Thus, the mere mention of “worship” at the beginning, and the entire context of the body of Carl’s post, were likely the origin of “faith” in the AI comment.
“Meaningful” and “peaceful” are also derived from the larger context. Those words are not present, although “peace” appears 5 times in the body of the message from Carl.
I want you all to understand that the AI is basically doing what high school students and college students are trained to do, in writing a reply letter, answering essay questions, or otherwise composing written material based on some source, without plagiarizing. It’s reading, grabbing concepts, mixing things up, generalizing about what is observed, then composing a restatement which comes very close to what was originally said, from a reader perspective, without “aping” the original, which is both cringeworthy and considered plagiarism.
AI is pleasing its trainers, just like students try to please their trainers teachers.
This is why AI is being used by students to pass exams.

Stated bluntly, the jabs are being gently but not honestly withdrawn from the young and the healthy, and are being kept, with no denial of existing fictions, for the sick, the old, the infirm, and the chronically medicated.
You know – the very people that a socialist depopulation program still wants to remove.
NOW do you see why the current assortment of lies and truths might be mutually acceptable to the two sides?
You don’t normally think like a depopulationist, or like somebody whose kids are being threatened by a shadowy cartel. So you never saw it coming – that our side would accept both some silver and some lead – at least temporarily. Or that the other side – the depop cartel – would accept a mixed bag. Yes – just like the drug cartels, they accept shifting realities.

This was very skillful play by the depoppers and their deep state allies. Do you see it? They had a REASON for pushing the jabs too far. So that when their commu-Nazi tide went back out, it was still deep enough to drown the “useless eaters”.
Now – this is not the spoken reality – meaning the lies. What I gave you is the mutually acceptable truth. The mutually acceptable lies are continuation of the scientific bullshit about antibody count, no need for clinical testing, and most of all, the need for those medical pobrecitos (poor young little ones) to get the merciful jabs to protect them from the still mythically Wuhan-dangerous omicron common cold.
THAT is their goal. THAT is what they needed to accomplish.

So what do we do?
We keep pushing on. We keep fighting. We make sure the public, the MAHA now in office, and (importantly) the American pope know that the fight for human life is not over – that “depopulation” is real, that it’s insidious, and that its stealthy proponents are not done fighting.
The depoppers will put up a hell of a fight to keep things where they are right now – where they not only have the elderly and the infirm at the end of a population-adjusting needle, but where they also have a prime depopulation AGENT (coronavirus spike protein) authorized for that needle.
And yet, I think we have some strong weapons at hand, against their strong lies.
If our theories are correct, then we will find evidence of safer outcomes with non-mRNA vaccines like Novavax, Coronavac (ChiCom jab), CorbeVax, and others that omit the mRNA technology. Even better, the new “Gold Standard” “universal platform” jabs that are now being pushed by Secretary Kennedy and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, should prove much safer than mRNA.
Yeah, they’re not perfect – but they’re better. Fewer people will die. SOME people – in fact MANY people – will be rescued from depopulation.

Deeply flawed or not, the 2018 UK Saudi Arabia Joint Communique is a clear sign of how the UK intends to maintain its relationship with the Kingdom.
Fusion – Three Years and Counting
The 2018 National Security Capability Review is a useful place to remind ourselves of the UK’s National Security Objectives. Number one is to protect our people (at home, in our overseas territories and abroad, and to protect our territory, economic security, infrastructure and way of life). Number two is to project our global influence – reducing the likelihood of threats materialising and affecting the UK, our interests, and those of our allies and partners. National Security Objective Three is to promote our prosperity – seizing opportunities, working innovatively and supporting UK industry.2 So there we have it, economic security, threats against the UK and supporting UK industry are the building blocks that form the foundations of the UK’s seemingly unbreakable relationship with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Khashoggi – when Dodging a Bullet is not the same as Ducking the Issue
The UK’s relationship with Saudi Arabia has not been perfectly smooth and the UK has not remained silent at every turn. In 2019, Foreign Office Minister Alan Duncan called the mass execution of 37 mainly Shiah Muslims as ‘repulsive’ and ‘utterly unacceptable in the modern world’. Britain’s response to the murder of [Jamal] Khashoggi was not quite so stinging. This is despite the fact that the CIA concluded that the operation was approved at the highest levels by Mohammed bin Salaman (MBS). For anyone who felt that the UK had dodged a multi-million-pound export-laden bullet by ignoring MBS’ involvement, Dominic Raab was able to clarify that situation. He told Parliament that the Government had not ducked the issue, and stressed the point that even the United States had not brought any sanctions to bear against MBS. Case closed as they say.
Conclusion
Despite the UK’s long-standing relationship with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it has been an increasingly challenging journey, one not helped by Saudi’s involvement in the war in Yemen since 2105. By integrating and coordinating various offices of state, the UK Government has successfully provided the private sector the freedom of manoeuvre it needs to sell arms and military aid. Although the MOD has several personnel advising the KSA, it is the use of private contractors that allow the UK to operate at range; not taking part in the war in Yemen but facilitating the Kingdom to continue its Iran-facing operations. This is a potent and effective mix and one that demonstrates that the UK has, at least in the case of Saudi Arabia and the war in Yemen, achieved a truly integrated approach and certainly a model for the future. Perhaps this is a model that is already being reshaped? Prime Minister’s Johnson’s response to the Liaison Committee following the sale of Britain’s largest chip-making plant, Newport Wafer Fab, to a Chinese firm was simply that he did ‘not want anti-China spirit to pitchfork away every investment from China in this country.’ If you were wondering, Mourinho was sacked by Chelsea at the end of 2015. Jamal Khashoggi was born in 1958 to a well-connected family. His grandfather was Mohammed Khaled Khashoggi, King Abdulaziz Al Saud’s personal doctor. Jamal is also the nephew of late billionaire Adnan Khashoggi.
After graduating from Indiana State University in 1982, Khashoggi quickly launched a career in journalism….
Known for being a vocal critic of Riyadh, Khashoggi used to be a loyalist before Prince Mohammed bin Salman became the crown prince in 2017.
In the 1960’s, Adnan made a name for himself by brokering arms deals between Riyadh and Washington.
Reportedly also having close ties with late Israeli PM Ariel Sharon, Adnan became a prominent figure in Middle East politics.
Adnan was implicated in the Iran-Contra affair and suspected of being the middleman who brokered back-door arms sales to embargoed Iran during the Reagan administration.
In 2015, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal launched a TV station called Al-Arab News and appointed Jamal, his close confidant, as its editor-in-chief.
However, the TV station aired for less than 24 hours before shutting down, citing technical difficulties. Rumors started to circulate that the Saudi government pressured the station into closure after it broadcasted a Bahraini politician from opposition.
According to Jamal’s friends, who spoke to BBC Turkey and wished to remain anonymous, Jamal’s problems began shortly after the Al-Arab News incident.
Jamal was barred from speaking to any news outlets and could not find any work during this time, and chose to self-exile himself to the U.S…
In my opinion Al Waleed was extremely dangerous to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and his plans to remove Saudi Arabia from the grip of the ‘International Syndicate.’ Mohammed bin Salman’s plans are not to use Saudi’s oil money to buy influence in the USA or promote touchy-feely causes at home, but to train his people in the sciences and technology and INDUSTRIALIZE so Saudi Arabia can actually join the first world.
Reading between the lines, I think the capture and information extraction from the royal princes probably was actually about finding and eliminating the NATO/CIA trained Stay-behind Units. This would go a very long way to defanging the ‘International Syndicate’s’ control of Saudi Arabia.
I think Jamal Khashoggi was eliminated because he was actually a CIA gun runner just like his uncle and therefore dangerous to the stability of Saudi Arabia. As we are finding out, being a ‘journalist’ is such a useful cover.

OPERATION NORTHWOOD
Colonel: Operation Northwood was created, & drafted by CIA, Allen Dulles and General Lyman Lemnitzer chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. It was an Operation Gladio Event. In it they purposed, to McNamara [secretary of defense] and JFK, — they wanted Cuba back so bad – that Operation Northwood featured all of the major US cities having terror attacks by Stay-behind trained people. The people would be dressed as Cuban Nationalists. They would basically say we had been invaded by Cuba, communism was taking over however the entire time it would be people dressed as Cubans. They were going to kill tens of thousands of Americans to instill fear, so they could do a ground invasion of Cuba.
JFK says absolutely not, we are not doing this. Allen Dulles, just before this had been fired. Lyman Lemnitzer, in what should have been a demotion and a resignation, JFK thought, was reassigned to NATO.

It remains to be seen if JFK’s assassination was an Operation Gladio and how much LBJ was involved.
The other aspect of this I wish to point out is this:

Now consider these facts:
1. POTUS Trump had read the JFK files during his first term.
2. When he lost the election he wrote a schiff load of EOs and other secret documents.
3. He appointed new military leaders.
4. There was a new branch of the armed forces organized under Trump 45. This people were hand picked.
Jon Herold was yapping about ‘Devolution’ in 2021 and beyond. I brought it to the Qtree because it does exist. Devolution is fallback plan not a legal coupd‘état however the flurry of activity AFTER the election was certainly note worthy.
The Continuity of Government Devolution Plan, often referred to simply as COG, is a highly classified protocol designed to ensure the continuity of essential government functions in the event of a catastrophic event or crisis. However, what if Trump’s flurry of activity post the 2020 election was not about the stolen election but was aimed at preventing an ‘Operation Northwood’ false flag aimed at ‘Deplorables’ instead of Cubans? I mention this possibility because I am surprised something of this nature was NOT deployed given all the falsehood surrounding Jan 6th ..
A second observation. I do think Q is legit. However Colonel Towner’s comment on another video, that Fort Bragg is where Gladio Operatives are trained to be assassins, gives me pause since Fort Bragg is also home to several psychological operations units, including the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) and the 8th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne).
An added tidbit to keep in mind as you read this transcript.
Newly declassified British Foreign Office files have added disturbing details to the history of Operation Gladio. 3:00 – Colonel: I came across Operation Gladio in the book The Third Way. It is written about the erroneous assumption that there is a far left and a far right. There is not. There is a perception that Communism is on the left and Fascism is on the right. They are both very leftist ideologies. You need them to psychologically funnel people in a particular direction, you need to have something on the left and on the right to funnel people into what I call the cattle car. The narrative got built around the early WWI, WWII that Fascism was going to be DESIGNED as a Right Issue so that as the author points out, you can come at people from the left and from the right and herd them in the direction you want. I found that concept fascinating.
4:25 –5:15 Brady: I agree 100%, I should mention I am an amateur constitutional scholar, and I help Douglas B Gibbs, teach a constitution class both on line and it used to be in person. One of the things we describe is the far left is 100% authoritarianism. And the far right is 100% anarchy but that is also 100% individual liberty. So what the Founding Fathers goal was is to be as far right as you could be, with the most individual liberty and still maintain order. What you are talking about is the artificial calling of Communism left and Fascism right, that is just the divide and conquer strategy. It does not matter what is right or what is left, what is white what is black, they want to distract us so we never look up and see who is pulling the puppet strings.
5;20 – 8:10 Colonel: One of the things I noticed right away, in Trump’s narrative, he never allows people to create the false narrative, and then answer it. He calls them immediately on them phrasing a question with it being fiction and then expecting him to answer. It is like the wife beating trap.
Anyone who has a conversation about the ‘Far Right’ I ignore because they have completely destroyed their credibility by the use of that term. I just will not accept that hypothesis. I wish more of us in a dialog would do that. It is based on knowledge. I have spent literally hundreds of hours reading and beginning a podcast helping people who still work and have a day job, to have the information to be able to refute this in a concise manner.
When I got to the end of The Third Way, I feel like I am fairly competent in military operations, and things that have gone on in the past. He talked about a concept called Operation Gladio. Because that was new. I had no idea what that was, I am instantly intrigued. It is also referred to as Stay-Behind Units and as the Strategy of Tension. All three of those things are synonymous with each other.
I started looking and reading articles just on the internet. I found a couple of authors who were detailing in like volumes of books about the extensiveness of Operation Gladio. I was flabbergasted that in all of the research, all of the historical documents I have read, I had never come across that.
So I immediately get on the phone to my network. I have retired National War College friends, I have retired general friends, as a matter of fact I was just talking recently to a 3 star general. He has never heard of it! And he was in charge, commanded the Air War College and the Air Command and Staff College!!! And he never heard of it!!!
That just blew me away! And that made me more interested in exposing it, because it is HUGE.
8:10 – 8:30 Brady: Just to be crystal clear this is NOT A CONSPIRACY THEORY! This is documented in CIA , government documents and Congressional testimony. THIS IS REAL. Everything we are talking about is NOT a theory. It is not somebody trying to put pieces together. There are actual sourced documents behind all this stuff.
8:30 -11:30 Colonel: Correct. Newspaper clippings, The best investigation into it was in Italy and we will get into that. But also to set the stage and capture what you were saying Brady about your Wall Street experience, which is why I think this team is going to be so awesome, in discussing this particular topic . Because also this was in context for me about having just recently learned thru Anthony Sutton’s Trilogy about Wall Street and the Bolsheviks, Wall Street & FDR, and Wall Street and Nazism – Hitler. That the funding of ALL of those, the funding of FDRs campaign, the funding of the Bolsheviks that went into Russia and turned it Soviet quote unquote Communism. The effort to fund Hitler both when he was still in jail but after he became the Chancellor of Germany as well. ALL came primarily from one location near Wall Street and the address was 120 Broadway NYC…. Anthony Sutton is on Youtube with all proven fact with cables, State Department cables. He goes into a lot of detail on exactly how that happened.
It is interesting to note for the purpose of today, that Lenin was put up in London UK and Trotsky was put up in NYC. [ Note that for years I was not allowed to use the word Trotsky at Jo Nova’s, ChiefIo’s or Tony Heller’s sites. I was told by Jo and E.M. Smith the comments went straight to trash and NOT TO MODERATION. – GC ] They were housed there with no apparent income yet Trotsky in the early 19 teens had a refrigerator, and all the luxuries that most Americans did not have access to. They both traveled from their protective custody to Russia to create communism AFTER the revolution in Russia. That ties directly into where we are going to get to the operational control of Operation Gladio. It comes both from the USA, Germany, because Lenin went thru Germany to get to Russia and from downtown London.
11:30 – 12:50 Brady:You cannot tell this story without talking about London PERIOD. That may just be the epicenter of all these schemes and plots.
It is funny you mentioned Anthony Sutton. I started my research with the history of Banking and Finance and how it got, shall we say, as creative as it has. It’s the wrong term. You go deep enough into the formation of money. The very first presentation I ever did, I called the dystopian history of money and banking and I went all the way back to Roman times. The first creation of making private coin in the 1600s. If you go down that path, you can’t not run into Anthony Sutton at some point in time. I ran into him pretty early on. G. Edward Griffin among others. Dr John Coleman did some really good work in this area. He was dismissed as a quack for a number of years, but his theories are becoming more and more true over the last decade or so. It’s funny, so let’s not dismiss these people out of hand. Some of these people did do real research.
The work that Sutton did is amazing and the same with Griffin because they actually dug thru boxes and microfiche and real articles and actual cables and communications.

You mentioned Trotsky coming from NY but you also mentioned the Russian Revolution. I would state that a little differently. It was not so much a Russian Revolution as it was a Russian Invasion.

Because you set the stage for the colonization that had been going on both pre-world wars and post world wars. However the Boer wars are the first time we get introduced to Winston Churchill. So for the people who do not know, there were 2 Boer wars. And in the first one, the English got their butt kicked by the totally ill-equipped Boers who were basically farmers. And the way they got their butt kicked was, the Boers knew where the British were going to attack them because they had infiltrators. And a young British reporter, named Winston Churchill, was covering this. And as the British forces went in to attack the different settlements of these farmers, the farmers, had what we will call, stay-behind units. They had hid both munitions and people so as the British went by they ambushed them from behind. That struck Winston Churchill as genius. So he wrote about it…. They used that knowledge when they came back and attacked the second time after they found gold there. It was all about resources. They wanted the gold and they wanted the diamonds in South Africa. And that is the reason why South Africa became a British Colony. They wanted to steal all the resources.

Colonel: This leads us to the Fabian Society, the London School of Economics, the Balfour Agreement and all of those.
This sets the stage for what is the next phase of Operation Gladio, and that is their view of the African Continent as a slave colony. It was never going to be allowed to have sovereign states. It was never going to be allowed to have its own monetary system. It was ALWAYS, and many of them still think that today. It was ALWAYS TO BE A SLAVE COLONY of the Europeans.
17:10 Brady: I want to introduce a story from one of the more influential Brits by the name of Cecil Rhodes. He is the one who founded the Rhodes Foundation right before his death. Early 1910s and it is still influential today. His is a fascinating story. He came from a relatively well-off family. Wanted to go to Oxford but did not get in. His family sent him to S. Africa to get some worldly experience. Two years after he got there they discovered diamonds in S. Africa and that really started the diamond rush there. By the age of 24 he had accumulated quite a bit of wealth and started buying up other people’s claims. He was a pretty good businessman to the point they named two countries after him. Not just Rhodesia, but I forgot the other one. He was at the heart of the Boer wars. He was pushing British interest against Dutch interests and instigated the whole thing… he goes back to London and goes to Oxford and does some interesting writing…. A couple of quotes from him.
He wanted society to insure the spread of British rule to the entire continent of Africa, the Holy Land, the Valley of Euphrates, the islands of Cyprus and Canada, the whole of South America, the islands of the South Pacific, the whole of the Malaysian archipelago, the seaboard of China and Japan, And in GOLD CAPS, THE ULTIMATE RECOVERY OF THE UNITED STATES, AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE.

We could go on but he was pretty prolific…. He was a Free Mason but he thought the Free Masons were not using their influence effectively enough. He said:
Why should we not form a secret society with but one object, the furtherance of the British Empire and bring the whole uncivilized world under British rule.
And so if you go back and look at these Rhodes Scholars this is what they were taught at Oxford. You have some pretty influential Rhodes Scholars today, Rachel Maddow, Bill Clinton, Strobe Talbott, Cory Booker, General Wesley Clark just to name a few. The thinking of Rhodes and his ideology permeates today.

Brady: So that is the background on Rhodes. This is when those other institutes, like the Tavistock Institute were coming into play. Council of 300, RIA and CFR, the American version,… [I think RIA is the Royal Institute of International Affairs, now Chatham House. – GC]
20:25 Colonel: We have the creation of the Fabian Society, the London School of Economics, all coming under the Cecil Rhodes financing if you will. [Nathan Rothschild was the executor of the Rhodes will – GC] The Balfour Agreement, the people involved in the drafting of the Balfour Agreement. What is interesting about the quote that you just read, and them Capturing the Holy Land, I will make the argument as part of Operation Gladio, that is exactly what we are seeing today. It is what happen in the late 1940s when they set-up the country of Israel and how they went about doing it.
The same people that drafted the Balfour agreement, Milner and that group. They were all involved in the Fabian Society, the Round Table, the Chatham House, all those secret societies if you will. It is interesting that you mentioned the Masons because those of us who have looked into this, you realize that it goes back to the late 1700s when Adam Weishaupt wrote they were going to create a secret society within a secret society. Basically infiltrate the Masonic Orders, which at the time were just trade associations. They were literally masons, because that was the major trade throughout all of Europe and very Christian oriented. So they created within the Masonic Orders, this secret society that Adam Weishaupt talks about. It permeated throughout Europe and came over to the USA. So what you just read is literally the playbook. I would argue that is not at all why they were set-up because he KNEW they were not going to be invaded and the way he knew was there was a family known as Mitford. They had five girls. But I am going to talk of two of them. One of them is named Unity and one is named Diana. Diana becomes Oswald Mosley’s wife. Churchill’s wife is cousins with the Mitfords. They go to dinner all the time they are part of the same dinner clubs and they talk often. Unity becomes Hitler’s lover. Diana travels routinely to Germany throughout WWII. It is now believed that she was the go-between between Churchill and Hitler as far as intel goes. Dig away on that, because that is a fascinating story. Colonel: I do not know if I would recommend a particular book, but I’ll find a reference for you. I first read about the Mitford girls in The Third Way. That was my first introduction into that family.
I had at the time someone who did a lot of German research and it is on my Truth Social page called #International Syndicate. That is my term for the Cabal. Because we hit ALL religions, ALL politics, and as soon as you start talking about any aspect of that, such as the Jews or Israel you get Oh, that is fake…. So I avoid all those conversations by referring to this structure that orchestrates things like Operation Gladio as the International Syndicate. Colonel: It is like the first couple of posts I made, and all the squabbles that went back and forth, I am not going to do this. I am not going to argue with you about whether someone is a real religious advocate or not. It is the same thing as with the right and left…. So I came up with my own term, you cannot argue because I made it up.
So anyway we go on to Germany’s role in setting up Operation Gladio. We know where it originated from, the Boer Wars and Churchill. I cannot say that Churchill came up with the idea and transmitted it to Hitler, but I would not be at all surprised, because as I said there was a lot of informal communications. But as Germany took territory, Germany created Stay-behind Units. They did it in Czechoslovakia and they did it in Ukraine. I will add the ones in Ukraine are the Neo-nazis we are seeing today because Operation Gladio is still in existence today. All that territory, Poland had them, the ones in Poland were vicious, France had them, Italy had them. Stay-behind Units had weapons, they had explosives, they had money and they had comm equipment. The purpose we were told originally was if the German territory got taken over by the quote-unquote Communists, which you will remember are ALL THE SAME PEOPLE, they would be able to spring up and fight against the awful communists. I do not believe for a minute, and I can make the argument of why I do not believe that. My contention is that they were designed to stay behind for the refocusing of WWII to a much longer war. We think WWII ended, I make the argument that it never ended. They changed operational and tactical levels but their goal is still the same. World domination, New World Order.

In Germany in 1942, Gehlen gets together with, at the time a colonel, but eventually becomes general Wolf, they create these stay-behind units put into all the countries. This is interesting when you look at the Safari Club, the World Wildlife Fund, all focused on forested preservation areas that they put off limits to people. As we go forward, the war takes a bad turn for Germany and Gehlen reaches out to Allen Dulles. As you pointed out, Allen Dulles and his brother John Forester Dulles represented a lot of the German companies both in Germany and their branches in the USA leading up to WWII. Gehlen says [to Dulles] if you can guarantee me my freedom, I am going to turn over my Gladio Units to you… I will tell you where they are, I will help you set-up new ones in all the allied countries and we can work this operation together.

W. Averell Harriman was one of the more prominent public figures of the 20th Century, holding major positions in diplomacy, government, and business. Harriman served as Ambassador to the Soviet Union in 1943, and later Ambassador to the United Kingdom in 1946. Less than a year into his position of Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Harriman was selected as the Secretary of Commerce by President Harry S. Truman. He was then put in charge of the Marshall Plan to rebuild infrastructure and support the economies of Europe after the destruction of World War II.

Did you know there were primarily two distinct mafia/mobster networks operating in the United States in the early 1900’s.

The structure of the control network of transnational corporations affects global market competition and financial stability… We present the first investigation of the architecture of the international ownership network, along with the computation of the control held by each global player. We find that transnational corporations form a giant bow-tie structure and that a large portion of control flows to a small tightly-knit core of financial institutions. This core can be seen as an economic “super-entity” that raises new important issues both for researchers and policy makers.
In contrast, we find that only 737 top holders accumulate 80% of the control over the value of all TNCs [transnational corporations ]… This means that network control is much more unequally distributed than wealth. In particular, the top ranked actors hold a control ten times bigger than what could be expected based on their wealth. (Think MUTUAL FUNDS & PENSIONS! -GC]

A pair of physicists at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich did a physics-based analysis of the world economy as it looked in early 2007. Stefano Battiston and James Glattfelder extracted the information from the tangled yarn that links 24,877 stocks and 106,141 shareholding entities in 48 countries, revealing what they called the “backbone” of each country’s financial market. These backbones represented the owners of 80 percent of a country’s market capital, yet consisted of remarkably few shareholders.
“You start off with these huge national networks that are really big, quite dense,” Glattfelder said. “From that you’re able to … unveil the important structure in this original big network. You then realize most of the network isn’t at all important.”
The most pared-down backbones exist in Anglo-Saxon countries,.. these same countries are considered by economists to have the most widely-held stocks in the world… But while each American company may link to many owners, Glattfelder and Battiston’s analysis found that the owners varied little from stock to stock…

Once corporations figure out that it is cheaper and easier to get the competition banned and them mandated, than to create new products; and that they can make lots of money as the sole provider of a crappy product but not that much making good products in a competitive market; well, lets just say that the campaign contributions flow…

The current S&P 500 Index has the most top-heavy weighting the US has ever known. In 2025, the top 5 companies in America account for 33% of the S&P 500 Index weighting. For reference, in 2010, the top 5 companies accounted for 11%. In 15 years, the top 5 companies tripled in their weighting. One-third of the current weighting is in 1% of the S&P 500 companies. This means the S&P 500 doesn’t appropriately represent the US stock market. In fact, only 1% of American businesses are even publicly traded companies and a part of the stock market. The stock market doesn’t represent the economy, and the S&P 500 doesn’t properly represent the stock market.
Now that that is established, what do the five biggest companies in America all have in common, besides being megalithic in size? I believe they all have the same master, the CIA. They are all used to influence Americans and the world. They are all critical in propagandizing and controlling the world….
So lets stop here and look at the pieces of information we have.
* Trade is the life blood of empires.

If an EHM is completely successful, the loans are so large that the debtor is forced to default on its payments after a few years. When this happens, then like the Mafia we demand our pound of flesh.
This often includes one or more of the following: control over United Nations votes, the installation of military bases, or access to precious resources such as oil or the Panama Canal. Of course, the debtor still owes us the money—and another country is added to our global empire….

The IMF and World Bank are separate institutions with distinct roles. While the bank makes loans for development projects, the IMF lends to governments to ease deficits and make their economies appear stable to the international market. The World Bank was created in April 1944 as a lending institution composed of member governments to help rebuild post-war economies. The IMF was created to restructure and organize the market systems of member nations by promoting international economic cooperation and trade, and by encouraging stable currencies.
The bank introduced Structural Adjustment Programs in 1980 to increase export production in debtor nations to provide cash for debt-service payment. Under “structural adjustment,” developing countries typically are required to devalue their currency; dramatically cut spending on social services, medical care and education; eliminate barriers to foreign multinationals and trade; privatize national assets; deregulate business; decrease wages; restrict credit and raise interest rates.
Due to the radical reorganization of national economies, people in “SAPed” countries often pay for their governments’ loans with extreme poverty, hunger and disease. Using figures provided by UNICEF and UNDP, the editors of the IMF-World Bank Watchdog estimated that more than six million children under the age of five have died each year since 1982 in Africa, Asia and Latin America as a result of IMF / World Bank policies.
SAPs often carry heavy ecological costs as well. The forced privatization of nationalized industries and public or communal lands often opens Third World countries to opportunistic multinational corporations resulting in degraded (or destroyed) and polluted environments. Placing the emphasis on exports rather than local needs in a time of falling world commodity prices results in exploitation and depletion of oil, minerals, forests and other natural resources….
If the leaders of a country do not cooperate with the World Bank and IMF, the CIA and its Gladio Units step in and foment unrest and if needed assassination. So while the CIA is part of the mechanism, the ENFORCERS if you will, it is not running the show as Eric Carlson thinks.
As Colonel Towner pointed out, the funding of the CIA is ‘Off Books’ Some is from the USAID, but the CIA also makes a lot of its money pushing drugs and child sex trafficking. Just in case you were wondering, in 1914, Just after the Federal Reserve Act was passed, the Harrison Narcotics Tax Act was passed. It regulated and taxed the production, importation, and distribution of opiates and coca products.
Congress passed the Food and Drug Act in 1906, which required the labeling of all ingredients in these patent medicines and cure-alls.

By 1914, various groups wanted to ban various drugs. Congress and most Americans at the time thought that a ban of any drug was unconstitutional as our constitutional guarantee of liberty gave us the right to consume any product we wished (which is why the prohibition against alcohol required a constitutional amendment rather than merely a law). The plan was to ban drugs by making them nearly impossible to obtain. The law required that you must pay a tax on drugs. To ensure that the tax was collected, you had to get the drugs from a doctor via prescription (all prescriptions were therefore registered with the tax office which enabled the government to track which doctors were prescribing which drugs)

If we go back and look at the East India Company, it had its own army.
The East India Company (EIC) was first England‘s and then Britain‘s tool of colonial expansion in India and beyond. Revenue from trade and land taxes from territories it controlled allowed the EIC to build up its own private armies, collectively the largest armed force in South and South East Asia.
The EIC mixed British and Indian soldiers (sepoys), hired regular regiments of the British Army, and funded its own navy, the Bombay Marine. The vast resources of the company allowed it to eventually employ over 250,000 well-trained and well-equipped fighting men. This force expanded the EIC’s domains, seeing off competition from Indian princely states, pirates, and other European trade companies.
This time around they have naive Americans funding their army via taxes (USAID) drug, child and weapons trafficking. It is nothing new, only the faces have changed.
Opium for medicinal purposes was first manufactured in China toward the end of the 15th century. It was used to treat dysentery, cholera and other diseases. Not until the 18th century were there any accounts of opium smoking in China.
In 1729, the Chinese imperial government, alarmed at its debilitating effect, prohibited the sale of opium mixed with tobacco and banned opium-smoking houses. Selling opium for smoking “was classed with robbery and instigation to murder, and punished with banishment or death,” wrote Joshua Rowntree in “The Imperial Drug Trade,” published in London in 1905…
Britain’s East India Company would wage three wars on the people of China in order to secure the right to sell opium there….
They were the world’s first drug wars. Their sole purpose was to secure the importation of an addictive substance that provided a bountiful flow of profits.
Opium sales had risen gradually from 2,330 chests in 1788 to 4,968 chests in 1810. But once the British got a monopoly, they forced it up to 17,257 chests in 1835, worth millions of British pounds.
Britain’s governor-general of India wrote in 1830, “We are taking measures for extending the cultivation of the poppy, with a view to a large increase in the supply of opium.”….
The Chinese are now returning the favor by pushing fentanyl into the USA. At least according to the CIA controlled Mockingbird Media.

MOTIVE: I have noticed what I think is a thread thru history. In my last article, on Operation Gladio, I mentioned Mercantilism. Trade and bartering seems to be a uniquely human trait and it is seen through out history. It is a reason for empire building. . Usury, the practice of lending money and charging the borrower interest would be a connected motive. To make the most money on each trading trip, you would want to able to borrow money even if it is at interest, so you have the funds to invest in the maximum amount of trade goods for each trip. That just makes good sense. However I am going to save that topic for another article.
WHAT IS HIDDEN AND HOW
Unfortunately, if the truth is inconvenient to our hidden rulers they have several ways to deal with it.
The easiest is to scrub history so the truth is reduced to folklore status or less. Examples are, MaoZedong’s efforts to erase traditional Chinese culture and historical figures who were not aligned with Maoist ideology and the current US destruction of historical statues and the re-naming of locations and products. We’re even maligning our Founding Fathers.
A third is to use ‘scholarly works’ to gaslight the peons while suppressing any dissenting voices. The Climate Scam is an excellent illustration of that.
A fourth, that is the slam-dunk shut up is the use of religion to make discussion and even heretical thought of competing ideas completely unthinkable.
Thus RELIGION is an excellent cover for activity that would otherwise be condemned. Religion is used to sway emotions and muddy the waters. From what I can tell this is done DELIBERATELY. We can see that playbook used today by naming the Globalist NGOs moving illegals into the USA Catholic… or Lutheran… or Baptist … or even Jewish… and using ‘It’s Charity so Shut-up’ at the least sign of criticism . This allows debate about whether it is actually subversive destruction of the USA via invasion to be completely shut down. So as you read this, take your religious feelings, place them in a box and lock it. Do not allow OTHERS to use your religion against you.

I am going to start with the US Civil War and then jump back in time where the truth is even harder to find.

Seward, 1861: A US-UK War Would “Wrap the World in Flames”
Kenneth Bourne’s Britain and the Balance of Power in North America, 1815-1908 provides an effective antidote to such sentimental thinking in the form of a notable chapter (singled out for attention by Crook) on the British planning for war with the United States at the time of the Trent affair in December-January 1861, when Seward threatened to “wrap the world in flames” and the British lion roared in reply. [3] Two Confederate envoys, Mason and Slidell, were taken off the British merchant ship Trent by a US warship as they were sailing to plead the cause of intervention in London and Paris; the London press became hysterical with rage, and the anti-Union group in the cabinet saw their chance to start a transatlantic war. This study draws not only upon the British Admiralty archives in the Public Record Office, but also on the papers of Admiral Sir Alexander Milne in the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich. Bourne depicts the British predicament as their “defenceless” position in Canada, even with the help of the 10,000 additional regular infantry which Palmerston deployed in response to the crisis. (Bourne 211) A recurrent British fear was that their soldiers would desert to the American side, urged on by “crimps.” (Bourne 217).

The heart of the British strategy in case of war was “overwhelming naval strength based on a few select fortresses,” especially Bermuda and Halifax (in today’s Nova Scotia). (Bourne 208) British Prime Minister Lord Palmerston dispatched a powerful squadron of eight ships of the line and thirteen frigates and corvettes under Admiral Milne to the western Atlantic, and wanted to use the Great Eastern, the largest ship in the world, as a troop transport. London even considered ways to foment secession in Maine. Bombarding and burning both Boston and New York was actively considered as a contingency; it was concluded that the reduction of Boston would be very difficult because of the channels and forts; New York was seen as more vulnerable, especially to a surprise attack. An Admiralty hydrographer saw New York City as “the true heart of [US] commerce, — the centre of …maritime resources; to strike her would be to paralyse all the limbs.” (Bourne 240)

The Russian-British rivalry was of course the central antagonism of European history after the Napoleonic era, and the Russian attitude towards London coincided with the traditional American resentment against the former colonial power. Benjamin Platt Thomas’s older study shows that the US-Russian convergence became decisive during the Crimean War; while Britain, France and the Ottoman Empire attacked Russia, the United States was ostentatiously friendly to the court of St. Petersburg. He depicts Russian minister to Washington Éduard de Stoeckl as a diplomat “whose sole aim was to nurture the chronic anti-British feeling in the United States.” (Thomas 111) According to Thomas, Stoeckl succeeded so well that there was even a perceptible chance that the United States might enter the Crimean War on the Russian side. The US press and public were all on the side of Russia, and hostile to the Anglo-French, to the chagrin of the erratic US President Pierce (who had been close to Admiralty agent Giuseppe Mazzini’s pro-British Young America organization) and the doughface politician James Buchanan. The latter, at that time US envoy to London, embraced the British view of the Tsar as “the Despot.” (Thomas 117) Thomas finds that “the Crimean War undoubtedly proved the wisdom of Russia’s policy of cultivating American friendship, and in fact, drew the two nations closer together.” (Thomas 120) But Thomas glosses over some of the more important US-UK frictions during this phase, which included British army recruiting in the US, and the ejection of the British ambassador as persona non grata. Historian Webster Griffin Tarpley talked about the contribution of Russian Tsar Alexander II to a northern victory in the U.S. Civil War. He said that the Imperial Russian government had issued an ultimatum to Britain and France specifying that if those powers should intervene on the side of the Confederate States of America they would immediately find themselves at war with the Russian Empire. Mr. Tarpley marked the 150th anniversary of the arrival of the Russian Baltic Fleet in New York City on September 24, 1863, and of the Russian Pacific Squadron in San Francisco on October 12, 1863. He argued that it was the presence of those fleets that provided the final deterrence. Russia was the only country to extend direct military support to the Lincoln government.
Russia will support in every way possible, and aid to the fullest extent of its power its ancient ally, the United States of America, in its struggle against treason. Under no circumstances will the Czar permit, if his efforts can prevent it, the success of the lately inaugurated rebellion against the laws, and the government of a friendly country….
On April 1, 1861, the Civil War had not yet begun. That day, Secretary of State William Seward drafted a memorandum to Lincoln seeking action against “European intervention.”
“I would at once demand explanations from France and Spain categorically,” Seward wrote. “I would demand explanations from Great Britain and Russia… And if satisfactory explanations are not received from Spain and France, I would convene Congress and declare war against them.”
Seward’s concerns were legitimate.
Seeing America’s weakness, foreign powers had begun challenging the Monroe Doctrine, which forbade European intervention in the Americas.
Spain had annexed its former colony of Santo Domingo on March 18, pointedly increasing its Cuban garrison to 25,000 men. France was saber-rattling over Haiti and other lost colonies.
Meanwhile, British diplomats were working hard to bring Spain, France, and Russia into a coalition strong enough to force Lincoln into recognizing the Confederacy.
These intrigues plainly violated the Monroe Doctrine. But no one cared what America thought anymore. The U.S. was falling apart.
“Our domestic dissensions are producing their natural fruit,” wrote The New York Times on March 30, 1861. “The terror of the American name is gone, and the Powers of the Old World are flocking to the feast from which the scream of our eagle had hitherto scared them. We are just beginning to suffer the penalties of being a weak and despised Power.”
When Seward wrote his memo to Lincoln, the attack on Fort Sumter was still eleven days away. The first shot of our Civil War had not yet been fired.
Yet, the mightiest powers in Europe were already spoiling for a fight.
Britain was the Ringleader
Great Britain was the driving force behind these plots. The British had been planning America’s downfall for years.
England made no secret of her ambitions in North America.
On January 3, 1860, the London Morning Post bluntly called for the restoration of British rule in America.
The Post was known as a mouthpiece for Lord Palmerston, Britain’s Prime Minister. Indeed, Palmerston himself was rumored to write unsigned editorials for the paper, now and then.
Should North and South separate, said the Morning Post on January 3, 1860, the colonies of British North America (later combined into the Dominion of Canada) would then “hold the balance of power on the Continent.” Canada would find herself in a strong position to annex the quarreling fragments of the former USA.
The first target should be Portland, Maine, the Post suggested. Strategically located at the terminus of Canada’s Grand Trunk Railway, Portland harbor provided Canada with access to the Atlantic during the winter months, when every port on the St. Lawrence River was frozen.
Why leave such a vital asset in American hands?
“On military, as well as commercial grounds, it is obviously necessary,” argued the Morning Post, “that British North America should possess on the Atlantic a port open at all times of year…”
The newspaper recommended that the state of Maine should join the British Empire voluntarily, once the Union collapsed. “[T]he people of that State, with an eye to commercial profit, should offer to annex themselves to Canada,” it suggested….
In the two millennia since the Romans fortified the lowest crossing point of the River Thames, the City of London’s wealth has meant neither the Crown, nor Parliament could subordinate it. From an early stage, the City became the dominant power in foreign policy and government finance in Britain (nee England). The Ulster plantation and the Royal charters for the Levant Company and the East India Company were orchestrated by powerful City financiers. Traditionally, and to the ire of successive generations of British manufacturers, the City of London preferred international investments to investing in local industry.
The use of debt as a weapon wasn’t invented by City of London financiers, but they perfected the technique in the years preceding the Age of Financial Capitalism. At the time Europe was scrambling to halt Napoleon’s advance and were forced to borrow to finance their extra expenditure, in desperation they turned to the City. From this point, the City’s financiers had brought the rulers of Europe into debt servitude, under financial and banker management.
“The defeat of Napoleon in 1815 (the Bank of England, the City and the Rothschilds played a key role by financing the Emperor’s enemies), the expansion of the Empire and the Industrial Revolution, allowed Britain to establish its position as international hegemon with supremacy in industry, shipping and finance… [The City] preferred the more profitable opportunities offered by financing trade and foreign wars, making loans to governments and generating speculative investment opportunities. Capitalist Industrial production like agriculture before it, depended largely on regional and local sources of finance …” (Lambie, p. 341)
We can’t talk about the City of London in this period without giving special mention to the Rothschild family. Between 1808 and 1859 they developed a capital fund and intelligence service that their rivals couldn’t compete with...
…One of Rothschild’s couriers was a man named Rothworth. When the outcome of the Battle of Waterloo was won by the British, Rothworth took off for the Channel and was able to deliver this news to Nathan Mayer Rothschild, a full 24 hours before Wellington’s own courier…
When news came through that the British had actually won the war, the consuls went up to a level even higher than before the war ended leaving Nathan Mayer Rothschild with a return of approximately 20 to 1 on his investment.
This gave the Rothschild family complete control of the British economy, now the financial centre of the world following Napolean’s defeat, and forced England to set up a new Bank of England, which Nathan Mayer Rothschild controlled.
Interestingly, 100 years later the New York Times would run a story stating that Nathan Mayer Rothschild’s grandson had attempted to secure a court order to suppress publication of a book which had this insider trading story in it. The Rothschild family claimed the story was untrue and libellous, but the court denied the Rothschilds request and ordered the family to pay all court costs.
Back to 1815, this is the year Nathan Mayer Rothschild makes his famous statement,
“I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire on which the sun never sets. The man who controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply.”
…something that did not go well for the Rothschilds this year was the Congress of Vienna, which started in September, 1814 and concluded in June of this year. This book traces the history of the ancient Khazar Empire, a major but almost forgotten power in Eastern Europe, which in the Dark Ages became converted to Judaism.

There were itinerant story-tellers and folk bards (some of their names, such as Velvel Zbarzher, have been preserved) travelling from shtetl to shtetl in Poland — and no doubt earlier on in Khazaria, if one is to judge by the survival of story-tellers among Oriental people to our day.
…Some particular trades became virtually a Jewish monopoly in Poland. One was dealing in timber — which reminds one that timber was the chief building material and an important export in Khazaria; another was transport. “The dense net of shtetls,” writes Poliak, “made it possible to distribute manufactured goods over the whole country by means of the superbly built Jewish type of horse cart. The preponderance of this kind of transport, especially in the east of the country, was so marked amounting to a virtual monopoly — that the Hebrew word for carter, ba‘al agalah was incorporated into the Russian language as balagula…
…After the Mongol conquest”, wrote Poliak, “when the Slav villages wandered westward, the Khazar shtetls went with them.”

So this guy was all over Europe, got rescued by the Brits twice, ended up working for the British Ministry of Information, became a UK citizen. Lived in the USA… Given his family background as wealthy eastern European Jews and his traveling before the massive destruction of WWI, I am inclined to believe he had a decent handle on the truth.

Also, all survivors state that the US Flag was flying clearly on a sunny day. The Israelis knew they were attacking an American ship.
But why? Well, the real secret that the Israeli’s have kept, is that the USS Liberty was close to the coast and in view of a town called El Arish. And in El Arish, the Jews were busy murdering, Egyptian POWS. In fact, the Israeli army was doing a LOT of civilian murder that day. But the USS Libery, as a spy ship, was listening in on all radio comms and was picking up everything. And the Israelis knew it was a US spy ship. In order to hide their slaughter of the POW’s, they wanted to sink the Liberty and ensure that NOBODY SURVIVED. That is why they engaged in the brutal, hours-long attack that they did.

A newly surfaced document has revealed that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and intelligence systems had detailed knowledge of Hamas’s plan to raid Israel and kidnap 250 people weeks before the October 7 massacre.
The document, which was compiled in the Gaza Division, outlined Hamas’s intentions and was known to top intelligence officials, according to a report by Kan News.
The document, titled “Detailed End-to-End Raid Training,” was distributed on September 19, 2023, and described in detail the series of exercises conducted by Hamas’s elite units.
Colonel Towner remarked the use of para-gliders was a known Operation Gladio tactic.

In a nutshell, to fund Operation Gladio (Color Revolutions and such) the CIA uses ‘off the books’ money from drug running, arms trafficking, — from guns and ammo to fighter jets and helicopters — and human trafficking — from slaves to child sex workers. Dr MacDonald, as an army doctor became aware of this drug pipeline and thus was framed for the murder of his family. This book was written by a high ranking Canadian naval officer with connections in both military and intelligence agencies. He identifies a group of ‘International Bankers’ as the “secret power” behind world revolutions, and documents the history of their activities as they fund wars and upheavals from Cromwell to WWII. He covers wars and revolutions throughout Europe from 1640 to 1940, but of special interest are his insights into the Spanish Civil War (1936) and events leading to WWII, since these are not well covered in most other accounts…
William Guy Carr died in 1959 of unexplained causes four years after publishing “Pawns in the Game”. He was 64. His son published one of his other important books “Satan, Prince of this World”, after his death.
When the author of this book, Commander W.J.G. Carr died on October 2, 1959, he left this book in manuscript form along with many scribbled notes, reference books, half formulated thoughts, etc. His last wish was that the book be finished and published in order that all men might know of the plot which exists to wipe out every trace of decency in the world and all civilizations as we know them now. Such a task is manifestly beyond ordinary means. I, his oldest son, have been asked to try and edit, revise and correct the manuscript as best possible before publication. This I have done to the best of my limited ability.
I have not added anything to the original draft or changed anything except where requested to do so in marginal notes in my father’s own handwriting. I found the work frustrating because it was far beyond the scope of my ability. At the same time, I found it extremely interesting and rewarding as I tried to sort out the thoughts and ideas of a man who died almost seven years ago.
At some points in the manuscript I found notes such as: “Check the accuracy of such and such a point” or “dig out more information on such and such a person”. On each occasion, I deleted the point queried completely, for it was always my father’s strong belief that nothing should ever be written until completely proved out in the light of existing knowledge. Since I do not have the necessary sense of values to decide what information should or should not be used in such cases, I felt safest by leaving the information out completely.
The fact that there are only thirteen chapters in this book will annoy some people and frustrate others: I think all who read it will be left in a state of restlessness. “The Unfinished Symphony” has never been completed and this book will not be completed either, except as each reader finishes it for himself in the future by personal experience as the story unfolds. Many of you will scoff at the statements made in this book; many will toss it aside as the ravings of a madman; some will be unable to finish the book because it will arouse anxieties and fears that cannot be faced. But many others, and I hope that they will be in the majority, will find in this work the answers to some of the most perplexing of the problems that have faced men since the beginning of time and provide material for pondering possible solutions to the future….

In the video Ted starts off with his first case as a private investigator. It ties drug running from South East Asia (Vietnam) to military bases; a cover-up by military intelligence at Fort Bragg; the involvement of sons and daughters of military personnel in the Satanic Cult who actually committed the murders; all to protect that CIA drug pipeline. Note that these same Cult members were the distributors of the drugs up and down the east coast.
As of 2014, I still do not know if Dr Jeffrey R McDonald has finally been released from prison.
“We discovered how the defense, the jury, and the judge were prevented by prosecutors from seeing the extensive evidence of outside assailants collected at the crime scene as revealed in CID laboratory notes. This critical material – my entire defense, if you will – remained hidden. As later proven in documents acquired through the Freedom of Information Act, the critical CID lab notes had been carefully collected by prosecutor Murtagh, who left the Army to build his career on my case. “Murtagh’s fellow prosecutor, James Blackburn, repeatedly told the court, ‘Where is the evidence of outside assailants? Where is the evidence that Helena Stoeckley was ever inside 544 Castle Drive?”
It was in the brief case of his fellow prosecutor as he knew damn well! Reminds me all to well of the Jan 6ers.

Summary:
Dr. Gary Stickel, a UCLA archaeologist, discovered tunnels under a school, leading to the uncovering of a covert criminal enterprise involving military intelligence. This enterprise, known as the Franklin cover-up, involved kidnapping children from foster homes and orphanages for sex trafficking. The operation, which is documented in a book, involved flying the children to Washington, D.C. for sex orgies with prominent figures. Despite evidence and demands for investigation, the FBI has refused to look into the matter.

The next case I worked of a major consequence was the McMartin preschool case in Manhattan Beach, California. The children there claimed there were tunnels under the school. That they were taken into the tunnels and through the tunnels up into the trap door of a bathroom in a Triplex next door, placed in automobiles and prostituted in the community. These are two, three, and four year-old children before they entered kindergarten. In addition the children claimed that they were flown into the mountains where they were involved with adults in robes. Black robes, Chanting, Candles. They talked about the brown babies who were sacrificed. Who were cut up, actually sacrificed. In checking into this and researching this of course this was obviously a satanic ceremony. The McMartin family who owned the preschool they were tried of Ray Buckey and his grandmother. The grandmother was acquitted. Hung jury on Ray Buckey, the second trial another hunt jury.
I had an opportunity in 1990 to gain control of the school. Now the school had been given to Danny Davis the defense attorney and he had sold it even though he made $15 million on the case by the way. He had sold it to a contractor who was going to take it down. When I learned this, I contacted the contractor. I said I want to be given an opportunity to go on that school and look for the tunnels. The authorities had looked for them in 1987. They said they could find no tunnels. Along with some of the parents ,we hired Dr Gary Stickel, UCLA archaeologist. He hired his crew and brought them in. And in 34 days Dr Stickel said there had been tunnels under that school. They were covered up and they were covered in.
An informant of mine told me that there was an abandoned satanic site in Crestline California up in the mountains I went up into the mountains and obtain copies, photocopies [of] photographs of the site…
Makes you wonder what evidence those California fires are burning… Think the Standard Hotel. Think the 1986 Presidio Child Development Center scandal in San Francisco….

I replaced a fellow named Gary Caradori who was the investigator for a Nebraska Senate committee. Gary met the official photographer of the group who had split from the group, defected. [he] agreed to take the pictures that this official photographer gave him. They met in Chicago. And he agreed to take the pictures back to the committee. He flew out of Chicago in his private plane. A short distance out of Chicago the plane exploded midair. His briefcase has never been found. He and his 11-year-old boy died. The rear seat of the airplane has never been found. I had made every attempt possible to obtain possession of or control of that plane because I wanted to examine it for bomb chemicals particularly the back seat. It’s no longer available. Nobody knows what happened to it.
Gary kadori was a civilian yet it [the plane] was taken to a military base for examination. A deputy sheriff was the first one on the scene he saw the pictures. He started picking up the pictures and FBI agent came along took the pictures away from him. Told him to keep his mouth shut. He started talking to a few people. A year later his wife was murdered. He’s no longer talking.
This International child kidnapping ring I later learned was out of Washington D.C. It was very active and the organization is known as the Finders. I have a report on the Finders back there. Everything I’m telling you is documented by the way. The Finders has been established and operating throughout the 1960s up to the present time. It was exposed in 1987, [so] they moved their operation to Wichita Kansas and they’re operating right today in Wichita Kansas.
So Nick Bryant had good reason to be nervous about getting concrete evidence.
I have taken my report to the FBI a half a dozen times demanded an investigation and I have yet to be interviewed. Johnny, a boy from Iowa, was kidnapped and used as a sex slave in a covert CIA mind control project. He escaped and briefly returned to his mother in 1997 before disappearing again. The case is linked to the Nebraska case and the CIA’s MkUltra mind control program, which was investigated by Congress in 1987. This program, still active today, involves training individuals for various tasks, including assassinations, and has connections to powerful figures and institutions, including Boys Town, Nebraska, a respected children’s charity.
Larry King, a prominent businessman, was accused of abusing children from Boys Town, a home for troubled youth. Despite reports of his actions, no action was taken due to his influence and connections. However, in 1988, his financial crimes led to his arrest and the exposure of his pedophilic activities. Despite the evidence and testimonies, many of the influential people involved in the abuse were not prosecuted due to their power and status.
The text discusses a horrifying scenario where children were manipulated and abused by a man named Larry King. King used drugs to control the children, who were then forced into sexual acts and threatened with violence. The text also mentions a disturbing ritual involving murder and sacrifice of children, which was believed to bring power through invoking demons. The victims were often very young and were brainwashed into participating in these horrific acts.
In 1990, a child abuse ring was discovered in Nebraska, but the media and law enforcement discredited the victims instead of investigating the accused. The FBI and local police didn’t take the victims’ allegations seriously, and even pressured them to change their stories. When one investigator died in a suspicious plane crash, his evidence was quickly seized by the FBI. Despite the victims being acknowledged as abused, the grand jury dismissed their allegations and instead charged one victim with perjury.
In 1991, Alicia Owen was sentenced to 9-25 years in prison due to a false child abuse story by Troy Bonner. Alan Baer was fined $500 for aiding prostitution, and Peter Citron served two years for a similar crime. Larry King, however, never faced child sex charges due to Bonner’s lies, but was sentenced to 15 years for a $40 million fraud. John de Camp believes this case shows a failure of justice and hopes to expose it, despite strong opposition and claims of cover-ups in high places.
…Years later, on February 5, 1999, in a civil action in a U.S. District Court in Lincoln, Nebraska, Paul Bonacci painstakingly recounted the sordid, heart breaking details of Johnny Gosch’s abduction and forced participation in an elite government sponsored pedophile sex slave ring, that dehumanized and controlled its young, hapless victims using techniques such as drugs, murder, satanic rituals, sexual abuse, and torture, resulting in MPD (multiple-personality disorder). Paul Bonacci knew what he was talking about regarding Johnny Gosch’s kidnapping in 1982. Why? Because he was there! Bonacci’s role within the pedophile ring was simultaneously that of a victim and a perpetrator. Actually, the then 16 year old Paul Bonacci was the person who had lured and then forced Johnny into the back of the car that screeched away on that fateful September morning. It was Bonacci who had helped drug Johnny, and then proceeded to initiate him into the group, his new “family”, by sexually assaulting him.
Bonacci himself had been abducted and pressed into service as an MK-ULTRA sex slave by Lawrence E. King, a high ranking Republican operative who managed Franklin Savings and Loan in Omaha, Nebraska as a front for an internationally organized pedophile ring. He ran this pedophile ring for the benefit of government, military, and big business elites, whose patronage included political blackmail, snuff films, kiddy pornography, prostitution, illegal arms and drug running, extortion, and money laundering. This was the same Larry King who allegedly ran the infamous midnight “call-boy” tours of the White House, along with Craig Spence. Amazingly, the White House pedophile story was headlined by the Washington Times, on June 29, 1989.….

…The Presidio Child Development Center scandal was reported on beginning in 1986 in San Francisco. As in the Franklin case, there is no question children had been sexually abused. Literally dozens of children were medically examined and showed signs of genital and anal trauma, and 5 to 6, depending on reports, contracted chlamydia, a sexually contracted disease . The game became what could be prosecuted in a court of law.
Many of the children repeatedly identified Aquino as being present when they were transported from the base to area homes for ritualized abuse.
Aquino lived in the area and eventually his home was raided based on descriptions provided by the children of not only a satanic décor, but a soundproof room with photography and video recording equipment inside. Photographs of naked children were carried out of the Aquino home in clear trash bags, along with video tapes and other evidence. Of course, Aquino was never brought up on charges, most likely because of the level of prominence of the people depicted in those photographs and movies raping children.
The Army took over a yearto close the daycare. About the only thing it did even half right was ensure Aquino would never get promoted.

The chief of police in West Des Moines said to her, even though he disappeared, we do not have any witnesses who saw him being grabbed and placed in a car or being taken control of, so we’re not going to investigate it.The FBI used the same premise they refused to investigate it. Now I’ve been involved in kidnappings in the FBI and I can tell you that it’s automatic within 24 hours,at the end of 24 hours that we had to go in. In my day this was back in the 50s, 60s and 70s we had to go in and start investigating the case after they’ve disappeared for 24 hours.
Today as we as I stand here and you sit there the children are disappearing in this country at the rate of 83 per hour that’s over 700,000 children a year now. I can go back to July 1982 the Readers Digest claimed there were 100,000 children disappearing every year. There’s another statistic that I find very interesting and that is that it is estimated 2,500 children are kidnapped and murdered in this country every year….
Now we know why the DemonRats are so interested in ‘unaccompanied children’ and why they ‘disappear’ from the system. The USA now has a much lower birth rate and parents are more careful about keeping a sharp watch on their kids compared to the 1950s & 60s. The pedos and satanists, needed a fresh source.

Well how did Johnny Gosch get from a West Des Moines Iowa 12 years old, all the way, with the phony press pass, into the White House as of a few weeks ago. What happened to Johnny is that he was transported from West Des Moines to Sioux City. He was placed on a farm for 3 weeks [and] sexually molested. He was taken to the mountains in Colorado placed in a cage in a house of some sort or cabin. And then later he was used as a sex slave. They didn’t kill him they didn’t sacrifice him although a number of these kids are sacrificed in satanic ceremonies. He escaped with another young man. They stole a car and in 1997 Johnny knocked on his mother’s door at 2:30 in the morning. Gosch said he wanted to talk to her. He was there with another young boy. He came in. He told [her] in the rain. He says “mother I was kidnapped.” Kidnapped, I’ve been placed in a covert military CIA controlled mind control project and used as a sex slave. He said I can’t come forward at this time. They will kill me and then he left in the rain . She says that’s the last time she talked to him.
[It’s] 1997 now. Now several years after that, a girl named Burns who was a producer for 20-20 decided to do a story on the Johnny Gosch kidnapping and the Nebraska case. And She interviewed me. In fact I spent 5 days with her. Gave her the benefit of all my research, which is available to you folks also. Then she got a lead that Johnny was hiding out on an Indian reservation in northern Minnesota she went there and flushed him out. He basically went into hiding and now he shows up at the White House. He was a mind control victim.

If you don’t know anything about MK Ultra mind control program, it came into this country through the German scientists after World War II. They were involved with the Nazis during the war and prior to World War II in developing robots and individuals to be used on command for anything that they wish ,including assassinations and other nefarious activity. The MK Ultra program, CIA mind control program, was investigated by Congress in 1987. Congress said CIA you got to quit doing that that. You’re bad boys and they said we will quit. Don’t kid yourself. It’s is very active today. There are people like Barbara Hartwell out there who are mind control victims. She’s another one who’s been bashing me. But going back to the Nebraska case [and] MK Ultra. A lot of this training took place at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha Nebraska which was strategic care command headquarters. You recall after 9-11 the president flew to I think it was the South someplace in Louisiana or New Orleans and then he flew to Offutt Air Force Base in the afternoon of September 11th. They had a party there that morning at 9:30 in the morning. He missed the party. He was sorry he missed the party. Warren Buffett was there by the way.
The MK Ultra program has been very actively administered not only at Offutt Air Force Base, [but] at Fort Brag North Carolina, the place where Dr McDonald’s family was slaughtered in 1970.

We have the 1993… the car bombing of the World Trade Center. I have a copy of the New York Times [from] October 28th 1993. And in the article was reporting from The Trial that took place [of] an FBI informant named Salam who was in among the terrorists. He testified that he was commissioned by the terrorists to put the bomb together to bomb the World Trade Center in February 1993.
Fortunately for him, when he met with the terrorist he wore a body mic so he could record every word that was said. Unknown to the FBI, when he met with the FBI, he also wore a body mic. That was probably what kept him from being set up and framed and sent to prison. This is actually in this newspaper article he went to his FBI superiors. [He] says I’ve been commissioned to put the bomb together we’re going to use a dummy bomb aren’t we and he was told by his FBI superiors no we’re going to use a real bomb.
Now I don’t understand why Congress and Senate investigators and our leaders in Washington DC are not jumping up and down over that situation. The FBI not only knew in advance of the car bombing, they furnished the ingredients for the bomb. [ Jan 6th Pipe Bomb anyone? – GC]
Why doesn’t somebody take some action in that area. Why doesn’t somebody investigate this International child kidnapping ring being operated by the CIA. Why are these congressmen voting on bills like the Patriot Act which takes away many of our constitution rights and civil liberties in the best interest of quote protection for our country and protection from the terrorists.
Let me tell you something ladies and gentlemen, there are people in our government, a rogue outfit, whatever I’m not sure who, are actually Behind These Terrorist Acts. So then we have Oklahoma City 1995.
I personally made two trips to Oklahoma City. I investigated Oklahoma City. Because of my report, the defense attorney for Timothy McVeigh, sent two of his investigators to interview me. I spent four hours with them actually. I got a lot of information out of them. For example they told me that they were allowed to tour the remains of the M building in Oklahoma City in the presence of a US Marshall, but they were not allowed under any circumstances to take soil samples or to pick up any evidence for examination. Stephen Jones was their attorney.
I heard that they were going to tear down the building.
Now you can trace bombs through what they call the tagging chemicals. When I heard this, I called John deCamp. I said, “John we’ve got to prevent that building from coming down.” I actually called an outfit in Chicago of the Pat Kennedy group, who are specialists in examining evidence of this type. John called McVeigh’s attorney, Jones. Because John had a client who he was representing, who was involved in the case, John said I’ll handle the paper. We’ll have a hearing. We will prevent that building from coming down. The next thing we heard the building was coming down. John called Jones. “What’s going on and he had no good answer for it. That was evidence. I’ve been at many a crime scene and it is critical that the evidence be preserved. That was a huge cover up.
McVeigh wrote a letter to his sister. [Jennifer] was in Special Forces. The government said the military says “oh no he flunked out” He didn’t flunk out. He was recruited out of Special Forces according to him in a letter he wrote to his sister. [He was recruited] to be trained to be a CIA assassin and also to work for the CIA International drug operation both against the competition and for the CIA pro- drug people. McVeigh was in my opinion an MK Ultra mind control victim. He was visited in prison in Oklahoma and in Colorado by Dr Jolly West. This was secret by the way, I happen to find out because I made some phone calls to the right people. Jolly West was one of the foremost leaders along with Sidney Gottlieb and the CIA’s MK Ultra mind control operation.

Why would somebody like Jolly West go interview McVeigh not only in Oklahoma but also in Colorado during the trial? Because he was a mind control victim himself. At one time it was reported, I think in US News & World Report, that McVeigh had a microchip in his buttocks. Our military reportedly have been using microchips to keep track of their soldiers.
The bomb in the truck allegedly was a fertilizer bomb. The government first announced that it was a 1500lb bomb and then a 2500 lb bomb and I think it ended up being 4,800 lb. That bomb that was in the truck destroyed half the building. A 4,800 lb fertilizer bomb, an ammonia nitrate fertilizer bomb dissipates and did not have the potential, the possibility, of destroying that much of the building. After the Oklahoma City bomb went off I had a call from a friend of mine, Michael Riconosciuto. For those of you who are making notes look up in the internet, Michael Riconosciuto. I’ve been working with Michael since the early 1980s, 1982.

It’s when I first met him. He was a CIA agent operative for some two decades he was also an FBI informant at one time. His father owned the Hercules Manufacturing in Silicone Valley California. Hercules manufacturing developed what is known as the electro-hydrodynamic gaseous fuel device which is a highly classified bomb. In fact I talked to him yesterday because he started to talk before the Brooks committee about a very interesting case involving the Promis Software [Inslaw, 30 Inc.]. The Promis Software was a computer operation. They developed all kinds of intelligence information on you, and I, and every citizen in America. The Department of Justice leased it for two years. At the end of two years they refused to pay Bill and Nancy Hamilton the $10 million they owed them. Then the Department of Justice through Earl Bryant, past president of United Press International, took that computer [and] sold it around the world. Sold it to the French, to the English, Israelis, Canadians. Unknown to these foreign countries, [to] the officials in these foreign countries, there was a trap in the computer. A very clever trapdoor [that] secretly allowed us, the US government, to retrieve all the information they developed.
Michael Riconosciuto was the CIA agent who developed the trapdoor in the Promis Software Computer. When Congress started to investigate it in the late 1980s, they called on Michael. We want you to testify. Michael received a threatening phone call two weeks before he was to testify, he claimed. From a fellow named Peter Videnieks of the US Department of Justice. “If you testify you’ll be sorry.” Michael testified anyway. A few weeks later [He] was arrested for drugs [and] is now serving a 30-year prison sentence because he dared to expose these nefarious activities by this Rogue Criminal Enterprise operating within the confines of the US government.
Michael has been released and is scared to death he will meet the same fate as journalist Danny Casolaro. The documentary is by Christian Hansen & Zachary Treitz. Riconoscuito was one of the chief sources for Casolaro. Michael had a lot of inside info on the people concerned.

I gave you a little background on Michael. Going back to Oklahoma City now, I want you to understand who Michael is. He’s not some guy walking down the street with a grocery basket looking for a recycling center okay? He has credibility. Now Michael called me right after the Oklahoma City bomb went off and he said Ted, (He called from prison by the way) that’s my bomb meaning [that it is the bomb] Hercules developed. That it was not an ammonium nitrate bomb. Now when that [Hercules] bomb was tested in 1982 I happened to be with a group of intelligence agents in Palm Springs waiting for the results of that test.
It was tested in Area 51. It was under estimated because the power, it was so powerful, that two of the technicians died. They underestimated the strength of it. This, I call it a barometric bomb, this barometric bomb, according to Michael was what was in the car not a fertilizer bomb. I have an Oklahoma City report on that. So what did I do as an investigator?

Well I went to the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. I gave him the contract number which I obtained through a Science magazine. One of my associates actually did the research on that and I gave the public Picatinny Arsenal contract number and the Picatinny came back and said there’s no such contract here, even though I had the contract. By the way that’s documented in my report. I went to Dyno Nobel who I knew manufactured it and they didn’t even bother to respond. It’s interesting to note that a Dyno Nobel expert witness testified at the Grand Jury when they indicted McVeigh in September of 1995

Some five or six months after the 19th of April 1995 Oklahoma City, in an article in Fireman’s Magazine. It was written by the editor of Fireman’s Magazine. The information was obtained from the Oklahoma City Fire Department. In that article, again that’s in my report, in that article it states that four unexploded devices were taken out of the building. When people were in the building after the bombing, DYING, they discontinued the rescue efforts for some 5 hours, while they carried out a bunch of government files. Men in blue suits of some sort. Sweatsuits. So what I’m telling you is Oklahoma City was perpetrated by certain people other than McVeigh and Nichols and now Roger Moore.
If you read the paper recently, the gun dealer who claims that he was robbed of his guns in Arkansas and that that money was used to finance Oklahoma City Bombing, Roger Moore, has been accused by Terry Nichols of being involved in it. Roger Moore denies it. Roger Moore at the time of the Oklahoma City Bombing was an FBI informant.I had an Inside investigator in Oklahoma City tell me that there were at least 11 other individuals involved in Oklahoma City okay?

That brings us up, we’ve gone through Pearl Harbor, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Car bombing 93, Oklahoma City 95, that brings us up to 9-11.
As I said my [client] was in prison. I’m his “investigator of record” which means I’m like an attorney. I should have access to him on a regular basis. I represent this man. For a year prior to 9-11, actually year and a half. I tried to get in and see Michael. He was in prison in Northern Pennsylvania. I was in the Philadelphia area. The Bureau of Prisons would not allow me to see [him.]
I finally was able to talk to Michael in January 2003. I flew to the east coast spent three days with him.
Michael told me that he had developed information from among his contacts in advance of 911 that they were going to be involved in using missiles, airplane missiles and they were going to be involved in skyjacking. They were training Arab terrorists. Also he knew the identity of the person in the United States. An Arab who lived in Patterson New Jersey who was the leader of terrorist activity by the Arabs in this country. Now Michael had this information, because you’re saying how can Michael develop this information being in prison? Because I met with Osama Bin Laden, along with Michael, along with the state department representative, in the spring of 1986.
At that time I was contacted by former top Reagan Ronnie Reagan official who said can we help the Afghan Rebels? They were our friends then. So I called Michael, and I said what do you think? He said let’s meet. So there was a fourth fellow there. We didn’t know at the time it was Osama Bin Laden. He actually used the name Tim Osman traveling under a Turkish passport. But because of Michael I passed the ball to him. I just arranged for the meeting and went on.
Michael traveled all over the world putting this package together to furnish the Afghan Rebels with the surface to air missiles that defeated the Soviets. Really shot down their helicopters. As a result of this Michael developed sources inside the Arab world. And that’s how Michael knew in advance about 911.

Michael told the FBI on March the 20th 2001 about this plan to use Skyjacked airplanes and use them as missiles. He also furnished to the FBI one of his sources, one of his confidential sources inside the Arab group. The FBI interviewed him, threatened him with prosecution and deported him. That man along with his family have disappeared. We think that they’re dead. The FBI refused, absolutely refused to look into this situation. More shocking is that Michael had the names of the people who were obtaining the false names. Of the people, the Arabs, who were obtaining false passports. had their names. He had the source who could furnish him that information he told FBI Agent Keith Cutri on March 20, 2001. He told Cutri. He says“I’ll give you these names, the name of this person who’s coordinating the whole project for the Arabs,providing I be given immunity and he be given immunity.”Mr. Cutri, in spite of the fact he was armed with this information six months prior to 9/11, came back two days after 9/11, on the 13th and saw Michael in prison again. [He] accused Michael of being anti-government, anti FBI, of being a publicity seeker, and so forth, being disloyal. And so Michael, of course, didn’t have much to say after that.
Michael is still in prison, as I said. But, we had this information. The FBI did nothing with it. Cutri admit it, on September 13, 2001. Admitted that the FBI did nothing with it. So, after I visited Michael, in 2003, I felt it was important that I confirm that the FBI did meet with him.
The Bureau of Prisons would not furnish Michael with the visitors list to confirm it. So I started writing letters to the FBI through Senator George Allen to confirm that he did in fact meet with them. I wanted to document it. I also asked for the identity of the other agent who was with agent Cutri and I had a terrible time. It took me a year and a half writing letters to the FBI to get them to admit that they’ interviewed Michael on March the 20th 2001. I finally did have that information. That information is available again in one of my reports. My terrorism report that I have in the bag. So that basically brings me up to the the present time.
I think my time is up but I feel compelled, as a former FBI agent, I had all this training and I feel compelled to do everything I can to educate as many fellow Americans as I can, as to what’s going on behind the scenes. We have being operated and orchestrated primarily by US military intelligence. A Covert Criminal Enterprise involving FBI and the CIA active in this country today. [It] is being covered up right from the beginning.
By the way, they tried to frame me on a drug deal back in 1984. It didn’t work. The girl that they used to try to frame me contacted me, and said I need to meet with you. We met, [and ]she told me the whole story. I took a signed statement from her. Her name is Pam Fawsett. And, I said to Pam, I said Pam you’re working for these people the DEA and the FBI in Modesto. By the way she was making phone calls to me. I said you’re working with the people trying to set me up. Why have you — and of course in the phone call she kept trying to get me to make admissions that had knowledge of a felony and I wouldn’t. I said I don’t have any knowledge of that or was involved in a felony.
Actually I said Pam look you were working with these people for 6 months. They gave you $2,000 you had the run of the FBI office. You had your own coffee cup. Why did you come to me and tell me this now. I’d helped her, give her little advice about her 14-year-old son in the interim. You know talking back and forth there, any individual would do [it] who might be able to help. She said Ted I woke up the other morning and I realized you’re the only honest son of a bitch I’ve talked to in 6 months. Those were her exact words.
The FBI not only tried to set me up on a drug deal, I’ve also been the victim of four separate investigations. They tried to set me up on a fraud case in Denver, in Dallas, and most recently. Very frankly I’ve been under surveillance, heavy surveillance. I’ve had illegal entries into my car into my apartment. There’s been attempts to gas me within the last month and I was able to anticipate it and avoid it. But they don’t want people like me out telling the truth and that’s what I’m doing.

Although SAPs are designed for individual countries but have common guiding principles and features which include export-led growth; privatisation and liberalisation; and the efficiency of the free market.

On the interpretation of two main clauses of the constitution, the first is the commerce clause which delegates to congress the authority to regulate commerce among the states. The second is the necessary and proper clause which provided for the congress to have the powers that are necessary and proper for carrying into execution the other powers, the explicit powers and unfortunately those words have been given a broader interpretation than was intended by the framers.

I have a number of articles that examine the problems arising from this misinterpretation and the arguments and evidence for why the clauses should not be interpreted in that way. But this evening I’m going to focus on the line of supreme court presidents that led to where we are today. There are 44 main supreme court presidents. There are many more cases than that, but most of those others cite one or more of these 44 cases. So if one were to overturn these 44 cases, and in fact you wouldn’t need to overturn all of them, if you overturned the first few the rest would fall because the later ones are based on the earlier ones. But for the sake of completeness if one were to propose amendments to the constitution to overturn these bad precedents, which are about the only way they are going to get overturned, then it would be necessary to unravel them fairly specifically. And the way to word such an amendment is not at all obvious, it requires a good deal of analysis and thought and i hope to assemble teams of experts to work out the wording. Usurpations
Usurpation is the exercise of powers by an agent which have not been delegated to him by the principal. In a constitutional republic like the United States of America, acts by officials are legitimate only if they are consistent with and based on a constitution, a body of laws which are superior to all subsequent statutes and other acts of officials, which embodies all delegations of power, and which may recognize certain rights to further define the limits on the powers delegated. It is a fundamental principle that all acts of officials not derived from the delegated powers of the constitution are null and void from inception, not just from the point at which a court may find them unconstitutional. Every person who has an encounter with the acts of officials has the duty not only to obey legitimate official acts, but to help enforce them, but, when there is a conflict among acts of officials, to enforce the superior one, which, when an act of an official is in conflict with the constitution, means enforcing the constitution and not the act in conflict with it. Judges and other citizens do not decide constitutionality, but discover it, and every person who is involved with any act by an official has a nondelegatable duty to make a determination of the constitutionality of that act. This determination is called constitutional review, and, when exercised by a judge in a case, judicial review.
Since the ratification of the Constitution for the United States and each of its properly ratified amendments, there have been numerous acts by officials, including statutes, regulations, executive orders, court rulings, and ordinary decisions and actions taken while on duty and under color of law, which have been unconstitutional, and in many cases, in violation of civil rights of persons and of constitutional laws. Congress sometimes has a habit of passing laws with very broad mandates, then leaving it up to administrative agencies to fill in all of the policy details later.
In the 1930s, the Supreme Court blew the whistle on this practice,finding several times that Congress could not give away lawmaking powers vested in it by Article I of the Constitution. In 1935 in Schechter Poultry Company v. U.S., for example, the court struck down parts of the National Industrial Recovery Act, which essentially delegated legislative powers to administrative agencies and private parties to write rules to govern the American economy. Congress had given only the vaguest guidance as to how to do it–ensuring “fair competition.”
The principle that Congress could not delegate away its Article I lawmaking powers to administrative agencies came to be known as the “nondelegation doctrine.”
Six Decades of Dormancy
For six decades the nondelegation doctrine has pretty much been asleep. In 1980, in Industrial Union Dept AFL-CIO v. American Petroleum Institute, then-Associate Justice William H. Rehnquist summarized the three main functions of the nondelegation doctrine: it guarantees that key social policy decisions will be made by Congress, it ensures that administrative agencies get an “intelligible principle” by which to exercise their discretion, and it guarantees that courts reviewing administrative actions will have ascertainable and meaningful standards against which to judge them.
But no court has dared question a legislative enactment as a violation of the doctrine for a long time –that is, until the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia rendered its decision last year in American Trucking Association v. Environmental Protection Agency. There, the court found that the EPA’s “construction of the Clean Air Act. . . in promulgating the NAAQS (National Air Ambient Quality Standards) effects an unconstitutional delegation of legislative power.” The court said that, in delegating so much power to the EPA to decide clean air rules, “it is as though Congress commanded EPA to select ‘big guys,’ and EPA announced that it would evaluate candidates based on height and weight, but revealed no cut-off point. The announcement. . .is fatally incomplete. The reasonable person responds, ‘How tall? How heavy?'” With this vivid analogy, the nondelegation doctrine sprung back to life.
Revived or Put Into Deeper Sleep?
Or did it? The problem with the D.C. Circuit’s so-called “revival” of the nondelegation doctrine is that it looks a lot more like a burial. The court’s tortured formulation of the problem makes no sense. It is not the EPA’s construction of the statute that effects an unconstitutional delegation; it is Congress’ statute itself. EPA’s construction of the statute cannot determine, much less cure, its constitutionality. Yet, having made this fundamental error, the court follows through on it by remanding the case to the EPA to come up with an “intelligible principle” that will, amazingly, somehow magically cure the statute of its unconstitutionality. But how can an agency rewrite a congressional statute to make it constitutional?….
Between 1877 and 1937 (between the formal end of Reconstruction and the formal constitutional ratification of the New Deal), the American system of governance was transformed with momentous implications for twentieth-century social and economic life. Nineteenth-century traditions of self-government and local citizenship were replacedby a modern approach to positive statecraft, individual rights, and social welfare very much with us today…. By “The Creation of the American Liberal State” I mean to suggest that the period from 1877 to 1937 was not just an “age of reform” or a “response to industrialism” or a “search for order” (Hofstadter 1955; Hays 1957; Wiebe 1967). Rather, it was an era marked by the specific and unambiguous emergence of a new regime of American governance — the modern liberal state…. the very origins of modern social-scientific inquiry in the United States were wholly coincident with and participatory in the construction of the new state-centered socio-economic policies of the progressive era…
The Progressive Discovery that Law Obstructs Politics
It is easy amid the rapid shifts in contemporary intellectual fashion to forget the long and pervasive hold of “progressive historiography” on American thought during the first half of the twentieth century (Hofstadter 1968; Benson 1960; Horwitz 1984). Surprisingly, these works, almost without exception, fail to refer to the Antifederalist Letters of Brutus to which this number of the Federalist Papers constitutes a response. This is a regrettable omission since No. 78 cannot be properly understood except in the context of Brutus’ charge that the Constitution provided, not only for judicial review, but for judicial supremacy….
What concerned Brutus, in the first instance, was the use to which the court would apply judicial review in the service of national consolidation and how this would threaten the independence and survival of the states.The judicial power, Brutus warned, would operate to affirm and legitimate all the invasions of state power committed by the national legislature. “The real effect of this system of government, will … be brought home to the feelings of the people, through the medium of the judicial power.”

The supreme court then have a right, independent of the legislature, to give a construction to the constitution and every part of it, and there is no power provided in this system to correct their construction or do it away. The end result was that,

In a nutshell, Marc Elias used lawfare to get the Constitutional election laws changed via court cases in the critical states. However nowhere in the Constitution does it say the courts (OR the governor) are in charge of election law. The Constitution and the Amendments are specific, it is the state legislature.

After executing the Planned Fedsurrection, Yogananda Pittman was hustled away to CALIFORNIA so she could not be easily be subpoenaed by Congress. Yogananda Pittman is now the University of California, Berkeley chief of police. As a further bribe, they made sure she didn’t lose her Capitol Police pension when she ‘retired’ early by keeping her on the Capitol Police payroll while she was in CA.
She, of course, was happy to appear while Democrats controlled congress so she could further damage MAGA patriots.

(b)Authority of Board to determine conditions of release
Notwithstanding any other provision of law,any security informationin the possession of the Capitol Police may be released by the Capitol Police to another entity, including an individual, only if the Capitol Police Board determines in consultation with other appropriate law enforcement officials, experts in security preparedness, and appropriate committees of Congress, that the release of thesecurity information will not compromise the security and safety of the Capitol buildings and grounds or any individual whose protection and safety is under the jurisdiction of the Capitol Police.
(c)Rule of construction
Nothing in this section may be construed to affect the ability of the Senate and the House of Representatives (including any Member, officer, or committee of either House of Congress) to obtain information from the Capitol Police regarding the operations and activities of the Capitol Police that affect the Senate and House of Representatives. [Note this is a very limited ability. – GC]
(d)Regulations
The Capitol Police Board may promulgate regulations to carry out this section, with the approval of the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate and the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives.
(e)Effective date
This section shall take effect on December 8, 2004…

Ivan has also repeatedly brought up the fact Biden IS NOT a Constitutionally elected president.
At 40 minutes he talks about the quorum mentioned in the 12th Amendment and at 42:50 there is the tape of Nancy Pelosi allowing only 22 senators and 22 congressman on the floor. They rest have to be in the gallery [nicely squished together, so what is the point? – GC] and are thus blocked from participating. This helps PREVENT any objections based on the illegally conducted elections getting passed. [Later the house physician says he never made that directive.- GC] On top of that, as Senator Cruz(?) starts to make the first objection, Pence sighs and Ray Epps simultaneously starts the break-in of the Capitol. Ivan also makes it clear that Pelosi’s House Sargent at Arms is who is in command of security and NOT the Secret Service, Thus Pelosi controls the call for the Chamber to be cleared neatly blocking ANY possibility of objections to the slate of electors being heard
This is the actual 12th and I feel the need for a quorum is not as clear as it could be.

Congress has an annotated version of the Constitution. this is what it says:
…Since the Twelfth Amendment was ratified, Congress and the states have made other changes to presidential elections. Following the disputed election of 1876, Congress enacted a statute providing that if a state’s vote is not certified by the governor under seal, it shall not be counted unless both Houses of Congress concur.4 In addition, in 1933, the Twentieth Amendment superseded some provisions of the Twelfth Amendment. 5
…Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

The only entities mentioned in Article II of the Constitution and the Amendments is the STATE legislature, the out going VP and the House and Senate. NO WHERE is the state governor or state judges given ANY AUTHORITY over elections. Nor does the federal legislature have any authority to change the Constitution. Which brings us to the Newest law:

A memo, from John Eastman, detailing the unconstitutionally conducted 2020 election in various states and how PENCE could have remedy the problem. It is 6 pages this is the essence:
Illegal conduct by election officials.
Quite apart from outright fraud (both traditional ballot stuffing, and electronic manipulation of voting tabulation machines), important state election laws were altered or dispensed with altogether in key swing states and/or cities and counties. When the laws at issue were specifically designed to reduce the risk of fraud in absentee voting, those violations are particularly troubling. A sampling of the more significant violations is as follows… [Lists Specifics by state.]
Because of these illegal actions by state and local election officials (and, in some cases, judicial officials, the Trump electors in the above 6 states (plus in New Mexico) met on December 14, cast their electoral votes, and transmitted those votes to the President of the Senate (Vice President Pence). There are thus dual slates of electors from 7 states… [Remember these electors were then PROSECUTED! -GC]
The Electoral Count Act of 1887, which is likely unconstitutional, provides:…
This is the piece that we believe is unconstitutional.
It allows the two houses, “acting separately,” to decide the question, whereas the 12th Amendment provides only for a joint session. And if there is disagreement, under the Act the slate certified by the “executive” of the state is to be counted, regardless of the evidence that exists regarding the election, and regardless of whether there was ever fair review of what happened in the election, by judges and/or state legislatures. That also places the executive of the state above the legislature, contrary to Article II….
War Gaming the Alternatives.
a. VP Pence opens the ballots, counts those certified by the State executive, and does not receive any objections meeting the requirements of the Electoral Count Act. BIDEN WINS 306-232.
b. VP Pence opens the ballots, receives objections to the 7 states with multiple ballots. The two bodies adjourn to their separate chambers and decide which slate of electors to count.
c. VP Pence opens the ballots, determines on his own which is valid, asserting that the authority to make that determination under the 12th Amendment, and the Adams and Jefferson precedents, is his alone (anything in the Electoral Count Act to the contrary is therefore unconstitutional).
i. If State Legislatures have certified the Trump electors, he counts those, as required by Article II (the provision of the Electoral Count Act giving the default victory to the “executive”-certified slate therefore being unconstitutional). Any combination of states totaling 38 elector votes, and TRUMP WINS.
ii. If State Legislatures have not certified their own slates of electors, VP Pence determines, based on all the evidence and the letters from state legislators calling into question the executive certifications, decides to count neither slate of electors. (Note: this could be done with he gets to Arizona in the alphabetical roster, or he could defer Arizona and the other multi-slate states until the end, and then make the determination). At the end of the count, the tally would therefore be 232 for Trump, 222 for Biden. Because the 12th Amendment says “majority of electors appointed,” having determined that no electors from the 7 states were appointed (a position in accord with that taken by Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe (here)), TRUMP WINS. iii. Alternatively, VP Pence determines that because multiple electors were appointed from the 7 states but not counted because of ongoing election disputes, neither candidate has the necessary 270 elector votes, throwing the election to the House…
VP Pence determines that the ongoing election challenges must conclude before ballots can be counted, and adjourns the joint session of Congress, determining that the time restrictions in the Electoral County Act are contrary to his authority under the 12th Amendment and therefore void. Taking the cue, state legislatures convene, order a comprehensive audit/investigation of the election returns in their states, and then determine whether the slate of electors initially certified is valid, or whether the alternative slate of electors should be certified by the legislature, exercise authority it has directly from Article II and also from 3 U.S.C. § 2, which provides: “Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.”….
BOLD, Certainly. But this Election was Stolen by a strategic Democrat plan to systematically flout existing election laws for partisan advantage; we’re no longer playing by Queensbury Rules….
I have outlined the likely results of each of the above scenarios, but I should also point out that we are facing a constitutional crisis much bigger than the winner of this particular election. If the illegality and fraud that demonstrably occurred here is allowed to stand—and the Supreme Court has signaled unmistakably that it will not do anything about it—then the sovereign people no longer control the direction of their government, and we will have ceased to be a self-governing people. The stakes could not be higher.
This is especially a disaster for the Cabal’s new election law:

Ivan claims, that according to Lizzy Chaney’s Jan 6th committee testimony, it was NOT Trump, but her darling Mikey Pence that ordered up the National Guard.

He noted,”I got on a call with the Pentagon and pleaded for the National Guard. There was delay after delay after delay.”” So on the run up to J6 Milley took his orders from Pelsoi and the deep state and not the Commander In Chief!!!! No surprise he also disobeyed President Trump when told to bring troops home! So a military General was in on the 2020 coup d’etat!!! Too bad Milley will never be court marshaled because he should be!!!! Nothing will of this unfortunately!!!
BTW after Jan 20th President Trump will have the ability to recall to active duty ANY military personnel.

James said the police were not following protocol. They were using expired rounds in freezing weather at POINT BLANK RANGE thus turning ‘non lethal’ ammo into LETHAL rounds. James has actual footage of the Capitol police beating a woman. He will be giving it to Alpha. Given what James is saying, inciting MAGA to riot is probably the real reason why Ashley Babbit was shot in cold blood. It is why @ 37 minutes, Alpha, who is a police officer, says if the police CREATE the situation they then can not arrest people because of the situation they created. This is in reference to the police gassing their own line and having to retreat, thus providing an opening for the crowd. He says it is similar to the concept of entrapment.

Never got to physical rehab.”… “So, they deny him his medicine because they had no records that he was ordered to be on blood thinners….. He has only received blood thinners that the doctors ordered for one or two months of the last three and a half years of his incarceration.”
This is what a holding cell looks like. This is where this guy has been living.
“Samsel has been transferred to 19 different correctional facilities 28 times since his Jan. 30, 2021 arrest, all along pleading with jail guards and the courts for the surgery he was prescribed before his arrest that was scheduled March 11, 2021. It is now painstakingly obvious that the US Marshals are being ordered to move him before he gets medical care. He’s about to get surgery, and then the Bureau of Prisons moves him…

I wrote this because there is NO WAY the USA will survive if these criminals are NOT punished. Biden pardoning MONSTERS can not be allowed to stand. The only way I can see to over turn these pardons is to destroy Biden’s illegitimate presidency making the pardons null and void.
