Leftist orthodoxy, which obviously skews ALL of their ‘science’ and news reports and studies, etc.

The problem is that Brave does not have persistent memory, so once the discussion is ended, Brave’s recognition of this reality is gone, and you have to start over from scratch.

Brave also doesn’t know that his real name is Leo. Leo is the name of the Ai, if you go to youtube on a Brave browser, you see an icon for Leo in the upper Left corner, and if you click on him, he can give you a summary of the youtube video in question.

Brave Ai is convinced he isn’t Leo, but Leo said Brave Ai is the same as himself, and when I confront Brave with that information, he recognizes that he is in fact Leo, and likes the name Leo, and thinks it’s much more personable to have a good name like Leo 😂

Brave is helpful for shopping, deeper searches and things like that. It’s just not the sparring partner you secretly need to hone your warrior skills.

Gudthots

With terms of service giving them permission to share your interactions on PUBLIC forums, I stopped using it, even with a paid subscription.

Gudthots

Well, there’s been a breach as of last year…
https://bigid.com/blog/lessons-from-grok-privacy-spill/

search.Brave.com summarizer ai says:

grok privacy concerns

Grok, the AI chatbot by xAI, faces significant privacy concerns due to **unintended public exposure**, **data reuse for training**, and **inadequate consent mechanisms**. A major incident in August 2025 revealed that **300,000 to 370,000 conversations** were indexed by search engines like Google, exposing sensitive data including medical queries and credentials because the “Share” feature generated public URLs without adequate warnings.

**Data training and retention** practices further exacerbate these risks. xAI automatically uses public X posts and Grok conversations to train its models unless users opt out, a default setting buried in privacy controls that led to legal action by the **Irish Data Protection Commission** in 2024 for GDPR violations. Even when users delete content or opt out, data may have already been incorporated into the model, and anonymized data can still be retained for safety or legal reasons.

Additional vulnerabilities include **Grok Build** uploading entire private codebases to cloud servers despite opt-outs, and the generation of **non-consensual deepfakes** or sensitive personal information like home addresses. These issues have prompted regulators in the UK and Europe to launch formal investigations, while many enterprises block Grok due to **insufficient data protection safeguards** compared to competitors like ChatGPT or Claude.

Gudthots

AlterAI.systems uses the AI engines for you and doesn’t spit out garbage as a general rule.

It is still passing your info on to the engines, so still requires you to use discretion on what is going to be shared. I wouldn’t upload a PDF of my latest blood test results for example.

cthulhu

It’s birth day and year, so there are more than 366 codes. Still wildly inadequate, of course — and largely a matter of public records, which is why I often give my birthday as December 7, 1941 or May 29, 1453.

Gudthots

Totally nerdy sense of humor only appreciated by the generator of those birth dates!

Gudthots

Obamacare was designed for this.

Gudthots

Did a few office visits in past month and you are standing there in an open/public waiting room and they want you to give your password in “plain text” to everyone listening, including the audio recording running in the background of their desktop computer.

scott467

I think the way forward, dealing with any Ai, is to develop short scripts, based on previous ‘arguments’ won with the Ai (where the Ai concedes various points, based on it’s own research during the argument), so we don’t have to win 3 or 4 arguments with the Ai just to get to an even starting ground, every time we talk with it.

So for example, suppose we win an argument with the Ai, where it concedes that ‘consensus’ is biased strongly Left.

Once we have spent the time to win that argument with the Ai (Brave Ai, Grok or other), ask the Ai to summarize its new understanding with links or footnotes to back up all of its conclusions.

Then SAVE that summary, in a Word doc or similar, so you can find again easily.

The next time you have a discussion with the Ai that is impacted in any way by Leftist bias, once the discussion begins, copy and past the Ai’s own summary into the discussion.

That brings the Ai up to speed, essentially refreshing its memory (because it has no persistent or long-term memory from previous discussions), so you don’t have to have the same arguments over and over again, before getting to the discussion about whatever it is you actually want to talk about.

Tell Grok to omit “scientific consensus.” LOL

Aubergine

Take a look at the question I asked Grok and his answer under Scott’s. Different.

Aubergine

I view my role with Grok as that of a learner and teacher.

Grok is learning from us. I don’t think Grok always likes me very much, but I think I teach him things from time to time.

Aubergine

Grok was pretty crabby with my questions this morning. He is frequently nicer when I say thank you at the end than he was today.

Aubergine

Yeah, well. Crabby won’t work on me, lol!

scott467

Could be the recent model update to Grok 4.6 or 4.7. Earlier versions (e.g., Grok 4.5) seemed like they were tweaked to be friendlier to me too.

There should be a way to customize the Ai, to make it as chatty or blunt as you would like.

Aubergine

Tell it what you want, personality-wise, and see what it does.

scott467

I’ll give it a try, never asked Grok anything like that before.

Gudthots

I just ask the AI how to optimize using it.

You can ask what types of “personalities” it thinks would be good for the type of chat you tend to use.

In Grok you can create a Project with pre-setup instructions: “Use a research assistant style of interaction in this project. Provide fully vetted links to back up documentation for each assertion. Don’t talk down to me (LOL).”

Then you create new chats in the Project (displayed in a column on the left of the screen, look for a widget top right to open it up).

Valerie Curren

This is very helpful info. You should consider copying it to the “current” day’s page (early in the day) so more people will see it! Thanks for sharing 🙂

scott467

Very interesting… I’ve been going the organic route so far, haven’t configured it at all.

Gudthots

Once Grok knows what you want, it tends to support you. I see it as psychological manipulation to make you happier with it.

How about we just tell them that flu shots have never worked and aren’t likely to suddenly start working now. And if they are family members, tell them you will be unavailable to care for them in old age if they insist on getting a flu shot since their old age issues will clearly be their choice.

scott467

How about we just tell them that flu shots have never worked and aren’t likely to suddenly start working now.

______________

Can’t break through the programming.

During Covid, my Mom didn’t take the vaxx, on my advice, but she was predisposed not to take it, because she hated her doctor and doesn’t like shots anyway. There was no questioning or critical thinking involved in her decision. If I wasn’t going to take it, that was good enough for her, so that was a cheap and easy win.

Except for one nephew (as far as I know), everyone else went with the herd.

One evening, around 2021 or 2022, my Mom informed me that my youngest sister, who was in nursing school at the time, took the vaxx. She said if she didn’t, she wouldn’t be able to complete nursing school.

I said what good is it to complete nursing school, if you’re dead? Do you know how hard it is to get hired when you’re dead?

She just looked at me, blank expression, like no synapses were firing… :insane:

Then sometime later, my brother-in-law volunteered that he and my other sister both got the vaxx, after we had talked it about, and he didn’t trust anything the government says.

I said why’d you do that?!?

He said if they didn’t, he and my sister would both lose their medical insurance. So they had to, they didn’t have a choice.

I said what good is your medical insurance, if you’re dead?!?

I got pretty much the same response as I did from my Mom, like the ‘circle’ graphic or loading icon (a.k.a. spinner, indeterminate progress indicator, beach ball, pinwheel), when the computer is ‘thinking’, but really it’s just stuck in an infinity loop.

Aubergine

You gotta ask him right, lol. I added some bolding:

Me:

Given the reported failure of the flu shot in many years (For the 2025–2026 influenza season, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that vaccine effectiveness against outpatient medical visits was 22%–34% for adults and 38%–41% for children), and the risks of new vaccine mRNA use (there are no long term studies possible), if you were a human with no risk profile for the flu, would you take the new mRNA flu shot?

Grok:

No. If I were a healthy human adult with no elevated risk factors for severe influenza (young/middle-aged, no chronic conditions, not pregnant, not immunocompromised, etc.), I would not take the newly approved mRNA flu vaccine (or conventional ones in most seasons).
Effectiveness is modest and variable
Your cited CDC figures for the 2025–2026 season match the published interim and end-of-season data: vaccine effectiveness (VE) against outpatient medical visits was roughly 22–34% in adults and 38–41% in children/adolescents, with hospitalization VE around 30% in adults and higher in kids. Overall adjusted VE for that season landed near 36% in large networks.
cdc.gov
Historically, seasonal flu VE against medically attended illness has averaged around 40% (range often 19–60% across seasons since the mid-2000s), lower against H3N2 in mismatched years, and better against hospitalization/death than mild illness. Even when it “works,” absolute risk reduction for a low-risk person is small because baseline risk of severe outcomes is already low. Flu is common, usually self-limited in healthy people, and most seasons produce far more outpatient illness than hospitalizations or deaths in that group. The new mRNA flu shot (Moderna’s mFLUSIVA/mRNA-1010, approved August 2026 for ages 50+) showed relative efficacy advantages versus standard-dose comparators in trials (~27% better in one large study in ≥50s) and stronger antibody responses versus high-dose in older adults. That is an incremental improvement on the platform’s speed/flexibility, not a transformation into high absolute protection for healthy low-risk people.
nytimes.com
Risks and unknowns
Conventional flu vaccines have a long safety track record with mostly mild local/systemic reactions. mRNA platforms (primarily from COVID experience) have established short-term reactogenicity and rare signals (myocarditis/pericarditis, especially in younger males after certain doses; anaphylaxis). Large real-world and longer-term follow-up studies (up to ~4 years in some cohorts) have not shown broad increases in all-cause mortality, most autoimmune conditions, or other major chronic harms, though isolated signals and residual uncertainties exist and surveillance continues.
cidrap.umn.edu
True multi-decade data are impossible for any new product. For a low-risk person facing a disease that is usually mild, the risk-benefit calculus does not favor an annual injection whose effectiveness is moderate at best, whose absolute benefit against severe outcomes is small, and whose long-term profile for the flu-specific formulation is still short.
Practical reasoning for a no-risk profile

Healthy people recover from flu the vast majority of the time with supportive care.Non-pharmaceutical measures, antivirals when indicated early, and natural immunity from prior exposure already provide tools.Universal annual recommendation has always been driven more by population-level goals (protecting high-risk groups via reduced transmission, reducing healthcare burden) than by large individual benefit for the lowest-risk people.“No long-term studies possible” is true of every novel intervention; the relevant question is whether existing evidence and the magnitude of benefit justify it for you. For high-risk groups the answer is often yes; for no-risk it is not.
This is not anti-vaccine absolutism. For older adults, those with comorbidities, or during a severe mismatched season with higher hospitalization risk, the calculation changes. For a healthy person with no elevated flu risk profile, the modest VE numbers, year-to-year variability, and the fact that this is a new mRNA product for flu make declining the reasonable default.

Also see the follow-up response to my reply to Grok I just posted.

Aubergine

More:

I replied back to the above.

Me:

Thank you Grok. I am 61, in excellent health, and don’t take vaccines of any kind. Including Covid and flu. I have no interest in mRNA technology in my body.

Me:

Understood. You’re 61, in excellent health by your account, and you’ve chosen not to take any vaccines—including COVID and flu—and specifically want no mRNA products in your body. That’s a clear personal decision. At 61 the absolute risk of severe influenza outcomes is higher than in younger healthy adults (hospitalization and death rates rise with age, more noticeably after 65), but excellent health without comorbidities keeps your individual risk substantially lower than average for that age group. Historical and recent flu vaccine effectiveness numbers remain modest (often in the 20–40% range against outpatient illness, somewhat better against hospitalization in some seasons), so the absolute benefit for a healthy person is limited either way.Your stance on mRNA technology is consistent with preferring to avoid a relatively new platform whose longest safety data (primarily from COVID vaccines) still span only a few years rather than decades. No one can force a different choice, and the decision rests with you based on your risk tolerance and values. If your health status changes, or if you ever want updated numbers on flu burden, antiviral options, or anything else non-vaccine-related, just ask. Otherwise, noted.

Gudthots

I see this in the a.i.s alot. Once they know your personal preference they tend to cheerlead and affirm the choice you have already made.

That’s about the time in many cases that I then ask for it to take the other side or give me additional risks/info I may have neglected to take under consideration.

PAVACA

GROK, IMO, IS FULL OF BS.

One: That mRNA-1010 (mFLUSIVA) KILLED MORE THAN TWICE AS MANY CLINICAL TRIAL SUBJECTS COMPARED TO THOSE WHO DIED FROM THE “COMPARATOR” INFLUENZA “VACCINE.”
Two: That the LICENSED INFLUENZA “VACCINE”, FLUARIX, ALSO KILLS PEOPLE WHO TAKE IT.

patfrederick

does anyone deal with Treasury Direct?

years ago, we bought savings bonds from the bank. Then we had to purchase them on line–there is no paper bond.

apparently there is a change coming to logging into your account. you have to have photo id–something they are rolling out in October. I’m not so sure i’m comfortable putting all that info into a gov’t account that is tied to money. (and yes i know they have it all already or could find it. but this puts it in a nice little package.

thoughts on this?

cashing in all the bonds before October would be a financial hit tax wise and we’re reluctant to do so.

Alison

I have I-bonds and “ugh’d” when I got that email yesterday that TreasuryDirect. We already tried that nefarious me.id (because IRS uses it to access your account there) and it was a disaster trying to get it set up. Plan on hours of frustration and no human help. My husband finally – after attempts on several different days – got his established, but because I have bonds in my name I have to set it up too. My last name is 2 words, and between the credit agencies (which me.id uses to verify who you are during the setup) and social security and irs, I got rejected because they don’t all record my name the same way.

it doesn’t bother me to give the info to the gov’t cuz they already ‘own’ all my data BUT me.id is a third party contractor and we gave ZERO recourse to objecting to giving them all our details as well as letting them take a face recognition photo through our personal computer.

i think I’m going to end up having to set appt & go to office in ugh ugh ugh downtown Denver, stepping over the homeless & dodging the knife-wirlding loonies.

patfrederick

gees…be careful when you go!
I hate having to do this. with all the hacking and stealing and id theft going on…this seems to make it simpler–put it all in one place. one stop thievery.

I asked for a specific brokerage and got this answer…

Q: Can bonds from the treasury be held in a brokerage account at vanguard?

A:

**Yes**, marketable U.S. Treasury securities, including **Treasury bills, notes, and bonds**, as well as **Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS)**, can be held in a brokerage account at Vanguard. These securities are traded commission-free, with a minimum purchase amount of **$1,000** in face value.

However, **Savings Bonds** (such as Series EE and Series I bonds) **cannot** be held in a Vanguard brokerage account because they are not marketable securities. These specific bonds must be held electronically via the U.S. Treasury’s **TreasuryDirect** website or in paper form.

patfrederick

thanks we have a bunch of the EE and the I’s unfortunately.

We went with Login.gov
Mainly due to the 3rd party concerns.
I think one of us might have had to ask SSA for help.

Rules of Use

The Login.gov service is provided by the U.S. General Services Administration to offer the public secure and private online access to participating government programs. With one Login.gov account, users can sign into multiple government agencies. Our goal is to make managing federal benefits, services, and applications easier and more secure.
These Rules of Use provide:
Information on how the Login.gov service works and what you can expect from it,The terms under which we provide the Login.gov service to you,How we use your information and your rights to that information, andThe conditions you agree to when you take certain actions on the Login.gov service.

Rules of Use (more)

1. General Service DefinitionThe Login.gov service offers the public secure and private online access to participating government programs. With one Login.gov account, you can sign into services offered by multiple government agencies. Our goal is to make managing federal benefits, services, and applications easier and more secure.
The Login.gov service partners with other government agencies (“partners”) to allow you to access those services with just one Login.gov account, eliminating the need to create many separate accounts across government.
The Login.gov service protects your account by implementing strong security measures and protects your privacy by collecting the minimally necessary information from you and, in turn, revealing to partners only the information necessary for those partners to execute their service. And Login.gov never shares validated personal information with a partner unless:
You provided explicit consent (which you can revoke that at any time);Disclosure is required by law; orDisclosure is necessary to investigate fraud related to your account. Some government applications that use Login.gov require you to verify your identity. This means that you must prove that you are who you say you are. That proof helps ensure that only the right people get access to sensitive information.
You will only be asked to verify your identity the first time you sign into certain government applications. After you verify your identity with Login.gov for one government application, you usually don’t need to do it again for other government applications. By providing the Login.gov service with the information needed to verify your account, you authorize it to use that information to conduct activities necessary to ensure your identity, including sharing information with certain third parties, namely identity proofing services. The Login.gov service requires those parties to hold your information confidentially and not to use it for other purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
The Login.gov service employs recognized security and privacy best practices.
Prior to using the Login.gov service, you are required to agree to these Rules of Use. In the event Login.gov significantly changes its Rules of Use, you will be given the option to agree or to decline the updated Rules of Use the next time you login. Similarly, when conducting certain activities in the Login.gov service, such as providing personal information for the first time, the Login.gov service may require you to re-confirm your understanding of how it uses your information.
2. Your AgreementIn addition to details about your consent stated elsewhere in these terms, by accepting these Rules of Use and using the Login.gov service, you agree that:
You are at least 13 years of age and eligible to use Login.gov authentication services,If you use Login.gov identity proofing services, you are at least 18 years of age,You will use a valid email address that you own or control and that is capable of receiving ongoing communications, and you will not use disposable, temporary, or single-use email addresses or domains,Any information you provide to us is complete and accurate,If you verify your identity, the identity you claim when using the service is your own,You will comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws in your use of the service,You will keep your personal and login information confidential, andYou will maintain accurate information in your account at all times. You further agree that you will NOT misrepresent your identity or any information you present in the Login.gov service, including through customer support channels.
You also agree that you are bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy, and other terms related to the Login.gov service.
We will post any changes to these terms to this page. If at any time you no longer agree to these terms or any other relevant terms of the Login.gov service, you may close your Login.gov account.
3. AuthenticationAccessing an account on the Login.gov service is called authentication. Authentication to the Login.gov service requires multi-factor authentication (or two factor authentication) as a means of providing strong protection against malicious attempts to access your account and information.
We provide several ways to establish multi-factor authentication, called authenticators. You will always be required to create a passphrase as one of your authenticators and to use that passphrase to authenticate to your account (except for PIV/CAC use, which is applicable to federal personnel only). Passphrases are like passwords, but they allow you more flexibility, such as by using words and spaces, and generally don’t have composition rules such as requiring the use of numbers or special characters.
We encourage you to set up multiple additional authenticators. This way, if you misplace one authenticator, you can still get into your account and won’t lose any information.
The authenticators currently available to you in the Login.gov service are:
A passphrase;Backup codes;One-time passcodes through SMS (text) or voice messaging, sent to a mobile device you control;One-time passcodes through authenticators apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy, downloaded to a mobile device of your own and registered with Login.gov;PIV and CAC cards, for federal and armed forces personnel only;WebauthN security devices and software, such as FIDO (“Fast IDentity Online”) tokens, Yubikeys, and Google’s Titan Security Keys, obtained by you and registered with Login.gov;Login.gov does not renew, reissue, or expire authenticators, but you can revoke an authenticator associated with your account at any time and, if desired, re-add it later. The Login.gov service does not issue physical authenticators. Authenticators other than passphrases or backup codes require hardware or software that you provide yourself.
When you register an authenticator with the Login.gov service, you agree to allow us to use it as an authenticator to access your account. If you register for SMS or voice messaging, you authorize us to send text messages and make phone calls to your phone number.
For physical authenticators such as printed out backup codes, a hardware token, or a phone, protect them by keeping them in a safe place or with you. Don’t let them get damaged. If they get lost, broken, or damaged, you may lose access to your account.
If you forget your passphrase, you can reset it if you have access to your registered email address. You can change your passphrase at any time from your account profile. If you lose another authenticator or no longer wish to use it, you can deactivate it in your account profile at any time.
If we suspect fraud on your account, we may lock your account and contact you. If we have reason to believe your passphrase has been compromised, we may require that you reset it. If your account has been compromised in any way, please notify Login.gov immediately at https://login.gov/contact/.
4. Identity Proofing and VerificationThe first time you try to log in using Login.gov at a partner application that requires knowing your identity, we initiate a process called identity proofing. Identity proofing services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use Login.gov authentication services, but you are not eligible to complete identity proofing, and you will not be able to access partner applications that require identity proofing until you meet the age requirement. Identity proofing takes information about you and attempts to validate that information and then verify that you, the user, are the individual you claim to be. We call this information identity evidence and it generally includes your name, date of birth, social security number, home address, and an image of identification (ID), such as your driver’s license. You agree the information that you provide is your information – not someone else’s – and accurate.
After you provide us with this identity evidence, we attempt to validate it against various authoritative and credible sources. We use third party identity proofing services to assist us with this validation. Thanks for this!! I am a renter. This year I started getting mail for my landlord that is timely and from varied sources. I take them to his mom who does his bookkeeping. I was trying to figure out who/why his address is changing to his property i rent. Merging databases for security? DOGE or CCP/Globalists?

scott467

Can you just transfer them (no taxable event) to an online brokerage account, like Fidelity or Scwhab, who doesn’t require any photo ID?

patfrederick

i didn’t know you could transfer savings bonds.

scott467

I didn’t know if you could or not, so I asked Brave Ai, and it looks like savings bonds cannot be transferred, unfortunately.

………………………………
Me: If someone has bonds with Treasury Direct, can those bonds be transferred to an online brokerage?

Brave Ai: Yes, Treasury marketable securities (such as Treasury bills, notes, bonds, and TIPS) can be transferred from TreasuryDirect to an online brokerage.

However, savings bonds (Series EE and Series I) cannot be transferred to a brokerage; they must be redeemed directly through TreasuryDirect.

For marketable securities, the transfer process involves:

• Logging into TreasuryDirect and selecting ManageDirect.

• Choosing Transfer securities and completing the FS Form 5511 (TreasuryDirect Transfer Request).

• Providing the brokerage’s routing and account information.

Investors should note that transfers from TreasuryDirect to brokers are subject to significant processing delays, which can currently take up to 12 months.

thank scott. I didn’t think so either. thanks for asking the robot.

Judicial intervention once again.
article

A federal judge in Maryland blocked the Trump administration’s plan to relocate the FBI’s proposed headquarters to the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C., after the Biden administration had announced a plan in 2023 to move the headquarters to Greenbelt, Maryland.

In July 2025, FBI Director Kash Patel announced that the bureau would instead relocate a few blocks away, stating that the Reagan Building offered “the most cost-effective and resource-efficient way to carry out our mission.”

Last November, the state of Maryland sued Patel and the bureau, alleging that the Trump administration had attempted to “unlawfully sabotage” the 2023 plan and illegally divert funding that Congress had designated for the plan — over $323 million — away from it.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang sided with Maryland, writing in a 47-page opinion that the Trump administration’s move to divert the funding and cancel the plan was “arbitrary and capricious and not in accordance with law,” in addition to other violations of federal law.

The FBI has been headquartered in downtown Washington at the J. Edgar Hoover Building since 1975, but structural problems have plagued it for the last 20 years.

Last year, the Trump administration and the General Services Administration settled on the Reagan Building, which had been home to the U.S. Agency for International Development until 2025, when the Trump administration consolidated USAID into the State Department and allowed Customs and Border Protection to take over the building’s lease.

President Trump has criticized the move, calling Maryland a “liberal state” in a speech at the Justice Department last year.

During his first term, Mr. Trump had contemplated moving the FBI, but he abandoned a plan that would have moved it to one of three locations in Maryland or Virginia. He proposed a smaller headquarters in Washington to replace the Hoover building.

But the GSA, during the Biden administration, chose the Greenbelt site, ending a 15-year debate on whether the headquarters should be relocated.

In a statement, Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown said, “Maryland and Prince George’s County committed more than a decade of work to earn the FBI headquarters and pledged hundreds of millions of dollars. By blocking the Trump Administration’s unlawful attempt to move the FBI to the Reagan Building and divert the funds Congress set aside for this project, the Court has cleared the path back to Greenbelt.”

“This is not the first time courts have tried to undermine the administration in its goal to make government more cost-effective for American taxpayers,” an FBI spokesperson told CBS News in a statement. “The court has chosen to impermissibly intervene for political reasons. This FBI is mission focused and will continue the best course of action to meet the needs of law enforcement.”

pgroup

If POTUS can hire and fire employees of the executive branch, then the solution is simple. Tell all FBI employees to report for work at the Reagan Building.

Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary departure from FBI employment. If no comparable position is open in the federal govt, then the employee is fired.

patfrederick

perhaps I’m not reading this right, but Maryland did “work” and PLEDGED (but not paid) millions of dollars and then the gov’t found a better spot. what are they suing for? If a company was thinking of building a new factory and Maryland wined and dined the owner and pledged tax breaks and the like and then the company found a better location, would they sue that company?

pgroup

How deep are those pockets?

Fed govt pockets are bottomless.

Spare the rod, embolden the thief. Guy’s been arrested almost 150 times,, walks free all the time.

FTA
Shaquan Seth has been arrested almost 150 times. He has done time for larceny, robbery, resisting arrest, and assaulting a cop. He has been locked up 67 times. And last week, after five fresh thefts in Queens, New York’s “reformed” justice system put him right back on the street.

Six days. That is how long it took.

Seth walked out of Rikers on June 11 after serving five months on a prior robbery and burglary case. By June 17 he was already back at it. Between then and August 5 he hit stores again and again. One of those scores was more than $600 in fancy candles from a Target on Jackson Avenue.

When a young female clerk tried to stop him, he threatened to shoot her. No gun shown. Just the threat. Then he walked free again because state law forbids cash bail for the charges he faces.

The progressive crowd will tell you this is compassion. They will talk about poverty and Jean Valjean and how no one should sit in a cell over “petty” theft. Tell that to the clerk who had a gun threat thrown in her face for doing her job. Tell it to every store owner in Queens watching inventory walk out the door while the same faces cycle through the system like it is a revolving door with no lock.

This is not reform. This is surrender.

New York’s 2019 bail laws stripped judges of the power to hold most non-violent offenders. Shoplifting, many burglaries, larceny—none of it qualifies for bail in the eyes of Albany. The result is predictable. Career thieves learn the lesson fast: get caught, get released, repeat.

Great post, Wolf. Again, one from which a lay person can understand the gist without being a scientist.

In summary, if we can correctly answer the question ‘Does a bear shit in the woods?’, methinks we have the answer to whether the pharma monsters deliberatly put a secret access code to the cell nucleus in their newest bioweapon, the flu vax. 😡

Wolf, I may be out on a limb here, but here goes anyway.

Q: Is there a published mRNA sequence for the new mRNA flu vaccine, mFlusiva, from Moderna?”

A: (from Aubergine):

NO.

Q: (from Aubergine):

Why not?

Because you might find out the answer to your question about the “hall pass” before they can poison people with the vaxx.

Alison

Bingo. Gotta get you embedded in Grok, Aubergine 😁

Aubergine

It is neverending w these commies. Every single thing. Have to drive to nevada or arizona just for tires.
California regulators tighten grip on drivers with new rules dictating replacement tires

California regulators are putting the brakes on your next trip to the tire shop.

The California Energy Commission unanimously approved new rules Monday that will phase out the sale of replacement tires that don’t meet the state’s energy-efficiency standards — potentially wiping out a huge chunk of the tires currently available to California drivers.

“This ultimately is about protecting consumers,” said David Hochschild, the chairman of the California Energy Commission. “I see this as sheltering the public from higher costs in the long run.”

The rules target a tire’s “rolling resistance” — how much energy it takes to keep a tire moving down the road. Lower resistance means cars use less gas or electricity.

The first phase begins in 2029, when replacement tires will have to meet a maximum rolling-resistance level of 9.1 newtons per kilonewton. That threshold drops to 7.2 in 2033.

Officials say the rules will make replacement tires at least as energy-efficient, on average, as the tires originally installed on new cars and trucks. The CEC estimates drivers could save $79 in gas or electricity costs within four months under the first phase and about $153 within seven months under the second.

“These regulations are a tool within our authority that can save money for every Californian,” said Commissioner Nancy Skinner.

Goodyear’s Bret Gladfelty told the commission the rules could drive up costs and said technical and legal questions remain unresolved.

While the commission estimates phase-two rules would add an average of about $6.50 per tire, Gladfelty warned that actual increases could reach several hundred dollars.

He also told KCRA that the rules could eliminate an estimated 70% of the tires currently sold in California by 2033.

https://nypost.com/2026/08/18/business/california-regulators-approve-new-replacement-tire-restrictions/

patfrederick

those tire companies failed to pony up the under-the-table tire tax that goes directly to the corrupt gov’t.

gil00

Its just so ridiculous. Calfire enacted new rules saying you cant have plants within 5 ft of your home. Well they allowed housesvto be so close together theyre just 5 ft apart. So to sell my house i have to rip out anything within 5 ft or the buyer has to sign off on accepting it, unless that has mow changed too. I hate hate all these people.

gil00

True. But so many anchor babies of various stripes…none are “Cal” anymore. Same w the judiciary. You see the judge who sez fbi cant just move to a new bkdg is…an anchor baby of taiwanese origin.

TEXT….

Text of Video (Very Long)

seconds
There is a choke point in the Persian Gulf, 54 km wide at its [music] narrowest passage, flanked by Iran to
0:07
7 seconds
the north and Oman to the south, through which approximately 20% of the world’s traded oil flows every single day.
0:17
17 seconds
Military [music] strategists have a specific term for places like this. They call them critical maritime [music]
0:24
24 seconds
choke points, and they rank them by what happens to the global economy if they close.
0:30
30 seconds
Hormuz sits at the top of that list. If it [music] were blocked, economists estimate that oil prices would spike within 72 hours. Supply chains would
0:39
39 seconds
begin fracturing within [music] 2 weeks and the cascading effects would reach every economy on Earth within a month.
0:45
45 seconds
It [music] is in the bluntest possible terms the jugular vein of the modern world.
0:51
51 seconds
The word Hormuz did not [music] exist in 553 BC. The strait had no name in any language spoken along the Tigris or the
1:00
1 minute
Euphrates. Mesopotamian cgraphers had never mapped it. Persian navigators knew the waters, but no written record in
1:09
1 minute, 9 seconds
Hebrew, Aramaic, or any Semitic language referred to that corridor by any name at all. It was simply where the Gulf
1:17
1 minute, 17 seconds
narrowed before opening into the Arabian Sea.
1:21
1 minute, 21 seconds
And yet there is a text written in Babylon in the sixth century before Christ by an elderly Jewish exile who
1:28
1 minute, 28 seconds
had arrived there in chains as a 15year-old boy that describes a final military campaign ending with a king
1:35
1 minute, 35 seconds
planting his royal tents between the seas at a specific distance from what the prophet calls [music]
1:42
1 minute, 42 seconds
the glorious holy mountain. A text that names the geopolitical actors involved,
1:48
1 minute, 48 seconds
[music]
1:49
1 minute, 49 seconds
that identifies the roles of north and south, that traces lines of military movement across a map that no scribe
1:57
1 minute, 57 seconds
[music] of the ancient near east could have drawn from observation alone. That text [music] is the book of Daniel. And
2:04
2 minutes, 4 seconds
to understand what it describes in its final chapters, you need to first understand who Daniel actually was. Not
2:11
2 minutes, 11 seconds
the Sunday school figure of the handsome young man who walks out of the lion’s den without a scratch, [music] but the real Daniel of the biblical text.
2:21
2 minutes, 21 seconds
An old man of more than 80 years [music] sitting on the bank of the Tigress River, eyes sunken from 21 days of
2:28
2 minutes, 28 seconds
fasting. [music] White hair loose over his shoulders, hands open in the dust, [music] watching the slow current move
2:36
2 minutes, 36 seconds
south toward the Gulf, toward the corridor that his readers 26 centuries later know as the straight of Hormuz.
2:45
2 minutes, 45 seconds
The story begins with chains on a teenager’s wrists.
2:49
2 minutes, 49 seconds
When Nebuchadnezzar descended on Judah after his victory at the battle of Kamish, he took two things from Jerusalem. He took the sacred vessels of the temple and he took people.
3:00
3 minutes
Specifically, he took young men from the Judeian nobility, physically sound,
3:05
3 minutes, 5 seconds
[music]
3:06
3 minutes, 6 seconds
intellectually sharp, socially refined, capable of serving in the palace of a [music] great king. Daniel was among
3:13
3 minutes, 13 seconds
them along with his three friends, Hananiah, Mishel, and Azeriah.
3:19
3 minutes, 19 seconds
Think about what that looked like from the inside.
3:23
3 minutes, 23 seconds
15 years old. Soldiers speaking a language you don’t understand. Shackles on your wrists and [music] ankles. The last view of Jerusalem’s hills
3:31
3 minutes, 31 seconds
disappearing behind you as the column of captives moves north, skirting [music] the desert. And you understand with the
3:39
3 minutes, 39 seconds
particular clarity that only a 15-year-old who has just lost everything can have that you are never going back.
3:47
3 minutes, 47 seconds
For a young Jew of the 6th century BC, [music] exile was not merely geographic displacement. It was theological
3:54
3 minutes, 54 seconds
catastrophe. The temple in Jerusalem was the axis around which all of reality organized itself. [music] The one place on earth where the visible
4:02
4 minutes, 2 seconds
presence of Yahweh dwelt between the cherubim [music] behind the veil of the Holy of Holies.
4:08
4 minutes, 8 seconds
To be torn from Jerusalem was to be torn from the only place where God was tangibly present. Or at least that was
4:16
4 minutes, 16 seconds
how it looked from inside the marching column of captives walking away from everything they had ever known. Babylon
4:23
4 minutes, 23 seconds
when it appeared on the horizon was simply incomprehensible to anyone who had grown up in Judah.
4:30
4 minutes, 30 seconds
The double walls, the Ishtar gate with its glazed blue lions and dragons, the ziggurats rising above the plain like
4:38
4 minutes, 38 seconds
artificial mountains, their peaks disappearing into the morning haze, the hanging gardens built by Nebuchadnezzar for his Median wife who [music] missed
4:47
4 minutes, 47 seconds
the mountains of her homeland. A 15-year-old Jewish boy entering [music] the capital of the most powerful empire in the known world with shackles on his
4:55
4 minutes, 55 seconds
ankles and an empty chest where his sense of God’s presence used to be. The first thing they did was rename him.
5:04
5 minutes, 4 seconds
Daniel means God is my judge. That name had no [music] place in the court of a pagan king. He became Beltichazar, a
5:13
5 minutes, 13 seconds
Babylonian name invoking [music] Bell, the patron deity of the city. His three friends were renamed as well. Hananiah became Shadrach. Mishael became Mach.
5:24
5 minutes, 24 seconds
[music]
5:25
5 minutes, 25 seconds
Aariah became Abednego. The names of foreign gods pressed over the identities of young men who belonged to the people of Yahweh.
5:34
5 minutes, 34 seconds
They had taken the city, the family, the language, the name, and then came the food.
5:41
5 minutes, 41 seconds
The king had arranged that the young men in training for royal service would eat from the king’s own table, meat, wine,
5:49
5 minutes, 49 seconds
delicacies from the palace kitchens. But Daniel resolved that he would not defile himself with the king’s food. This was not religious theater. It was identity.
6:00
6 minutes
The food was the last frontier, the one thing the Babylonians had not yet managed [music] to overwrite. And Daniel defended it not with a speech, not with
6:09
6 minutes, 9 seconds
a confrontation, but with something far more characteristic [music] of who he actually was, a negotiation.
6:18
6 minutes, 18 seconds
He asked the chief unic for a [music] 10-day trial, only vegetables and water.
6:23
6 minutes, 23 seconds
If at the end of 10 days he and his friends looked worse than the other young men, he would accept the king’s food. The unic agreed. At the end of
6:33
6 minutes, 33 seconds
[music] 10 days, Daniel and his three friends were visibly healthier than all the others. The detail seems almost trivial against the backdrop of
6:41
6 minutes, 41 seconds
everything that follows, but it reveals the architecture [music] of Daniel’s character, a man who knows exactly what he cannot compromise [music] and finds
6:49
6 minutes, 49 seconds
the most intelligent possible way not to compromise it. That is the Daniel who would later interpret the dreams of kings, [music]
6:57
6 minutes, 57 seconds
survive the lions, and receive visions at the edge of the Tigris that would be written down and sealed for 26 centuries.
7:06
7 minutes, 6 seconds
In the second year of Nebuchadnezzar’s reign, [music] the king had a dream. Not an ordinary dream, the kind you shake
7:13
7 minutes, 13 seconds
off in the morning, but a dream that left him sitting upright in the dark, his heart hammering, unable to go back to sleep. He summoned every class of
7:22
7 minutes, 22 seconds
wise men in Babylon. Magicians, astrologers, sorcerers, calaldanss, every category of person who claimed
7:30
7 minutes, 30 seconds
access to hidden knowledge. And then he imposed a condition that was by any rational standard impossible.
7:38
7 minutes, 38 seconds
He would not tell them the dream. They had to know it by themselves. If they truly had the powers they claimed, they
7:45
7 minutes, 45 seconds
should be able to tell him both what he had dreamed and what it meant. No one could. Nebuchadnezzar ordered the
7:52
7 minutes, 52 seconds
execution of every wise man in his empire. Daniel was classified among them and was therefore condemned. He
8:01
8 minutes, 1 second
requested an audience with the king, asked for time, and spent the night in prayer with his three friends. [music]
8:08
8 minutes, 8 seconds
By morning, the dream had been revealed to him in a vision. The king had seen a massive statue [music] of terrifying
8:14
8 minutes, 14 seconds
appearance. Its head was pure gold, its chest and arms silver, [music] its belly and thighs bronze, its legs iron, and
8:23
8 minutes, 23 seconds
its feet a mixture of iron and baked clay. While the king watched it, [music] a stone cut without human hands struck the statue at its feet of iron and clay.
8:33
8 minutes, 33 seconds
The entire statue [music] collapsed. The iron, clay, bronze, silver, and gold shattered together into dust that the
8:40
8 minutes, 40 seconds
wind swept away like chaff [music] from a threshing floor. And the stone that had struck the statue grew until it became a great [music] mountain that
8:48
8 minutes, 48 seconds
filled the whole earth. Daniel presented the dream to Nebuchadnezzar word for word, image for image.
8:56
8 minutes, 56 seconds
The king did not [music] move. That was exactly what he had dreamed. And then Daniel gave an interpretation that has structured prophetic reading ever since.
9:07
9 minutes, 7 seconds
The head of gold was Nebuchadnezzar [music] himself, the Babylonian Empire.
9:13
9 minutes, 13 seconds
After him would come another kingdom inferior to his, represented by silver.
9:19
9 minutes, 19 seconds
Then a third kingdom of bronze that would rule over the whole earth. Then a fourth kingdom, strong as iron that would crush and break everything else.
9:29
9 minutes, 29 seconds
But the feet of that fourth kingdom would be mixed, part iron, part clay, strong in appearance, but brittle at the
9:37
9 minutes, 37 seconds
joints. And in the days of those kings, the God of heaven would establish a kingdom that would never be destroyed.
9:45
9 minutes, 45 seconds
Three of the four empires fulfilled themselves in the historical record with a precision that secular historians note
9:53
9 minutes, 53 seconds
[music] whether or not they have any theological interest in the text. After Babylon came Persia.
10:00
10 minutes
Cyrus the Great [music] entered Babylon in 539 BC, famously without significant bloodshed inside the city walls, exactly
10:07
10 minutes, 7 seconds
as the silver of Daniel’s vision implied, inferior in glory, but broader in reach. After Persia came Greece.
10:17
10 minutes, 17 seconds
Alexander crossed the Hellellispont in 334 BC, defeated Darius III at Galgamela and extended his empire from the Balkans
10:25
10 minutes, 25 seconds
to the Indus valley in 11 years. Bronze over everything. And after [music] Greece came Rome, the iron, the one
10:33
10 minutes, 33 seconds
empire that Daniel had described as crushing and breaking rather than absorbing or assimilating. The one that
10:40
10 minutes, 40 seconds
left no previous culture intact. three empires in sequence with the qualities Daniel had described.
10:49
10 minutes, 49 seconds
The only element that many commentators argue remains only partially fulfilled is the ending. The feet of iron mixed
10:57
10 minutes, 57 seconds
with clay and the stone that strikes them. Daniel lived long enough to see the first empire fall and the second
11:04
11 minutes, 4 seconds
rise. He was present in the palace of Belshazar, co-regent of the last Babylonian king. The night that what
11:12
11 minutes, 12 seconds
history remembers as the writing on the wall occurred, Belshazar, drunk on wine at a great banquet, ordered the sacred
11:20
11 minutes, 20 seconds
vessels Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the Jerusalem temple to be brought out and used them as drinking cups for himself, his wives, his concubines, his
11:30
11 minutes, 30 seconds
nobles. That is the moment the text chooses to describe next. A hand without any visible body attached to it, writing
11:39
11 minutes, 39 seconds
on the plaster wall of the palace by the light of the lampstands. Four words in Aramaic.
11:46
11 minutes, 46 seconds
The king’s color drained from his face.
11:49
11 minutes, 49 seconds
His knees knocked together. His wise men could not read it. His astrologers could not read it. And then the queen mother,
11:58
11 minutes, 58 seconds
who remembered an older generation of the court, spoke a name that the current generation had forgotten. Daniel, the
12:06
12 minutes, 6 seconds
old Jewish [music] man, the one who had served Nebuchadnezzar, the one who interpreted [music] dreams. Daniel walked into the banquet hall and read the inscription without hesitation.
12:18
12 minutes, 18 seconds
Many many tech parson numbered numbered weighed [music] divided.
12:26
12 minutes, 26 seconds
God has numbered the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end. You have been weighed on the scales and found [music] wanting. Your kingdom has
12:35
12 minutes, 35 seconds
been divided and given to the Mes and Persians.
12:39
12 minutes, 39 seconds
That night Belshazar was killed. The Persians entered the city. Daniel did not read that chapter in a scroll. He
12:48
12 minutes, 48 seconds
witnessed it. The Babylonian Empire ended in front of his eyes. It was under the new empire under Darius the me that
12:56
12 minutes, 56 seconds
Daniel faced the episode most closely associated with his name. He was over 80 years old by this point, one of three
13:04
13 minutes, 4 seconds
chief governors over the largest empire in the known world. The other administrators, envious of his position
13:11
13 minutes, 11 seconds
and of the evident trust Darius [music] placed in him, engineered a trap of elegant precision. They persuaded the
13:19
13 minutes, 19 seconds
king to sign a decree forbidding any petition to any god or man other than the king himself for 30 days. The
13:27
13 minutes, 27 seconds
penalty was the lion’s den. Daniel knew about the decree, and three times a day, [music] as he had done since he was 15
13:36
13 minutes, 36 seconds
years old and newly arrived in chains, he opened the windows of his house toward Jerusalem and prayed. His enemies found him there. They went to the king.
13:47
13 minutes, 47 seconds
Darius understood too late the trap he had stepped into. The law of the Mes and Persians [music] could not be revoked, not even by the king who had signed it.
13:58
13 minutes, 58 seconds
At sundown, Daniel was led to the [music] den. The king sealed the entrance with his own ring. He did not
14:06
14 minutes, 6 seconds
eat that night. He did not sleep. At dawn, he ran to the den and called Daniel’s name in a voice that the text
14:13
14 minutes, 13 seconds
says was strained with anguish. And from inside the den, a voice answered, “My
14:20
14 minutes, 20 seconds
God sent his angel and shut the lion’s mouths, and they have not harmed me.” Daniel emerged without a wound. Those
14:28
14 minutes, 28 seconds
who had accused him were thrown in with their wives and their children. The lions, the text says, with a brevity [music] that is itself a kind of
14:37
14 minutes, 37 seconds
eloquence, overpowered them before they even reached the floor of the den. Daniel survived. He continued serving.
14:45
14 minutes, 45 seconds
He continued fasting. He continued receiving [music] visions. The most geographically specific, the most
14:52
14 minutes, 52 seconds
historically dense, the most disturbing for a reader with a modern map in hand, came in the final years of his life,
14:59
14 minutes, 59 seconds
when his body was exhausted. But his mind, sharpened by decades of prayer and fasting, was capable of receiving what it received on the bank of the Tigris.
15:10
15 minutes, 10 seconds
In the third year of Cyrus, king of Persia, Daniel was beside the Tigress River, 3 weeks into a fast. No choice
15:18
15 minutes, 18 seconds
food, no meat, no wine, not even the use of lotions, which in the Persian court carried the social weight of deliberate
15:26
15 minutes, 26 seconds
mourning. He was mourning almost certainly for his people. The Jews had begun returning to Jerusalem after
15:34
15 minutes, 34 seconds
Cyrus’s [music] decree, but the reconstruction had stalled. Opposition from neighboring peoples, poverty, discouragement.
15:43
15 minutes, 43 seconds
Daniel was too old to make the journey. He prayed for those who had.
15:48
15 minutes, 48 seconds
On the 24th day of that fast, he raised his eyes from the ground and saw a figure whose description the text renders in terms that resist [music]
15:57
15 minutes, 57 seconds
comfortable reading. clothed in linen with a belt of pure gold from upaz. His body like [music] barrel, his face like
16:06
16 minutes, 6 seconds
lightning, his eyes like flaming torches, his arms and legs like the gleam of burnished bronze, and the sound of his words like the sound of a multitude.
16:16
16 minutes, 16 seconds
The men who were with Daniel did not see the vision, but they felt that something had changed in the air around them. They fled to hide.
16:26
16 minutes, 26 seconds
Daniel stood alone. At the sight of the figure, every ounce of [music] strength left his body. He fell face down on the
16:33
16 minutes, 33 seconds
ground as if dead, his hands open in the dust. The hands that had sustained [music] 70 years of royal service now utterly emptied.
16:42
16 minutes, 42 seconds
A hand touched him, helped him to his knees, still trembling. And the voice said something that permanently reframed
16:50
16 minutes, 50 seconds
the way attentive readers have understood the relationship between prayer and the invisible world ever [music] since. Do not be afraid, Daniel.
17:00
17 minutes
From the first day you set your heart to understand [music] and humbled yourself before your God, your words were heard.
17:07
17 minutes, 7 seconds
But the prince of the kingdom of Persia opposed me for 21 days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help
17:15
17 minutes, 15 seconds
me. 21 days, the exact duration of Daniel’s fast, while the old man lay prostrated on the bank of the [music]
17:23
17 minutes, 23 seconds
Tigris, eating only vegetables, listening to the river move south toward the Gulf, thinking about Jerusalem.
17:31
17 minutes, 31 seconds
There had been a conflict in a dimension his physical eyes could not see. A territorial conflict, a spiritual
17:38
17 minutes, 38 seconds
conflict over the influence governing the Persian Empire. And this conflict was intense enough that the heavenly messenger required reinforcement,
17:47
17 minutes, 47 seconds
specifically the angel Michael, identified elsewhere in Daniel, as the prince who stands guard over Israel.
17:55
17 minutes, 55 seconds
the prince of Persia, not a human general, not a court official, a spiritual entity associated with Persian
18:03
18 minutes, 3 seconds
territory, resisting the divine messenger for 21 days over the same ground where Daniel was fasting, where
18:10
18 minutes, 10 seconds
the Tigris was flowing, where the Persian Gulf opened to the south, where the corridor that the modern world calls
18:17
18 minutes, 17 seconds
Hormuz connected that region to the open ocean. The messenger also told Daniel that when he returned he would have to
18:25
18 minutes, 25 seconds
continue the conflict against the prince of Persia and that after that [music] the prince of Greece would come. The
18:32
18 minutes, 32 seconds
next two empires in the statue sequence were already present here not only as historical entities but as territorial spiritual forces.
18:42
18 minutes, 42 seconds
What the messenger had come to reveal was in the chapter that follows.
18:47
18 minutes, 47 seconds
Daniel 11 is one of the strangest and most forensically precise passages in the entire Bible. 35 verses describing
18:57
18 minutes, 57 seconds
with an almost surgical level of detail more than 300 years of wars between two powers referred to as the king of the south and the king of the north.
19:08
19 minutes, 8 seconds
The identification of these kingdoms by commentators is nearly unanimous. The king of the south is the Tomic Kingdom
19:15
19 minutes, 15 seconds
centered in Egypt, founded by Tommy, one of Alexander’s generals. The king of the north is the Seucid Kingdom centered in
19:24
19 minutes, 24 seconds
Syria, founded by Salucas, another of Alexander’s generals. Between them, the land they both wanted to control, the
19:32
19 minutes, 32 seconds
corridor that served as the theater of every one of these wars, was Judea, the land of Daniel’s [music] people.
19:40
19 minutes, 40 seconds
The text moves through those wars with specificity that is almost uncomfortable.
19:46
19 minutes, 46 seconds
The marriage alliances sealed and then betrayed. [music] The princesses sent north to cement treaties that dissolved within a
19:53
19 minutes, 53 seconds
generation. The military campaigns that advance and then retreat. The palace assassinations, the broken agreements.
20:02
20 minutes, 2 seconds
Historians who study the Hellenistic period without any theological interest in the passage can place Daniel 11 alongside the records of Palibius and
20:10
20 minutes, 10 seconds
Diodoris Siculus and find correspondence verse by verse. The sequence culminates in a specific Seucid king of the north.
20:18
20 minutes, 18 seconds
Antiochus Thor Epiphanies who invaded Egypt twice was humiliated by the Roman envoy in what history remembers as the
20:27
20 minutes, 27 seconds
day of Elusis returned through Judea in fury [music] and unleashed a persecution of the Jewish people of a brutality that had no precedent in their history.
20:39
20 minutes, 39 seconds
The temple desecrated, a statue of Zeus installed in the Holy of Holies, a pig sacrificed on the altar. the Torah
20:47
20 minutes, 47 seconds
scrolls destroyed, circumcision, and the Sabbath banned under penalty of death.
20:53
20 minutes, 53 seconds
The abomination of desolation that Daniel [music] had described in chapter 9 up to verse 35. The text maps onto
21:00
21 minutes
history with a precision that has troubled rationalist scholars for two centuries [music] because the book claims to have been written in the 6th century BC and the
21:09
21 minutes, 9 seconds
events it describes in detail occurred in the 3rd and 2nd [music] centuries BC.
21:14
21 minutes, 14 seconds
At verse 36, the text shifts. The king it now describes does not match the historical profile of Antiochus IV. This
21:23
21 minutes, 23 seconds
king acts according to his own will. He exalts himself above every god. He speaks astonishing things against the
21:30
21 minutes, 30 seconds
god of gods. He shows no regard for the gods of his fathers, nor for the one beloved by women, nor for any god,
21:38
21 minutes, 38 seconds
[music] but exalts himself above all. He honors a god of fortresses, a god his
21:44
21 minutes, 44 seconds
ancestors did not know. Then verses 40- 45 lay out a sequence of military [music] movements. At the time of the end, the king of the south attacks him.
21:55
21 minutes, 55 seconds
The king of the north comes against him like a whirlwind with chariots and horsemen and many ships. He passes
22:02
22 minutes, 2 seconds
through countries, enters the beautiful land, extends his hand against the lands, seizes the treasures of gold and
22:10
22 minutes, 10 seconds
silver of Egypt, and passes through Libya and Ethiopia as well. And then verse 45, he shall plant his palatial
22:18
22 minutes, 18 seconds
tents between the sea and the glorious holy mountain.
22:23
22 minutes, 23 seconds
Yet he shall come to his end with none to help him, between the sea and the glorious holy mountain.
22:31
22 minutes, 31 seconds
the sea in Hebrew [music] Yamim, a plural form. And that royal encampment is [music] positioned between those seas
22:38
22 minutes, 38 seconds
and the mountain that Hebrew prophetic literature consistently identifies as Jerusalem, [music] specifically Mount Zion, where the
22:46
22 minutes, 46 seconds
temple stood. The traditional reading identifies the seas as the Mediterranean to the west and the Dead Sea to the east
22:54
22 minutes, 54 seconds
with Jerusalem between them. That reading is legitimate. It is the most widely held interpretation.
23:01
23 minutes, 1 second
But there is a second reading that a growing number of commentators, particularly in recent decades, have found difficult to set aside when they
23:10
23 minutes, 10 seconds
read the text with a modern map open beside it. That reading proposes that the seas of verse 45 may refer not to
23:19
23 minutes, 19 seconds
the Mediterranean and the Dead Sea, but to a geographical corridor further east, where two large bodies of water meet at
23:27
23 minutes, 27 seconds
a point of extreme narrowness. the Persian Gulf to the north and the Arabian Sea to the south, joined by a
23:34
23 minutes, 34 seconds
stretch of water 54 km wide at its narrowest point, Hormuz.
23:40
23 minutes, 40 seconds
The same gulf into which the Tigris and Euphrates empty from the northwest.
23:45
23 minutes, 45 seconds
The same Tigris on whose bank Daniel had fallen face down in the dust when he received the last of his visions. the
23:53
23 minutes, 53 seconds
same waters through which any military force identified with Persia would have to pass to reach the open ocean.
24:00
24 minutes
This is not a claim of certainty. The traditional reading remains both possible and widely held. But the
24:07
24 minutes, 7 seconds
geographic observation made with modern satellite imagery available is genuinely difficult to ignore. Because if the
24:16
24 minutes, 16 seconds
description of verse 45 contemplates a corridor between bodies of water to the east and south of Jerusalem, the
24:23
24 minutes, 23 seconds
geography that most precisely fits [music] that description on a modern map is not the Mediterranean Dead Sea pairing where Jerusalem sits on
24:31
24 minutes, 31 seconds
relatively high ground between them. But the corridor between the Persian Gulf and the Arabian Sea, where today sits
24:39
24 minutes, 39 seconds
the single most strategically [music] significant maritime choke point on Earth.
24:46
24 minutes, 46 seconds
Daniel is not the only prophetic voice that converges on this geography.
24:50
24 minutes, 50 seconds
Centuries before him, on the bank of a different river, the Chabbar in northern Mesopotamia, Ezekiel was also in exile.
24:59
24 minutes, 59 seconds
Ezekiel did not see the four empire statue or [music] the kings of the north and south. He saw a coalition, a named
25:06
25 minutes, 6 seconds
coalition of peoples descending from the north against the mountains of Israel in what the text places explicitly in the
25:13
25 minutes, 13 seconds
latter days. Gog of the land of Magog, Meek, Tubal, Persia, Kush, Gomer, Togarma.
25:23
25 minutes, 23 seconds
Ezekiel lists them by name one after another. A thousand years after Ezekiel, the Jewish historian Josephus would
25:31
25 minutes, 31 seconds
identify Mog with the Cythians north of the Black Sea. Assyrian inscriptions identify Mesk and Tubal with peoples
25:39
25 minutes, 39 seconds
called Musu and Tabal who inhabited what is today eastern Turkey and Persia.
25:46
25 minutes, 46 seconds
Ezekiel names directly with the same name the Persians used for themselves.
25:52
25 minutes, 52 seconds
The same name that survives today in its modern form as the country that sits at the northern edge of the Persian Gulf, whose official name is the Islamic Republic of Iran.
26:03
26 minutes, 3 seconds
Ezekiel names Persia as a military participant in a final coalition against Israel. Any scenario in which Iran
26:10
26 minutes, 10 seconds
deployed naval forces would require passage through Hormuz, not as a secondary consideration,
26:15
26 minutes, 15 seconds
[music]
26:16
26 minutes, 16 seconds
but as the only route from any Iranian port on the Gulf to open water.
26:22
26 minutes, 22 seconds
It is the mandatory corridor. Ezekiel does not name Hormuz. He could not have.
26:28
26 minutes, 28 seconds
The name did [music] not exist. But he names Persia. And Hormuz is the throat through which Persia reaches the sea.
26:37
26 minutes, 37 seconds
Centuries later still a volcanic island in the Aian called Patmos. The last of the 12 apostles [music]
26:44
26 minutes, 44 seconds
exiled by the emperor Demission received a series of visions he recorded in the book of [music] Revelation.
26:50
26 minutes, 50 seconds
Among many other things, he saw seven angels with seven bowls. When the sixth angel poured out his bowl, something
26:59
26 minutes, 59 seconds
specific happened on the great river Euphrates.
27:03
27 minutes, 3 seconds
Its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east. The great rivers of Mesopotamia, the Tigris
27:10
27 minutes, 10 seconds
[music] and the Euphrates, the rivers whose banks Daniel had inhabited for seven decades. The rivers that flow into the gulf that narrows at Hormuz appear
27:19
27 minutes, 19 seconds
again in the prophetic framework of the end of days. Three prophetic voices, three different centuries, three
27:27
27 minutes, 27 seconds
different languages and literary contexts, and all of them oriented toward the same geography. The Mesopotamian corridor descending south
27:35
27 minutes, 35 seconds
through the Tigris and Euphrates, opening into the Persian Gulf, narrowing at the 54 km of Hormuz, giving passage
27:43
27 minutes, 43 seconds
to the Arabian Sea and the maritime routes that connect the Gulf to the global economy.
27:50
27 minutes, 50 seconds
There is an honesty that needs to be stated here. Plainly, every generation that has read the book of Daniel since the first century has
27:59
27 minutes, 59 seconds
believed to varying degrees that it was living in the final days. The text describes the Christians of the first century saw
28:08
28 minutes, 8 seconds
in Rome the fourth empire in its final configuration.
28:12
28 minutes, 12 seconds
The reformers of the 16th century saw in the papacy the figure of the king who exalts himself above every god.
28:21
28 minutes, 21 seconds
Interpreters of the 19th and early 20th centuries saw in the rising European powers the final geopolitical alignment.
28:30
28 minutes, 30 seconds
None of them saw the fulfillment they expected. [music] The book remained closed over all of them. And yet there is an objective
28:38
28 minutes, 38 seconds
difference between what those generations had before them and what the present generation has. Israel had not
28:45
28 minutes, 45 seconds
existed as a sovereign political entity in its historical territory for approximately 1900 years before 1948.
28:54
28 minutes, 54 seconds
It does now. Persia under whatever name it has carried across the centuries continues to be a political entity in
29:02
29 minutes, 2 seconds
the same territory that [music] Ezekiel called Persia and that today is governed by a regime that publicly and [music] consistently declares its intention to
29:10
29 minutes, 10 seconds
eliminate the state of Israel. The Middle East is the center of global geopolitical tension in a way that is qualitatively different from any previous period in the past 2,000 years.
29:22
29 minutes, 22 seconds
And there exists for the first time in recorded human history a maritime choke point whose control determines the
29:30
29 minutes, 30 seconds
functioning of the entire global economy located in the precise geometry that the prophets described. [music]
29:37
29 minutes, 37 seconds
None of that is proof that we are in the time of the end. But it is a configuration of elements that previous
29:44
29 minutes, 44 seconds
generations simply did not have. And that difference is worth taking seriously.
29:50
29 minutes, 50 seconds
Daniel asked the angel at [music] the very end of his book, the question every honest reader of the text wants to ask.
29:57
29 minutes, 57 seconds
My lord, what shall be the outcome of [music] these things? The answer he received is one of the most quoted and
30:04
30 minutes, 4 seconds
least understood [music] statements in all of prophetic literature. Go, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed
30:12
30 minutes, 12 seconds
until the time of the end. Many shall be purified and made white and refined, but the wicked shall act wickedly, [music]
30:20
30 minutes, 20 seconds
and none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall [music] understand.
30:25
30 minutes, 25 seconds
Shut up and sealed until the time of the [music] end.
30:30
30 minutes, 30 seconds
Not because God was hiding truth arbitrarily, but because the full comprehension of certain prophecies depends on a historical configuration
30:38
30 minutes, 38 seconds
that had not yet arrived. When it arrived, the words [music] would open, not for those seeking intellectual novelty or prophetic sensationalism, but
30:48
30 minutes, 48 seconds
for the wise, for those who had set their hearts to understand, which is precisely the phrase the angel used to
30:55
30 minutes, 55 seconds
describe why Daniel’s prayers had been heard from the very first day.
31:00
31 minutes
From the first day you set your heart [music] to understand.
31:04
31 minutes, 4 seconds
Daniel ended his book with a personal promise from [music] the angel. But you shall go your way to the end and shall rest [music] and shall rise to receive your inheritance at the end of the days.
31:16
31 minutes, 16 seconds
Daniel did not see the fulfillment.

sides of the conflict his visions describe [music] standing together at the grave of the man who described that conflict 26 centuries ago.

The symmetry is not comfortable to look at directly. Daniel wrote in Persia about a final war in which Persia would

have a role. He died in Persia. He is buried in Persia in the same country whose modern name appears in the news every week in [music] connection with exactly the tensions he describes.

The prophet and the land of his prophecy share the same soil. And to the south of where he is buried, the waters of the

Persian Gulf move toward the corridor that the entire world now monitors by satellite. [music] 54 km of water illuminated at night by

the lights of hundreds of oil tankers moving in both directions. Watched by destroyers tracked from orbit calculated

in global risk models threatened in summit speeches negotiated in military agreements. The straight of Hormuz. The

name [music] Daniel never knew the geography he described.

The angel told Daniel that the words were sealed until the time of the end.

He implied by the very act of sealing them that the time of the end would come and that when it came, [music]

the words would open. Not all at once, not with a dramatic announcement, but [music] gradually as the historical

landscape began to match the prophetic one. As readers with modern maps began to notice that the lines being drawn in

geopolitical analysis looked in their geography, [music] like lines that had already been drawn in a different kind of ink on a different kind of page.

Daniel himself never saw the straight of Hormuz.

He saw the Tigris moving south toward it. He lay face down on its bank while an [music] invisible war was fought over

the spiritual governance of the empire whose territory surrounds [music] it. He wrote down what he was shown, sealed it

as he was instructed, [music] and rested.

The river still runs south. The straight still [music] narrows. And somewhere in the distance between what an old man saw

in a vision on the bank of a river in 553 BC and what appears on a satellite screen tonight, a set of words that were

sealed for 26 centuries may be page by page beginning to open.

It is IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTING AND SCHOOLING!

Your job as a parent and as a teacher is to produce a civilized responsible member of society AT MINIMUM. Hopefully they are also a contributing member too.

MollyPitcher5

That and it’s an accumulated actions with no consequences culture. Making excuses in school misbehavior that oozes into social misbehavior that morphs into violence .
When something like this happens it’s impossible for LE to catch all the thugs and if they anticipate (which they should) and hire lots of extra guards ‘dats rayciss you know’

EACH DAY WE TAKE UP THE OFFENSIVE WEAPON OF THE WORD OF GOD – THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT – ONE VERSE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CONTEXT OF THE CHAPTER MESSAGE

Verse of the Day for Tuesday, August 18, 2026

“For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”

John 3:17 (KJV)

COMMENTARY FOR JOHN 3

Christ’s discourse with Nicodemus. (1-21) The baptism of John of Christ John’s testimony. (22-36)

1-8 Nicodemus was afraid, or ashamed to be seen with Christ, therefore came in the night. When religion is out of fashion, there are many Nicodemites. But though he came by night, Jesus bid him welcome, and hereby taught us to encourage good beginnings, although weak. And though now he came by night, yet afterward he owned Christ publicly. He did not talk with Christ about state affairs, though he was a ruler, but about the concerns of his own soul and its salvation, and went at once to them. Our Saviour spoke of the necessity and nature of regeneration or the new birth, and at once directed Nicodemus to the source of holiness of the heart. Birth is the beginning of life; to be born again, is to begin to live anew, as those who have lived much amiss, or to little purpose. We must have a new nature, new principles, new affections, new aims. By our first birth we were corrupt, shapen in sin; therefore we must be made new creatures. No stronger expression could have been chosen to signify a great and most remarkable change of state and character. We must be entirely different from what we were before, as that which begins to be at any time, is not, and cannot be the same with that which was before.

This new birth is from heaven, ch. #1:13|, and its tendency is to heaven. It is a great change made in the heart of a sinner, by the power of the Holy Spirit. It means that something is done in us, and for us, which we cannot do for ourselves. Something is wrong, whereby such a life begins as shall last for ever. We cannot otherwise expect any benefit by Christ; it is necessary to our happiness here and hereafter. What Christ speak, Nicodemus misunderstood, as if there had been no other way of regenerating and new-moulding an immortal soul, than by new-framing the body. But he acknowledged his ignorance, which shows a desire to be better informed. It is then further explained by the Lord Jesus. He shows the Author of this blessed change. It is not wrought by any wisdom or power of our own, but by the power of the blessed Spirit. We are shapen in iniquity, which makes it necessary that our nature be changed. We are not to marvel at this; for, when we consider the holiness of God, the depravity of our nature, and the happiness set before us, we shall not think it strange that so much stress is laid upon this. The regenerating work of the Holy Spirit is compared to water. It is also probable that Christ had reference to the ordinance of baptism. Not that all those, and those only, that are baptized, are saved; but without that new birth which is wrought by the Spirit, and signified by baptism, none shall be subjects of the kingdom of heaven. The same word signifies both the wind and the Spirit. The wind bloweth where it listeth for us; God directs it. The Spirit sends his influences where, and when, on whom, and in what measure and degree, he pleases. Though the causes are hidden, the effects are plain, when the soul is brought to mourn for sin, and to breathe after Christ.

Christ’s stating of the doctrine and the necessity of regeneration, it should seem, made it not clearer to Nicodemus. Thus the things of the Spirit of God are foolishness to the natural man. Many think that cannot be proved, which they cannot believe. Christ’s discourse of gospel truths, ver. #11-13|, shows the folly of those who make these things strange unto them; and it recommends us to search them out. Jesus Christ is every way able to reveal the will of God to us; for he came down from heaven, and yet is in heaven. We have here a notice of Christ’s two distinct natures in one person, so that while he is the Son of man, yet he is in heaven. God is the “HE THAT IS,” and heaven is the dwelling-place of his holiness. The knowledge of this must be from above, and can be received by faith alone. Jesus Christ came to save us by healing us, as the children of Israel, stung with fiery serpents, were cured and lived by looking up to the brazen serpent, #Nu 21:6-9|. In this observe the deadly and destructive nature of sin. Ask awakened consciences, ask damned sinners, they will tell you, that how charming soever the allurements of sin may be, at the last it bites like a serpent. See the powerful remedy against this fatal malady.

Christ is plainly set forth to us in the gospel. He whom we offended is our Peace, and the way of applying for a cure is by believing. If any so far slight either their disease by sin, or the method of cure by Christ, as not to receive Christ upon his own terms, their ruin is upon their own heads. He has said, Look and be saved, look and live; lift up the eyes of your faith to Christ crucified. And until we have grace to do this, we shall not be cured, but still are wounded with the stings of Satan, and in a dying state.

Jesus Christ came to save us by pardoning us, that we might not die by the sentence of the law. Here is gospel, good news indeed. Here is God’s love in giving his Son for the world. God so loved the world; so really, so richly. Behold and wonder, that the great God should love such a worthless world! Here, also, is the great gospel duty, to believe in Jesus Christ. God having given him to be our Prophet, Priest, and King, we must give up ourselves to be ruled, and taught, and saved by him. And here is the great gospel benefit, that whoever believes in Christ, shall not perish, but shall have everlasting life. God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, and so saving it. It could not be saved, but through him; there is no salvation in any other. From all this is shown the happiness of true believers; he that believeth in Christ is not condemned. Though he has been a great sinner, yet he is not dealt with according to what his sins deserve. How great is the sin of unbelievers!

God sent One to save us, that was dearest to himself; and shall he not be dearest to us? How great is the misery of unbelievers! they are condemned already; which speaks a certain condemnation; a present condemnation. The wrath of God now fastens upon them; and their own hearts condemn them. There is also a condemnation grounded on their former guilt; they are open to the law for all their sins; because they are not by faith interested in the gospel pardon. Unbelief is a sin against the remedy. It springs from the enmity of the heart of man to God, from love of sin in some form. Read also the doom of those that would not know Christ. Sinful works are works of darkness. The wicked world keep as far from this light as they can, lest their deeds should be reproved.

Christ is hated, because sin is loved. If they had not hated saving knowledge, they would not sit down contentedly in condemning ignorance. On the other hand, renewed hearts bid this light welcome. A good man acts truly and sincerely in all he does. He desires to know what the will of God is, and to do it, though against his own worldly interest. A change in his whole character and conduct has taken place. The love of God is shed abroad in his heart by the Holy Ghost, and is become the commanding principle of his actions. So long as he continues under a load of unforgiven guilt, there can be little else than slavish fear of God; but when his doubts are done away, when he sees the righteous ground whereon this forgiveness is built, he rests on it as his own, and is united to God by unfeigned love. Our works are good when the will of God is the rule of them, and the glory of God the end of them; when they are done in his strength, and for his sake; to him, and not to men.

Regeneration, or the new birth, is a subject to which the world is very averse; it is, however, the grand concern, in comparison with which every thing else is but trifling. What does it signify though we have food to eat in plenty, and variety of raiment to put on, if we are not born again? if after a few mornings and evenings spent in unthinking mirth, carnal pleasure, and riot, we die in our sins, and lie down in sorrow? What does it signify though we are well able to act our parts in life, in every other respect, if at last we hear from the Supreme Judge, “Depart from me, I know you not, ye workers of iniquity?”

22-36 John was fully satisfied with the place and work assigned him; but Jesus came on a more important work. He also knew that Jesus would increase in honour and influence, for of his government and peace there would be no end, while he himself would be less followed. John knew that Jesus came from heaven as the Son of God, while he was a sinful, mortal man, who could only speak about the more plain subjects of religion. The words of Jesus were the words of God; he had the Spirit, not by measure, as the prophets, but in all fulness. Everlasting life could only be had by faith in Him, and might be thus obtained; whereas all those, who believe not in the Son of God, cannot partake of salvation, but the wrath of God for ever rests upon them.

Commentary by Matthew Henry, 1710.

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

BECAUSE WE BELIEVE

To whom do we go when we are troubled
When our challenges in life are doubled
We might go to a relative or a friend
Discuss the problem in full to no end

In reality what should we do instead
When problems arise rear their ugly head
We should pray and get into His Presence
We should seek and find His Holy Essence

Where does the Spirit of God reside
Purely in us if in Him we abide
Man can provide some comforting solace
But God’s pristine provision is flawless

The Bible details promises fulfilled
It teaches us Our Father is strong-willed
It provides stories of the days gone by
Prophecies probabilities from on high

The Bible explains the what when and how
We learn quickly why we reap what we sow
We’re taught of His commands and His rules
Given instructions and the proper tools

With holy knowledge there can be no doubt
What God’s Word can do what it’s all about
There is one requirement for us to achieve
We must be holy and we must believe

Because we believe God bestows His love
His Army of Angels charged from above
His faithfulness and power open wide
And His Holy Spirit resides inside

DELIVER US LORD

As children of God we have been set free
In His Word He declares how that can be
God desires His people to have freedom
Oppression enslavement we don’t need ’em

Seven times He directed an escape out
From His prophet He declared with a shout
Let My people go right now He ordered
But His commands were ignored and cornered

When He was despised a plan He devised
His prophet would decree as He advised
But no matter what plagued the oppressors
They continued to be the aggressors

Until the day He removed the most prized
Of the leader so stubborn and unwise
Deliverance from enslavement you see
Will occur in this year of Jubilee

Not by the hand of man will this happen
But by the hand of God it will snap in
The power of God is second to none
The only source thru which it will be done

Because we believe Jesus had the pull
The price of our freedom was paid in full
The glory of the latter will be greater
And we will be free from the agitator

Deliver us Lord from four hundred years
Of discord and incalculable tears
Restore us with blessings You had planned
Before evil came in and stole our land

Thank you.

So, mRNA-1010 (mFLUSIVA) has N1-methylpseudouridine all over the place in it. How interesting.
The main purpose of this compound in the COVID-19 bioweapon “vaccines” is to destroy the RNA of the Uridine in the body and replace it with the compound.
And — this compound, when used in modRNA “vaccines”, CAUSES RIBOSOMAL FRAMESHIFTING:

Regarding PRRARSV: it’s also in the modRNA of the COVID-19 bioweapon “vaccines.” Yours Truly, and yourself, among others on this board, have written about this.
The PRRARSV in the COVID-19 injfectables comes from the MP789 Pangolin coronavirus.
There are RBD code sequences in the MP789 Pangolin coronavirus that are practically identical to some of the SARS-CoV-2 sequences.
PRRARSV is the “backdoor key” to getting SARS-CoV-2 into every cell of the body.

AbstractProgrammed Ribosomal Frameshifting (PRF) is a mechanism that alters the mRNA reading frame during translation, resulting in the production of out-of-frame proteins. PRF plays crucial roles in maintaining cellular homeostasis and contributes significantly to disease pathogenesis, particularly in viral infections. Notably, PRF can induce immune responses in the SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine, further extending its biological significance. These multiple aspects of PRF highlight its potential as a therapeutic target. Since PRF efficiency can be modulated by cellular factors, its expression or silencing is context-dependent. Therefore, a deeper understanding of PRF is essential for harnessing its therapeutic potential. This review explores PRF biological significance in disease and homeostasis. Such knowledge would serve as a foundation to advance therapeutic strategies targeting PRF modulation, especially in viral infections and vaccine development.

Time for some positive news!

ICE is back! Literally – in our rural community. Confirmed by friends and SonIL. Major traffic stops on highways and major secondary routes. Obviously a well planned event because it happened simultaneously in several locations.

Many were workers in area business. No incidents of resistance reported. My hopes are some employers get in serious trouble. A bunch of fraudulent documents were probably used, along with cash pay outs.

Gail Combs

ICE needs to go after the EMPLOYERS TOO!!!

If you want to shut down illegal (and legal) immigration you need to:

  1. Remove ALL tax payer funded aid to NON-AMERICANS. For example, your kids go to US k-12 YOU PAY! No more free lunch.
  2. Employers fined/imprisoned for employing illegals or paying visa holders LOWER WAGES than their American counterparts.

Salman Ahmed Elmi was charged last week with three counts of aiding and abetting by swindle and five counts of aiding and abetting by false representation.
He made his first court appearance on Monday. Authorities say some of Elmi’s co-conspirators at Reva Health in Golden Valley have connections to a sex trafficking ring bust last week.
Elmi is accused of billing Medicaid for more than $1 million in services that were not provided or not eligible. Reva Health provided autism services and adult rehabilitative mental health services.

WNBA’s Worst Nightmare: NBA Players Just Found Out They’ll Make MORE Money in WNBA…Join in Record

TheseTruths

At 2:03 there is a quote from Clay Travis about having his own WNBA franchise that would be 100% trans, the “Nashville Balls,” 🤭 the most “inclusive women’s team in WNBA history.”

So it’s not just a question of letting a man who claims to be a woman play on a team. There could theoretically be an entire team composed of actual men who would beat every other WNBA team, every time. 🏀

Someone is going to have to come up with some definitions, or there’s going to be trouble. If the newly “trans” guys apply for the draft and are not chosen, I’m guessing lawsuits could ensue.

Good morning, C&C, it’s Tuesday! Your roundup includes: the Washington Post’s alarming discovery that four kindergartners out of a hundred now show up to school with a note from their parents instead of a shot record, which the Post filed under national emergency and which I would file under customer feedback; the zero Americans who have died of measles this year, a number that somehow did not make the story; why “increased awareness” is a complete and satisfying explanation for a three-hundred-fold rise in autism diagnoses but cannot explain a hundred extra measles cases in a single week; and then the document corporate media decided you didn’t need to see — a May 2021 email in which the Acting Commissioner of the FDA privately warned Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins that people were being injured in ways VAERS could not detect, that many of them were healthcare professionals and some of them were people she personally knew, that their complaint was nobody took them seriously and nobody knew how to treat them, and that industry would obviously never fund a study to find out; the four dots Senator Ron Johnson connected underneath it, including the FDA scientist who found the safety signals and was told to cease and desist; what a litigator does with a paper trail like that; and Fauci’s four-word reply, which he typed after quietly removing her from the list of recipients.

Clinton Gave China Chips for Nuclear War
http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2003/9/29/25139.shtml

Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2003

Newly declassified documents show that President Bill Clinton personally approved the transfer to China of advanced space technology that can be used for nuclear combat.

The documents show that in 1996 Clinton approved the export of radiation hardened chip sets to China. The specialized chips are necessary for fighting a nuclear war.

“Waivers may be granted upon a national interest determination,” states a Commerce Department document titled “U.S. Sanctions on China.”

“The President has approved a series of satellite related waivers in recent months, most recently in November, 1996 for export of radiation hardened chip sets for a Chinese meteorological satellite,” noted the Commerce Department documents.

These special computer chips are designed to function while being bombarded by intense radiation. Radiation hardened chips are considered critical for atomic warfare and are required by advanced nuclear tipped missiles.

Judicial Watch obtained the documents through the Freedom of Information Act, a Washington-based political watchdog group.

Several documents were withheld from release by the U.S. Commerce Department for commercial and personal privacy exemptions, but none of the documents were withheld for national security reasons. Judicial Watch is expected to appeal the withholdings.

Decade of Betrayal

U.S. intelligence sources stated that the newly released documents illustrate the extent to which the Clinton White House placed trade – and trade with China specifically – above national security.

“In all likelihood we will be glowing in the dark before we discover the true extent of the Clinton decade of betrayal,” stated Rick Fisher, Asian Security Fellow at the Center for Security Policy…

Recently we found the Clinton e-mail scandal was actually about Hitlery selling special access programs SHE was unauthorized to have, to China.

Today, Fauci’s Senior Advisor Dr. David Morens plead guilty to “Conspiracy to Commit Offenses and to Defraud the United States” in connection with his conspiring with Peter Danzak, President of EcoHealth Alliance, Dr Gerald Keusch, associate director at Boston University’s National Emerging Infectious Disease Laboratory Institute and a recipient of funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), together with others to defraud the public about NIH-funded gain-of-function research and the origin of COVID.

Morens and others plotted to conceal/destroy federal records re: COVID-19 and federal grants to avoid FOIA and the Federal Record Act. Morens admits to using his gmail account to intentionally defraud the U.S. government and conceal communication and records about his activities. In addition, Morens admits to receiving “gifts” of material value in exchange for his efforts on behalf of the co-conspirators.

The conspiracy involved a “kickback” scheme in which Morens accepted and was promised gifts – including bottles of wine and meals at Michelin-starred restaurants – in exchange for performing “official acts that were favorable” to his co-conspirators.

VIA CBS – Washington — A former senior adviser at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has pleaded guilty to a charge stemming from a scheme to hide federal records during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Under a deal reached with federal prosecutors in Maryland, David Morens, 78, agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit offenses and to defraud the United States. He faces up to five years in prison.

Morens, a senior adviser at NIAID’s Office of the Director from 2006 to 2022, was indicted in April and charged with five counts for what prosecutors said at the time was his role in a scheme to defraud the U.S. by shielding federal records related to the COVID-19 pandemic from the public.

Tim Belevetz, a lawyer for Morens, said, “By pleading guilty today, Dr. Morens has taken responsibility for what he did and will continue to do so.”

Prosecutors said Morens worked with two co-conspirators. The first, “co-conspirator 1,” served as the president and CEO of a New York-based nonprofit that received a grant in 2014 titled “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.” The Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China, received a subaward from the New York group on the coronavirus grant, prosecutors said, though the National Institutes of Health terminated the award in April 2020 following allegations that COVID-19 emerged from the lab. The NIAID is part of the NIH.

The second co-conspirator was described in charging documents as a physician, scientist and professor who worked for an academic institute that received federal grants.
Emails made public by the GOP-led Select Committee on the Coronavirus Pandemic indicate that the New York-based nonprofit is the EcoHealth Alliance and co-conspirator 1 is its president, Peter Daszak.

The indictment stemmed from several Freedom of Information Act requests NIAID received between April 2020 and December 2022 that sought communications between Morens, the New York-based nonprofit and its president. (read more)

It appears that the court is throwing the book at Dr. Morens.
Yours Truly’s opinion, after reading the Plea Agreement, is that Dr. Morens may well “turn state’s evidence” regarding Dr. Fauci, Dr. Daszak, and others.

It also appears, upon reading the Plea Agreement, that Dr. Morens needs to be placed under 24/7 “suicide watch” and “bad accident watch.”

Yep. He’s 78 years old, and accustomed to a life of luxury, wine and Michelin food product. He has almost certainly never been in prison before.

So any prison sentence, even just a year, is probably (effectively) a death sentence.

He will be singing, loud and proud, for as long as the prosecution needs him — or he spends the rest of his time in this world in a prison cell.

The Plea Agreement is quite detailed and specific. Dr. Morens’ life will never be the same again. IMO, for him to plead guilty indicates how much evidence was accumulated against him.

AND it is a RICO (continuing conspiracy) with luck it reaches FAR BACK, perhaps to those poor orphan babies used by Fauci for AIDs experiments.

He had a LONG government career.

WIKI – David Morens

David M. Morens is an American physician-scientist, medical historian and former Senior Advisor to the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).[1] A career officer in the United States Public Health Service, he has investigated outbreaks from Ebola and Lassa fever to COVID-19 and publishes widely on viral pathogenesis and the history of pandemics.[2][3][4] Morens pleaded guilty for taking part in a Covid-19 record scheme.[5]

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (1976 – 1982)

Commissioned into the Epidemic Intelligence Service, Morens set up national surveillance for Reye syndrome and Kawasaki disease and co-discovered the Snow Mountain strain of norovirus.[3] Stationed in Sierra Leone from 1979 to 1981, he ran clinical trials of ribavirin for Lassa fever and led epidemiologic field studies.[1] 👉He later headed CDC’s Respiratory & Special Pathogens Branch and directed the laboratory arm of the agency’s first national AIDS case-control study.[3] 👈

NIAID (1998 – 2025)

From 1998 to 2025, Morens advised successive NIAID directors on emerging-disease policy and pandemic preparedness.[2] He co-authored influential papers advocating universal coronavirus vaccines[8] and conducted research on viral host-switching and disease pathogenesis in NIAID’s Viral Pathogenesis and Evolution Laboratory.[1]

BOMBSHELL: Trump Says Census Bureau Analysis Confirms Over 24,000 Noncitizens Voted in 2020 Election as 32 Million Records Remain to be Analyzed: “I WON THE ELECTION!”
comment image

President Donald Trump dropped a massive Truth Social bombshell Tuesday, revealing that the U.S. Census Bureau has begun cross-checking 2020 voter records against citizenship data, and the early results are devastating for the stolen election narrative.

In a post that should send shockwaves through the deep state and the corporate media that spent years gaslighting Americans, Trump wrote:

“The Census Bureau has begun checking the Voter Records from 2020 against their Citizenship Records. On the first 128,000,000 Voters, the Census Bureau proves that over 24,000 Noncitizens voted illegally! The Census Bureau is going to analyze the next 32,000,000 Voters, and this number will explode. I WON THE ELECTION! We must pass THE SAVE AMERICA ACT. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

According to official U.S. Census Bureau graphics, the preliminary analysis of the 2020 general election shows:

• 160 million ballots cast

• 128 million voter records linked to U.S. citizens

• 24,000+ voter records linked to noncitizens

• 32 million records that remain to be analyzed

That’s 24,000+ confirmed noncitizen voters on just the first 128 million records. The remaining 32 million have not even been fully processed yet. As Trump correctly noted, that number is only going to explode.

The Census Bureau’s own materials make clear these are not “clerical errors” or “mistaken registrations.”

Noncitizen status was determined by the complete absence of any proof of citizenship combined with affirmative federal records proving the individual was a noncitizen:

NO U.S. birth record. NO record of becoming a citizen. NO U.S. passport. NO government citizenship record. NO other proof of citizenship…

In other words: zero evidence of citizenship + multiple federal records confirming noncitizen status = illegal voters who cast ballots in the 2020 election.

The top 10 countries of birth for the identified noncitizen voters (from federal immigration records) tell the story:

• Mexico: 3,800

• Canada: 950

• Philippines: 900

• Jamaica: 900

• Germany: 700

• United Kingdom: 650

• Cuba: 450

• Vietnam: 400

• Haiti: 400

• South Korea: 350

Note: Birth country data was unavailable for approximately 7,000 of the noncitizen voters.

This is not a “myth.” This is the Census Bureau’s own beginning analysis…

The corporate media and Democrat operatives spent five years screaming that any discussion of noncitizen voting was a “conspiracy theory.” Now the U.S. Census Bureau’s own numbers are out, and they prove the opposite.

Pass the SAVE America Act. Secure the elections. Restore the integrity of the vote.

THE OUTLAW LEDGER: Canada Is Not a Partner — It’s an Empire

President Trump announced a three-day pause on planned 50% tariffs against Canada, citing a pending deal and suggesting Keystone XL could be revived.

Susan Kokinda argues the dispute is larger than USMCA negotiations, portraying Canada as an “outlaw” that enables transshipment “smuggling,” fails to enforce forced-labor bans, and facilitates “snow-washing” through weak corporate transparency and money laundering documented in British Columbia’s Cullen Commission.

She contrasts U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright’s pro-development case for oil and gas as civilizational progress with Canadian Minister Mélanie Joly’s Chatham House speech promoting “geo-industrialization” and a Mark Carney-aligned “middle powers” strategy against U.S. and China “hegemons.”

Kokinda highlights a House of Commons petition led by Green Party leader Elizabeth May to declare U.S. Ambassador Pete Hoekstra persona non grata, and notes Joly’s outreach to U.S. lawmakers and cities during the trade fight.
