The first important hurdle that must be crossed is whether the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case under the authority of Original Jurisdiction.

Our President is absolutely right!

Chief Justice Roberts’ cannot be counted on! We have seen to many instances where he was the swing vote against our President.

Justice Alito and Thomas are no brainers in my opinion. I LOVE the fact that Justice Kavanaugh and Barrett worked as part of GWB’s legal team in 2000.

The wildcard for me is Justice Gorsuch. I believe in my heart that he wouldn’t screw over our President and our country. He was the first justice appointed by our President.

Over the next week or so, we will know the final outcome.

Keep in mind that there are only a few instances where a party can file a direct lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court, a state claiming harm by another state is one of those instances.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit [pdf here] with the Supreme Court seeking and emergency injunction against Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia “from taking action to certify presidential electors or to have such electors take any official action including without limitation participating in the electoral college.”

AG Paxton argues that arbitrary changes made by the state’s governors, secretaries of states and election supervisors were “inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”

The lawsuit states: “these non-legislative changes … facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution.” […] “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.”

Paxton notes the intent of the states may have been changes in good faith, due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts; however, the end result of the changes is in direct violation to the Constitution and therefore creates the harm.

“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting.” […] “The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States.”

Here are the very brief details on the case:

Paxton believes that he can use “Article II” to take his lawsuits against PA, WI, GA, and MI straight to the SCOTUS, bypassing the lower courts totally.

And he’s putting it to the test. He filed a lawsuit at around midnight last night, arguing that PA, WI, GA, and MI violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures.

In other words, they bypassed Republican legislatures to do their little workarounds with mail-in ballots and registrations, etc.

That goes against the Constitution.  All of those changes had to be made via the state legislatures and they were not.

HBO made a documentary called Kill Chain that details all sorts of ways in which voting machines can be hacked, how they are connected to the internet, etc.

It features Georgia heavily, and it came out THIS YEAR.

I have the entire movie on my website, which I cannot recommend to you enough. The best part about it is it is told from a lefty perspective so it’s insanely good for dropping red pills.

Back in April, even the mainstream media was questioning what Newsom was up to when it was revealed that he had wired half a billion dollars to an electric car company in China to supposedly purchase “N-95 masks” for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). This decision was never voted on or approved by legislators, and when pressed about the details of the deal, Newsom refused to disclose them.

Keep in mind that this half a billion dollars was just the first of two installments amounting to a full billion dollars being sent China to supposedly purchase face masks for Californians – face masks that never actually arrived, by the way. As of this writing, the Chinese electric car company in question, BYD, still has the money and has yet to send over a single face mask.

My Plan To Get Us Kicked Off Of WordPress

Prepare to defend “conspiracy theories” until the globo-nazis have no choice but to close this blog.

Because there’s nobody better at defending “conspiracy theories” to their proof than US.

When Sundance was kicked off WordPress, and more precisely WordPress.com – the .com part being a subtle distinction – I decided to leave WordPress, too, in some kind of “solidarity”.

We don’t actually HAVE to leave yet – we are not being threatened by the WordPress.com parent company, Automattik – or as I like to call them, AutomattiKKK.

Indeed, leaving at our convenience seemed like a bit of a blessing.

The trouble was, even though I had an excellent plan to leave and move to a censorship-proof home, I simply didn’t have the motivation I needed.

Ah, but Sidney Powell has solved this problem for me.

Sidney Powell is obviously going to cause the other side IMMENSE GRIEF. She is about to drop accusations which the other side will RIDICULE, MOCK and DENY, but which will SCARE THEM TO THEIR BONES.

The weaklings in the Establishment GOP are not up for this fight.

Indeed, I actually believe that the GOP are now WILTING in Georgia, scamming it for MONEY, but perfectly ready to give the Senate to the Demonic Democrats, should Trump manage to win.

What I’m seeing from the GOPe is a lot of FEAR-MONGERING FOR MONEY on Georgia. I’m not seeing people calling for KEMP’S HEAD. I’m not seeing anybody ready for a SHERMAN’S MARCH against Stacy Abrams, COMMUNIST RAT.

I’m seeing the same old same old – monetization of a crisis held in a balance.

And it gets WORSE.

Nobody wants to admit that our elections have been a FRAUD. Not just here, but across this PLANET.

Sidney’s gonna drop bombshells. I already believe her. Why? Because I have not told you stuff – damn near TREASON – that I witnessed during my decades in the shallow end of the swamp.

CHINA. NORMALIZED. CORRUPTION. AND. BETRAYAL.

They had a great, even scientific way of doing this, and it worked.

Communists corrupted America to jaw-dropping extents. On behalf of other interests, yes – and those interests need to pay for THEIR crimes, too. But it is SMART to understand who is who in the fight. We deal with both a corrupt opponent, and their SATANIC ringmaster.

How PDJT Will Win A Second Term…..

It dawned on me yesterday after listening to what attorney Alan Dershowitz had to say about the 2020 election. Our President doesn’t have time to reach 270 electoral votes. He has to prevent SleepyCreepy Joe from reaching 270 electoral votes by December 14th.

In doing so, the 12th Amendment will be used to elect our President and Vice President.

“The goal is to prevent Biden from getting 270, that’s why the clock is a double-edged sword,” he said.

According to the Harvard professor, Bush v. Gore will be referenced if and when the Trump campaign’s case makes its way to the Supreme Court. The reason: Trump’s Team is focusing on the Equal Protection Clause. Their argument is that not all voters were treated equally because some had their ballots counted with an observer while others didn’t. Some had rules set by other government officials and not the state legislatures, which the Supreme Court ruled against.

In order for these cases to make their way to the Supreme Court, Dershowitz said “the numbers have to be there,” meaning the Trump Team successfully pulls electors away from Biden so the former vice president is no longer at the 270 threshold. The other option is for Trump’s lawyers to provide “hard evidence” of irregularities occurring with voting machines, which could call into question hundreds of thousands of votes in various states.

“If that happens, then yes, it will go to the Supreme Court,” Dershowitz said. “I think at least under the Constitutional challenge, the Article 2 challenge in Pennsylvania, they have a pretty good chance of winning.”

That is why the Wisconsin recount that is currently taking place in Dane and Milwaukee county is so crucial.

Thankfully their was no last minute revision to the recounting rules. As you can see from the tweet below, this isn’t a Georgia recount. All the checks and balances are in place.

Former Governor Walker shared the following:

The number of ballots that will be rejected in Wisconsin will allow our President to win the state. That will drop SleepyCreepy Joe down to 296 electoral votes.

Our President will win at the Supreme Court once they toss all the ballots because of the last minute changes allowed by the Governor and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. That will drop SleepyCreepy Joe down to 276 electoral votes.

The remaining 7 electoral votes needed will come from Michigan and/or Arizona. My money is on Michigan because the cheating their was on steroids. It will be really easy to argue that 200,000+ votes should not count because of fraud by people and the Dominion voting system.

Arizona’s Governor will not certify the election until all court cases are resolved. I also think that once Wisconsin gets reversed based on the number of votes that shouldn’t have counted and the GLITCHES found from the audit, Arizona will have to conduct a full audit. 61% of the votes came from Maricopa County. It uses the Dominion voting system.

Public opinion is going to play a big factor as well! Thankfully a majority of Americans are seeing what we are seeing about the 2020 election.

Rasmussen Polling found this week that 75% of Republicans believe it is likely the election was stolen from Trump.

And, even 30% of Democrats believe that it was stolen.

According to a Rasmussen poll conducted November 17-18, nearly half of likely voters, 47 percent, believe the election was stolen from Trump. If Joe Biden is ultimately certified as the winner, there will undoubtedly be a big fat asterisk on his presidency.

Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell was interviewed by Glenn Beck where she discussed the ongoing “election rigging” involving companies involved in ballot counting (software) as well as foreign actors engaged in data gathering.

Powell states she is hopeful to begin sharing documents as early as this weekend, but the scope of the investigation is taking time to complete.

A bit of history about pubs. Public houses, as they were first called, began in the latter part of the 17th century. They were also known as alehouses, taverns, and inns, and were called “public” in order to to differentiate them from private houses.

Many establishments were built in the American colonies. A few still survive. In upstate New York there’s one called the Benjamin Patterson Inn. Now a museum and learning center, it is the original building from 1796.

And then there’s City Tavern in Philly, which was built in 1772. While it was lost to fire it was eventually recreated as an accurate replica, and is still in business today.

City Tavern was frequented by such luminaries as George Washington, Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and other founding fathers.

Music has always been a vital part of any pub. Let the High Kings entertain on this fine day.

Let’s get on to the ale now. Didya know there’s a difference between ale and beer (aka as lager), though it has been blurred over the centuries. The difference is the way it’s brewed. Ale in its earliest form was thought to be a weak mead. As Europe became more populated and honey became less available, grains like oats and barley were added, along with hops.
