My schedule has been hectic, so an on-topic breather is in order. I am going with a subject that relates to the subject period in history as well as today. Since it is in the news at times, let’s discuss the filibuster. What the heck is it and why should we care?

A filibuster is a political procedure in which one or more members of a legislative body prolong debate on proposed legislation so as to delay or entirely prevent a decision. It is sometimes referred to as “talking a bill to death” or “talking out a bill”, and is characterized as a form of obstruction in a legislature or other decision-making body.
However, its noted origin as a procedure (not the name) appears to trace back to ancient Rome in 60 and 59 BC when Cato the Younger conducted it in opposition to Caesar’s desires in the ancient Roman Empire. The Roman Senate had a rule that all daily work had to be completed by nightfall. Cato was noted for his long winded speeches, so in two instances he got up and spoke until nightfall to foil Caesar’s plans. It worked the first time, but Caesar had a work around ready the second time as he took the measure he wanted passed to the Tribal Assembly and got it done.
There are numerous countries in which this procedure has been done in their legislative assemblies. As an example, the first time it appears to have been done in Great Britain was in Parliament in 1874. It first entered into U. S. Club Senate rules in 1806, but not used until 1837.
The filibuster was not used frequently until the 1970’s. In more recent times it has become more of a threatened use, especially since the 2010’s. It has also become watered down as a procedure to the point it is mostly only used to counter new legislation today, which is bad enough when the legislation that could pass would help We the People instead of the Uniparty and globalists.
However, the big thing is that it is not a product of the Constitution.It is in the Club Senate’s “rulebook”.
So, why does it continue to exist? Better yet, why do we need an obstruction to the usual “majority rules” method of determining the fate of legislation? We need to understand the history to know the answers to those questions, well, at least more official answers. TradeBait’s response that follows is probably a bit less tactful.
To cut to the chase It is just another contrived rule that We the People had no voice in determiningits existence and use. As posted in previous Dailies they do the same garbage in the judiciary. They build in rules of engagement, practices, procedural hoops, and standing that are not enumerated or codified into law by the legislature. They are inserted at the discretion of the involved parties and frequently used as weapons to achieve goals in conflict with the intent of the Constitution, laws, and will of We the People. They grant permissions to positions and bodies to do so that have never been legally authorized by our system of government. They then hide behind the rules they create.
The Senate politicians sell filibuster presence as a tool to prevent unthrottled and dangerous control by legislators of the “political process” that could abuse citizen voters. They use fear porn induced warnings in serious tones of voice to make their points. Sometimes, I am convinced the real boogeyman or Sasquatch will run out from behind them to threaten us all.
One thing is true, the threat of the use of this tool has kept even a unified House, Senate and POTUS from achieving their fake media described scary agendas despite having received control from the popular vote. How convenient that the GOP or Dems cannot seem to get that important piece of legislation across the finish line that benefits We the People more than the politicians and globalists. With it available the Uniparty continues its reign.
Instead, we get Obamacare and such, right McShame? Oh yeah, you are no longer here to undercut the will of We the People. But just as a reminder, if Harry Reid followed by Turtle did not permit its nuking in regard to confirmations; PDT would have never received approval for any judges, SCOTUS justices, or cabinet selections. Who knew in advance we would thank two Uniparty henchmen for their efforts to release us from that bondage one day? Of course, doing so was met with wailing and gnashing of teeth by media and the Uniparty faithful. Much fear porn was broadcast and now we know why. SCOTUS leaned back toward the right over time and some honest judges were added to the federal court rosters.
In Club Senate the filibuster is still a game maneuver the majority can also use to not move forward with popular legislation that they would ordinarily have the votes to pass, especially with the Uniparty in control. Instead they can hide behind the perceived threat of a filibuster. Rarely do filibusters actually happen, the vast majority of the time their use is just threatened or “understood” to be possible. All of it is theater to keep the public fooled and sidetracked, just like the non-election elections.
There is no point in addressing cloture to end debate. The majority still needs 60 votes to invoke it to end the show. In the political environment of today, rarely would there be any Dems willing to join with the GOP to do so. That makes it easy for GOP Senators to grandstand and gaslight the public on their “conservative” values and standing “with” POTUS Trump against the big, bad Dems.
Conditions Today
Let’s take a look at what MTG thinks of the Club Senate and the filibuster.
If you are an optimist you will respond to this situation with a desire to get rid of it so you can get done what needs to be done. If you are a pessimist you want to keep the filibuster as a tool to keep the leftists from ruining the country should they return to power. However, that may turn out to be a less than accurate analysis if indeed, POTUS Trump and patriots are cleaning the election system and taking back control of the federal government swamp.
Do you really believe the Democrat Party has over 70 million real life voters? If you do, you will be more likely to want to retain the filibuster. If you don’t, you will be more likely to want it terminated providing the election system is cleaned up and fair for all voters.
Next, do you believe in DOGE and their efforts or not? I did not say Elon, I said DOGE. Their efforts are helping to clean the system along with ICE and Homeland Security. Add in the Civil Rights division of the DOJ which is now playing hardball as you saw in Part 2. Evidence is being introduced into the courts on hacking election systems, fraudulent ballot harvesting, and fraudulent voter registration activities. Lies are being exposed that claimed no internet connectivity, when in fact the voting machines were connected. More legal actions are underway on clamping down on ID requirements as well as illegals having access to voter registrations.
I don’t believe the Dems have the votes even if it not totally cleaned yet. My gut says they have less than 50 million. They have no message, no inspiring leaders, no bench to sway the majority of the eligible voters. The longer that America First MAGA can dominate the more the judiciary will become Constitutionalist in nature. That realization is contingent on the current administration and leadership knowing that the Democrat Party does not now have or will have anywhere near the votes they manufactured in 2020 with the election steal.
PDT suggested doing away with the filibuster at least a dozen times in his first term. Contrast that viewpoint with that of a Uniparty Senator. From a 9/26/24 USA Today article on the subject comes this quote, “The day Republicans vote to nuke the filibuster is the day I walk out the door,” said Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., who noted that the party repeatedly resisted Trump’s calls to end the filibuster for legislation while he was president.
Sounds like a really good reason for it to be nuked to me, Thommy Turd.
That leads this author to suggest that it is time to kill the filibuster dead as a doornail. Just the threat of its use stops good legislation that We the People support. With its termination the remaining RINO’s will have to openly state their positions for or against a measure – no more hiding. We the People can then primary them out and replace with America First.
If we truly want to end the RINO species, we have to eliminate their habitat. Thommy Turd told everybody where he hides. Remove the ability to hide and openly expose them. Playing defense all the time plays into the Uniparty’s hands. If we go on offense on this, they will either fight to survive or run away scared. We the People then know where they stand and what to do.
However, none of that is the primary reason to terminate the use of the filibuster. The primary reason to get rid of it is the same as with the other contrived rules, procedures and practices in every area of government. There is no provision for it in the Constitution. Assuming honest elections, the threat and the use of it circumvents the will of We the People.
Remember what Alexander Hamilton, John Adams and a handful of other revered founding fathers wanted to do to circumvent the will of We the People when the Constitution was constructed? They were fearful of We the People and the popular vote as it had been a major problem to the new nation due to States’ Rights and its inability to pay military pensions. Thanks to Thomas Jefferson and a large majority of founders they did not get what they wanted. The popular vote was supported in the end result. However, that did not stop those at our nation’s founding that did not like that result. Instead, less than 20 years later, the pro-filibuster crowd in Club Senate began making rules that worked around the issue just a Caesar’s opponents did with the ancient Roman Senate.
The specific problems from our founders’ days no longer exist. In my opinion, it is time for We the People to go boldly into the Golden Age and terminate the filibuster.
Or we can continue looking around for the boogeyman and Sasquatch.

In a nutshell, Marc Elias used lawfare to get the Constitutional election laws changed via court cases in the critical states. However nowhere in the Constitution does it say the courts (OR the governor) are in charge of election law. The Constitution and the Amendments are specific, it is the state legislature.
Since Trump and MAGA would not lay down and shut up like the good little Rinos do when they lose via fraud, the Cabal had a problem. Trump could still get the fraudulent election over turned on Jan 6th . Thus a plan was developed to push through the ratification of the fraudulent election WITHOUT allowing any challenges and then cover it up.

Instead of a blanket pardon, there should be investigations and then the cases dismissed if there was no probable cause. Look for prosecutorial misconduct – Dismissal ALLOWS lawsuits. She was the assistant chief of the Capitol Police and controlled the threat assessment data. She then served as acting chief from January 8 to July 23, 2021, following the resignation of Steven Sund. With Chief Steven A. Sund forced to resign and Yogananda Pittman put in his place, she was a key figure in the Fedsurrection and persecution of protesters.

After executing the Planned Fedsurrection, Yogananda Pittman was hustled away to CALIFORNIA so she could not be easily be subpoenaed by Congress. Yogananda Pittman is now the University of California, Berkeley chief of police. As a further bribe, they made sure she didn’t lose her Capitol Police pension when she ‘retired’ early by keeping her on the Capitol Police payroll while she was in CA.
She, of course, was happy to appear while Democrats controlled congress so she could further damage MAGA patriots.

The only entities mentioned in Article II of the Constitution and the Amendments is the STATE legislature, the out going VP and the House and Senate. NO WHERE is the state governor or state judges given ANY AUTHORITY over elections. Nor does the federal legislature have any authority to change the Constitution. Which brings us to the Newest law:

A memo, from John Eastman, detailing the unconstitutionally conducted 2020 election in various states and how PENCE could have remedy the problem. It is 6 pages this is the essence:

Quite apart from outright fraud (both traditional ballot stuffing, and electronic manipulation of voting tabulation machines), important state election laws were altered or dispensed with altogether in key swing states and/or cities and counties. When the laws at issue were specifically designed to reduce the risk of fraud in absentee voting, those violations are particularly troubling. Because of these illegal actions by state and local election officials (and, in some cases, judicial officials, the Trump electors in the above 6 states (plus in New Mexico) met on December 14, cast their electoral votes, and transmitted those votes to the President of the Senate (Vice President Pence). The Electoral Count Act of 1887, which is likely unconstitutional, provides:…
This is the piece that we believe is unconstitutional.
It allows the two houses, “acting separately,” to decide the question, whereas the 12th Amendment provides only for a joint session. And if there is disagreement, under the Act the slate certified by the “executive” of the state is to be counted, regardless of the evidence that exists regarding the election, and regardless of whether there was ever fair review of what happened in the election, by judges and/or state legislatures. That also places the executive of the state above the legislature, contrary to Article II….
War Gaming the Alternatives.
a. VP Pence opens the ballots, counts those certified by the State executive, and does not receive any objections meeting the requirements of the Electoral Count Act. BIDEN WINS 306-232.
b. VP Pence opens the ballots, receives objections to the 7 states with multiple ballots. The two bodies adjourn to their separate chambers and decide which slate of electors to count.
c. VP Pence opens the ballots, determines on his own which is valid, asserting that the authority to make that determination under the 12th Amendment, and the Adams and Jefferson precedents, is his alone (anything in the Electoral Count Act to the contrary is therefore unconstitutional).
i. If State Legislatures have certified the Trump electors, he counts those, as required by Article II (the provision of the Electoral Count Act giving the default victory to the “executive”-certified slate therefore being unconstitutional). Any combination of states totaling 38 elector votes, and TRUMP WINS.
ii. If State Legislatures have not certified their own slates of electors, VP Pence determines, based on all the evidence and the letters from state legislators calling into question the executive certifications, decides to count neither slate of electors. (Note: this could be done with he gets to Arizona in the alphabetical roster, or he could defer Arizona and the other multi-slate states until the end, and then make the determination). At the end of the count, the tally would therefore be 232 for Trump, 222 for Biden. Because the 12th Amendment says “majority of electors appointed,” having determined that no electors from the 7 states were appointed (a position in accord with that taken by Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe (here)), TRUMP WINS. iii. Alternatively, VP Pence determines that because multiple electors were appointed from the 7 states but not counted because of ongoing election disputes, neither candidate has the necessary 270 elector votes, throwing the election to the House…
VP Pence determines that the ongoing election challenges must conclude before ballots can be counted, and adjourns the joint session of Congress, determining that the time restrictions in the Electoral County Act are contrary to his authority under the 12th Amendment and therefore void. Taking the cue, state legislatures convene, order a comprehensive audit/investigation of the election returns in their states, and then determine whether the slate of electors initially certified is valid, or whether the alternative slate of electors should be certified by the legislature, exercise authority it has directly from Article II and also from 3 U.S.C. § 2, which provides: “Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.”….
BOLD, Certainly. But this Election was Stolen by a strategic Democrat plan to systematically flout existing election laws for partisan advantage; we’re no longer playing by Queensbury Rules….
I have outlined the likely results of each of the above scenarios, but I should also point out that we are facing a constitutional crisis much bigger than the winner of this particular election. If the illegality and fraud that demonstrably occurred here is allowed to stand—and the Supreme Court has signaled unmistakably that it will not do anything about it—then the sovereign people no longer control the direction of their government, and we will have ceased to be a self-governing people. The stakes could not be higher.

There was delay after delay after delay.”” So on the run up to J6 Milley took his orders from Pelsoi and the deep state and not the Commander In Chief!!!! No surprise he also disobeyed President Trump when told to bring troops home! So a military General was in on the 2020 coup d’etat!!! James said the police were not following protocol. They were using expired rounds in freezing weather at POINT BLANK RANGE thus turning ‘non lethal’ ammo into LETHAL rounds. This is why the rounds tore thru cheeks and such. The police also fired grenades again at point blank range literally killing two guys via ‘heart attacks’ (Blunt force trauma to the chest see below.)

James has actual footage of the Capitol police beating a woman. He will be giving it to Alpha. Given what James is saying, inciting MAGA to riot is probably the real reason why Ashley Babbit was shot in cold blood. It is why @ 37 minutes, Alpha, who is a police officer, says if the police CREATE the situation they then can not arrest people because of the situation they created. This is in reference to the police gassing their own line and having to retreat, thus providing an opening for the crowd. He says it is similar to the concept of entrapment.

He has only received blood thinners that the doctors ordered for one or two months of the last three and a half years of his incarceration.”

“Samsel has been transferred to 19 different correctional facilities 28 times since his Jan. 30, 2021 arrest, all along pleading with jail guards and the courts for the surgery he was prescribed before his arrest that was scheduled March 11, 2021. It is now painstakingly obvious that the US Marshals are being ordered to move him before he gets medical care. He’s about to get surgery, and then the Bureau of Prisons moves him…

I wrote this because there is NO WAY the USA will survive if these criminals are NOT punished. Biden pardoning MONSTERS can not be allowed to stand. The only way I can see to over turn these pardons is to destroy Biden’s illegitimate presidency making the pardons null and void.

Lets state some OBVIOUS.

Guys. Lets be REAL here. NO ONE gets within 500 yards of a former and leading candidate for President in an outdoor setting with an ELEVATED position. NO ONE. There is a REASON that this had not happened since 1963. ALL elevated line of sight positions became the FIRST priority of the SS sight team.
Trump was a sitting duck. The SS and PSP had NO confusion on where to cover, that is complete horse shit. Remember my axiom. When the MSM or DS have to change a narrative more than ONCE, the original narrative, and ALL subsequent narrative to support it are a LIE.
As soon as the SS Director said the reason the roof at AGR was not covered was because of the pitch, I knew it was ALL a lie, and the circle jerk had began.
Too many “”omissions” for this to be mere incompetence.
1)Short perimeter instead of 500 yards it was 200, leaving the nice elevated and deserted AGR building just outside the SS “:perimeter. 2) Convenient “confusion” on what group was responsible for covering AGR )PSP or SS) 3) Supposed lack of comms between local, state, and SS LE running this site. NO WAY they were not ALL monitoring each others comms. 4) a suspect walks around with a range finder for HOURS before the event and NO ONE confronts him. SS and LE tactical units are trained to EXACTLY spot suspects like that. Loner, lurking around, scouting with a range finder…RIGHT. 5) SS supposedly stationed IN AGR building instead of ON the ROOF of AGR. Anyone that has ever been even moderately trained knows about sight lines, interlocking fire, triangulation, and the high ground. The FIRST thing is to scout and eliminate the OBVIOUS vulnerabilities. They did not, they left this OPEN, WIDE open, more on that in a bit. 6)the lack of air support even a drone. NO WAY someone of Trump’s stature politically is NOT given close air support, even infrared. To pretend that Trump was not a former President, not the presumptive Republican nominee, not the odds on favorite to once again be President, and did not have political threats and enemies looking to take him out, especially after Iran issued a threat that DAY is laughable. It is not just Trump, there were expected to be 20-5- THOUSAND people in attendance. Who are they trying to kid here. 7) a kid of 20, with no know military training was able to evade SS, with a range finder, a riffle, and perhaps a ladder, to find THE perfect spot. So close it was almost unbelievable. Like shooting fish in a barrel. Come on. 8) The PERFECT location was left WIDE open. No perimeter or roof presence, the building was likely deserted because it was a Saturday. The building was just far away enough to avoid regular LE detection. Easy road access, EASY roof access with concealment.. The perfect height and distance for line of sight. Hell the SS snipers positioned behind Trump could have just as easily been positioned at AGR for sight coverage. Why was it omitted? . 9) poor comms when the shooter was spotted (by the CROWD) no less than 30 minutes before he took the shots. 30 seconds would have been PLEANTY of time to remove the President AND neutralize the shooter. Which is EXACTLY what should have happened. 10) Trumps regular team was diverted, or over worked so that the pony tail brigade was brought in…furthering the “tragic circumstance” narrative
They did not need to WAIT to remove Trump, OR take out the shooter. See, not ONLY Trump was in DANGER. That is where their narrative FAILS. There were @ 20000 CIVILIANS there as well as Trump. The shooter could have EASILY randomly opened fire into the crowd after his initial volley at Trump. That ALONE was reason enough to terminate the target.
Think about it. person on WHITE roof, with a weapon, outside perimeter, aiming toward protectee AND crowd. 3 seconds to know that he was NOT part of the detail. One outside perimeter, two, NOT in SS or LE attire, three, no comms to suspect. Execute, bang…threat neutralized. Medals for valor conferred later, as well as TV appearances, and hero accolades for acting quickly and SAVING lives. Think I’m off base, try posing on a roof with a weapon outside any open air venue after Las Vegas. You will get properly ventilated expeditiously.
Now, back to the shooter. How did a kid from 1 hr away get the perfect location scouted? How did he KNOW there was not someone stationed on that roof waiting to take out a threat. How did he KNOW there was no close air support or elevated surveillance? How did he carry a ladder and a riffle around undetected?
Answer, he was TOLD where to go, where to set up, that he would be un accosted, and that he would have a free shot, be a “hero” and that he would get away. Bank on it. Hell, I bet the reason the ladder theory of 5 ft does not fit the building is because he did not NEED a ladder. Looks to me like that building has what we call a mechanical “penthouse” I bet the reason he was not seen at first is because he was either let in the building, or told where an unlocked door was and how to get to the roof position from INSIDE. Then he was seen by the CROWD as he crawled into position. Curious how that could happen.
Remember folks. It did not have to be a detailed comm message. Simply “possible shooter on the roof” would have sufficed.
Trump would have (should have) been immediately covered and rushed away. The shooter would have been targeted by the SS snipers and eliminated. Hell they were watching him purportedly for THREE minutes. “awaiting authorization to fire” BULL SCHIFF. Any ONE of the listed items could have been an oversight. The vast amount of “oversights” can only lead to ONE conclusion. .Trump was set up by insiders to be assassinated right before the convention when he had not yet named a VP. They were going to fill the vacuum with their DS choice, who would take the sympathy and be their Manchurian candidate puppet.
Almighty God had other ideas. That slight head turn, milliseconds before the bullet would have struck (it was already on its way) was NOT luck, it was not planned, it was God’s will and his hand. PERIOD.
Now, they are in full coverup mode, but this time, it is not still cameras, BW photos, or even grainy 35mm film that captured it ALL I GUARANTEE someone has some smoking gun video. They should not give it to the FBI so it will be lost or destroyed. They should give it to Trump or James O keefe. So the WORLD will see.
Lastly, LOTS of people KNEW this was supposed to happen. Why was THIS rally out of ALL the others so extensively covered by ALL the major networks…LIVE. Why was the AP photographer able to perfectly capture the bullet in flight in frame (because he was WAITING for the head shot…that is also why he used fast shutter speed, to capture the head explosion in gory detail) Why were politicians like Obama so quick to come out with statements? Answer because they were PRE written, and they only had to change a word from “attempted” to “assassination”
The Cabal left an opening, put in a patsy, and showed him the way to do it to a tee. Trump was supposed to die that day, and leave us all in morning with nowhere to turn. Their plan FAILED and now they are FUBAR. They KNOW IT.

Anonymous insider testimony on the Trump shooter incident. This will eventually be submitted to the Congressional tip line. In the meanwhile, it’s your too! The people deserve to know. My person has access to the PA State Police, Butler County Sheriffs, and Butler Police Department. Now let’s begin.
1. The water tower is still very much in play.
2. The Pennsylvania State Police are usually allocated to events such as the Trump rally.
3. Secret Service told the State Police not to show up.
4. All SERT tech (Strategic Emergency Response Team) would have been leveraged by the State Police that were disinvited.
5. Tech for State SERT services also includes drones, bombs, and snipers. So State Pol ice was not allocated and local police were only allocated to traffic control.
6. If SERT is the normal unit to provide permitted security and technology, how did the Secret Service intend to augment without them?
7. Only four state police were permitted onsite. They were stationed near to local police who had been restricted to crowd/vehicular traffic.
8. State SERT would normally be the team on the roof. (But the Secret Service told them not to show up.)
9. Sheriffs department is suggesting someone fell off the roof and broke both ankles. This has not yet been confirmed. [Would this be the local police officer that fell after he peeked over the edge and the cop that the Shooter pointed his weapon at?]
10. The Butler County Sheriff is largely corrupt. Many are questioning his messaging on Main Stream Media outlets. [such as this press announcement he gave on July 13, 2024: In a recent development, the Butler Police Department has announced the arrest of the suspect involved in the shooting incident targeting former President Trump. The alleged shooter has been identified as Mark Violets, who is reported to be a member of the Antifa group. Prior to the shooting, Violets posted a video on YouTube in which he ominously declared that “justice is coming.”
It appears to me that the Secret Service was deeply involved in perpetrating an assassination upon a political candidate…and it also appears at this time that the FBI, the DOJ, and the DHS are deeply involved in covering it up.
Cheato doesn’t deserve to be allowed to resign and walk away. She is a traitor who facilitated a murder against three civilians that her “team” put in harms way. I think she deserves to hang, but maybe that’s just me.

“Eyewitnesses from the ground who saw the shooter on the roof at the Butler Trump rally describe seeing snipers in the second story building of the AGR Building in Butler Township, Pennsylvania.
Speaking yesterday exclusively to the Gateway Pundit, the eyewitnesses said there is a lot more to the story that is not being reported by the mainstream media.
Though they could not get a clear look at them, they describe seeing one sniper in particular with a sleeve tattoo. The building staff had been chasing off Trump supporters earlier that day, people who wanted to walk up on the property to the security fence to get a better shot of America’s President. Later, when the group tried again the security was nowhere to be found so they went onto the field.
While there, they witnessed a man crawling on the roof and for what ABC admits is at least twenty minutes, and witnesses say was at least thirty minutes, trying to warn security as to what was going on, but there were no police and no security on this entire side of the Trump rally.
But they did notice some kind of security team inside the building on the second floor. The windows for the second story were open so that the team of snipers inside had a clear view of the Trump Rally field.”
Where we left off last night late at the end of our Monday thread was with some tweets from a CBS reporter Olivia Rinaldi and a live blog from CBS. The way this news is presented is rather disjointed with mish mash of information crammed together. It certainly does not read like a cohesive piece but it is telling a very strange story of what occurred in Butler PA. By all means read it yourself but your going to have to keep plowing through it to get to the salient parts as it is disjointed IMO or maybe I don’t understand modern writing. For the above reason I’m going to provide the basic out line. In the building that Crooks fired from were 3 local police department snipers inside the same building Crooks fired from. They had visual contact with Crooks two to three times as Crooks sat outside the building fiddling with a range finder. At one point Crooks left but returned minutes later carrying a bag. Shortly after the police sniper team went outside after being alerted someone had gone up on the roof. When they went out and looked up onto the roof is when the cop looking got faced off by Crooks with Crook’s rifle turning on him. The cop dropped to the ground and before they could get back up on the roof, Crooks was already firing at the President, approximately 8 shots. Now we switch over to the Snipers we’ve all been seeing with vids and pictures. That sniper team never got off a shot apparently. The ones that shot Crooks were on the roof of the other building next to theirs. They were covering the other side of the venue but readjusted when Crooks started shooting and engaged after the other team failed to engage and it is them that killed Crooks with one shot.

While much attention has been on one of the Secret Service Sniper teams posted closest to the shooter, line of sight analysis indicates a second team, here, was more likely responsible for the return fire that killed President Trump’s would-be assassin.
In the above video you see Trump is still talking before the shooting. You also see the SS sniper team is already deployed from their primary sector of fire to their secondary sector of fire which means two things. Both sniper teams on both roofs knew about the threat before Crooks fired. For what ever reason the closest SS sniper team did not take a shot so the other team took it for them.
Here’s some conversation from the tweet in case you can’t read it. Some disambiguation on if it was this team or one much farther away then these two teams. These two are 120m and about 180m away and they are talking about another team about 400 plus meters away. Which is still close for well trained snipers given their gear.
If there were line of sight issues with that specific roof top and building, the fact that it wasn’t secured or constantly monitored is a major lapse in security and seems negligent.
Next question, how does one have knowledge of the threat, location of target, eyes on target, and yet security detail doesn’t move in to protect their man. Now, does that sound routine?
The video of the other team looked like they were taking cover from shots. Never looked like they were shooting. These guys look far more likely. Good post.

Some of this we have already heard. According to this report, the SS says it was not responsible for the rooftop where the shooter was because it was outside their perimeter. I call complete on that. There should be no outside perimeter for the SS. They should be overseeing everything.
The Butler police also say they were not responsible for that rooftop but that another local law enforcement agency was. The reporter does not know which agency that was. She says there were four cops. One of them got hoisted to the roof, looked the shooter in the eye, had a gun pointed at him, and dropped 8 feet to the ground. Because he was hanging on to the side of the building, he was not able to pull a weapon to engage the shooter and could not notify anyone.
So when the officers heard reports of a person on the roof from the rally attendees, instead of standing with the attendees and letting them show them where the guy was, they decided to peek over the side of the roof with no ladder, no ability to engage the shooter, and apparently no plan. It’s unbelievable.

The rooftop used by Crooks was a mere 140 yards away from the event with a clear line of sight to the right of Trump.
The Secret Service is supposed to secure all obvious “sniper perches” well before the arrival of a protectee –
The idea of Crooks being able to get that close with an elevated position on the stage is unthinkable.
Finally, there’s the dismal lack of response time.
That building was supposed to be secured by local police. The snipers in the pic were local cops. They knew that. At first, they thought it was one of their guys, doing the same job they were doing.
One of the sniper cops lifted his head from a ready-to-shoot position to get a different look at the rooftop person, probably because he heard people yelling and pointing at the killer’s perch. They didn’t realize he was a threat until the killer took his shots.
They immediately fired on the killer, although the actual neutralizing shot could have come from USSS sniper team at a different location.

I have a LOT more info to upload and I think this is getting way too long so I am going to stop here for now. This is the data dump up until Jul 14, 2024. The next is a Daily Mail article with a lot of photos dated July 15th.
It is time for more truth telling. Most should agree by now the MAGA operation is in full swing and there is really no reason to be cryptic and flip floppy anymore.
We move from the world of agriculture into industry with an aluminum smelting operation located in the same rural area of the Bootheel. A rarity of a dirty, but important mill in the middle of nowhere that has provided 20-30% of domestic production for six decades.
There was a recent post made in a daily a month ago of a statement from Sen. Josh Hawley of MO lamenting the closure of an aluminum smelting plant in New Madrid County, MO; which is in the subject bootheel of southeastern MO from BIMD. The company’s biggest competitors are from China of course. The links below describe it and the situation.
So how could the demise of this relatively unknown mill in farm country have such an impact that politicians would be jumping through hoops before the public to act concerned and involved in a resolution? The journey begins.
Understand Aluminum
We probably need a good primer on what aluminum is and its value to the world. See the link below.
The media, manufacturing, government and science all indicate aluminum is vital to the viability of our country as well as its defense. Is that true? The industry seems to think they are and reference government reports frequently such as in the links below.
Common sense seems to indicate the industry is vital. As an example, the electricity grid is somewhat dependent on it to transmit the juice. Those pretty little EV’s that are going to save the planet are seemingly dependent on it in their manufacturing and operation as well as for the manufacture of all those gorgeous, environmentally sensitive solar panels and windmill blades.
Why There Is An Aluminum Smelting Mill In The Bootheel
We will now look at how the mill got there by understanding the founding company more – Noranda Aluminum.
Most would probably not know that this mill goes back well before BIMD in the region. The operation was originally called Noranda and was in business and thriving when I lived and worked in the bootheel. It was known throughout the area as the highest paying employer for the working man in that region. There was never a shortage of applicants for the few jobs that would open each year as people retired, became disabled or passed away. You can learn more in the links below.
Many steel, aluminum, etc. mills are located in more rural areas with lower land and facilities costs. Noranda locating their plant in the middle of the country in a rural area of the Midwest with low building costs, reasonable access to the Mississippi River, railroads, the interstate system and lower cost coal fired power would be a smart initial move. Labor costs would be lower and more well trained workers could be drawn from markets such as St. Louis.
What Noranda did not know is that a decade later the EPA would have a bigger hammer in pushing electricity providers to add expensive scrubbers and to use lower sulfur content coal in the area power plants from western states such as Wyoming. Which is exactly what happened to the power company I worked for in the area BIMD. It is as described in BIMD: Scoundrels, Part 2 in the obituary of attorney George K. Reeves of the Ward & Reeves law firm. Up to that time coal fired power companies in the state purchased coal from surface mining (strip mining) in their own state of Missouri as well as nearby Kentucky. My employer had contracted for years a portion of the electricity generated by Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s (AECI) coal plant known as the Thomas Hill Energy Center in Clifton Hill, MO today. AECI’s biggest customer was Noranda BIMD. With the EPA emphasis on lowering the sulfur dioxide during the period, they also eventually switched to Wyoming coal. This caused the rates to go up to all customers including Noranda. Eventually AECI could no longer handle the lower rates Noranda needed as well as supply requirements and a different arrangement was worked out with the much larger Ameren to do so.
All of that coal supply chain switching began an increasing of power rates over time, that combined with paying higher wages pushed costs and resulting Noranda product prices up. Another miscalculation of Noranda ownership was the zeal of which the uniparty and their globalist cohorts would support the thawing of relations with China and its own developing smelting operations. China, Inc. began to ramp up production over the years until it became less expensive for domestic customers to buy from them despite it taking longer to receive the product. China had then and still has no environmental constraints. They use coal fired electricity widely and have ample low cost labor. The Chi-coms do whatever they want to do. They simply kill people who cause trouble for them. Thanks to the clowns paving the way for the uniparty globalists who consequently jumped into bed with the Chi-coms, it was only a matter of time before Noranda failed.
Once again, America last. Remember that the groundwork for this was laid in the Nixon years by his utilization and belief in who? Henry Kissinger. This is a perfect illustration of the span of time necessary to complete fundamental change in governance, national economies, etc. It is not done in quick soundbites and through executive orders by the POTUS of the day. It is done in backrooms and through back channels by people with money and power at their disposal. They utilize the “intelligence” agencies and clandestine military operations to plant and carry out coups, revolutions and “national security” operations to effect their will on the unwilling. The legacy media (fake news) has always been just a propaganda arm of who holds the power behind the scenes that they shield from public scrutiny. We will address this more after the completion of BIMD as I focus more on Civilized War stories.
Here is some background relating to Noranda’s end times operations and bankruptcy. It entered the decline period of the life cycle a couple of decades before becoming a dead dog.

Economic lesson incoming. Anytime there is a restart of a deceased business in a mature industry such as aluminum smelting, there are requirements that must be met to ensure its success. First and foremost will always be meeting the basic needs of the business and its process/methods. The demise of Noranda three years before told the new ownership group what that was. For Magnitude 7 it would be sufficient capital, meeting current and anticipated EPA requirements, cheap and dependable source of power long term, lower cost labor, demand for product, and governmental support. Did the ownership have these primary issues covered?
Nope, not even close. They lit a match to their money and burned it. Our economic lesson to understand is that sometimes wealthy and/or highly successful people make stupid decisions because they become filled with pride or unduly enamored with the subject of their affections.
Politics And Jobs
The political posturing on both sides of the aisle this year relating to this mill has been interesting to say the least. After Sen. Hawley spoke out, MO AG Andrew Bailey jumped in to gain some political traction.
It is worth noting that AG Bailey mentions the company appeared to not act on offers that would have enabled it to continue operations. How viable those offers were is not discussed. A cursory review of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) company/employee related activities noted several filings in recent months. With the union contract involved, this would not be a surprise. It may have also contributed to the decision by the company’s ownership to shut down.
The following link of 2/21/24 gives a good perspective from the worker standpoint. It appears there may be attempts underway to find a resolution. However, some of the employees will never return to work at the mill regardless of what happens.
The current MO GOP governor, Mike Parson, vetoed a line item in the budget that would have provided the funding the keep the plant operating. I have no idea if Parson is truly MAGA or Uniparty. He appears he may be a convert to MAGA after the Mittens Romney fiasco of 2012. In my opinion it can happen and it explains PDT’s attitude towards other uniparty politicians at times. Some of them may appear to remain within uniparty control while serving as operatives and informants for the good guys. Another possible example of a MAGA convert from that Romney run is Sen. Bill Hagerty of TN. He has been 100% on the Trump train since 2016. Parson may be as well, I will defer to DePat and others who know current MO politics better than me.
The Brandon (Soetoro) administration has turned a blind eye to this company’s plight in pursuit of the “green” agenda since the plant uses a great deal of electricity provided by the use of carbon based fuels, primarily coal. They have also been squeezing the company on its emissions for awhile now. Their media lackeys continue to beat the pollution drum loudly. With China Joe involved we know what he wanted to happen. More on this is provided in links later in this story.
To survive the company once again needed access to lower power rates to operate profitably as well as funds to install equipment to clean emissions better. Here is a quote from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch of 1/25/24 on the situation. Parson said at an event on Thursday, however, that when government partners with businesses, it has to be a good deal for taxpayers. “We’re not gonna bail anybody out of anything,” Parson said.
So having more dependence on communist Chinese suppliers for smelted aluminum is a good deal for taxpayers, Gov. Parson? Tax payers equal American citizens who strongly prefer to remain independent of communist China.
Regardless of the decision to resurrect Magnitude 7 or to allow it to die, it has been puzzling that the vast majority of all elected officials in state and federal offices throughout the country thought partnering with government and running the money printing presses at full throttle was a great idea to do back in 2008 with big banks, big insurance, auto manufacturing, etc. However, to do that with a relatively minuscule amount of funding from taxes for dirty industries vital to national security and infrastructure like the subject, steel mills, and such…well…they have more important uses for the money such as giving it to war pig industries and paying pensions in Ukraine.
Oh, c’mon, Gov. Parson. You are either posturing, still in the uniparty, or an idiot. That statement is too transparent to be effective.
The Truth Of The Situation
Not everything is as it seems or appears and this is one of those times in my opinion. At press time for this part of the story, the following scenarios appear to be possibly involved.
1) Even red state governors have been proven to cozy up to the money of China, Inc. to benefit their states and themselves at the loss of their personal integrity and national security. Parson may be making sure China’s position in the industry remains strong by ensuring American output reduces by 20-30% of its past levels.
2) The Democrat funding bill sponsor (Quade) may be playing politics as well. The major issue is access to lower costing energy to make the company’s operations competitive and profitable long term. If it is successful doing that and gaining labor contract concessions it will be able to afford to install equipment to clean emissions better. The reality is she may be posturing for the loss of 400 union jobs to rally the union vote in the upcoming elections while knowing the electric rates and EPA issues will keep it shuttered, which is what the Dems really want.
3) This plant shut down for a couple of years once before when Noranda owned it for similar reasons. It had twice the number of employees at one time compared to now. It would be expected that money could be saved from operations if wages are lower as the number of employees is right sized to the projected revenues. Rightsizing workforces can be much more difficult to get done and the costs of doing so higher when union contracts are involved. Guess what state passed the right to work law in recent years that did not exist with the current company’s restart or Noranda? Yup, Missouri. If Magnitude 7 bankrupts out of existence or otherwise sells assets at the site in liquidation; at some point it frees a new entity to purchase facilities for a restart later with the current union contract eventually terminating. A GOP controlled state legislature and governor might want to wait awhile for a potential buyer before they assist in negotiating new power rates as well as giving credits for emissions equipment.
Presently, I will take Door #3 – for the most part. There is a caveat. Timing is a critical issue and 2025 would be optimum for restart if PDT wins. With the rise of China, Inc. in the past few decades Noranda and the current company proved incapable of operating profitably as well as not responding to the EPA requirements The tariffs PDT imposed have not proven to be enough to turn it around primarily because of the electrical rates and secondarily because of the EPA.
But there was also an under-discussed factor. COVID destroyed product sales demand right after PDT’s tariffs were placed on China.
Moves and countermoves. This picture is far bigger than a small mill in the Bootheel.
Our economy was running at breakneck speed once PDT took over. COVID destroyed the momentum. Many businesses and millions of people suffered and died worldwide. Which was the intent of China, Inc. and their buddies in crime, the uniparty globalists. All of it was intentional and staged into play as the documented evidence clearly reveals. This is no secret, it is staring everybody right in the face with documentary evidence everywhere. All you have to do is remember the masks and the constant fear porn directed at you from every corner of the country.
Do not tell me that any of them actually gives a rats behind about the average human. We the People need to remember that when we think about giving them our money, time, children, the sweat of our brows, taking that needle into our arms, or swallowing those pills.
As it applies to the current Magnitude 7 situation, with COVID trashing the American and other major world economies along with the high operating costs associated with electricity and union labor; there was no way for the company to dig out without government assistance. However, there could be other reasons the ownership chose not to accept assistance that MO AG Bailey alluded to being available.
Owners of businesses in trouble have been known to have their companies finish taking a dive for the benefit of others in return for unusual and sometimes hidden forms of compensation, especially when the offering side controls enforcement of laws and regulations along with having a friendly judiciary. The uniparty controls enough of the federal system to provide that environment. Anybody having doubts the uniparty globalists along with China, Inc. would do so to keep the subject mill closed needs to rethink their position. Another possibility (probability) is the usual product dumping that occurs to drive less financially strong competitors from the market. This happens with impunity when similar federal enforcement and judiciary are in place.
New Madrid County’s residents will be hurting for a time, so the state legislature needs to do all it can to assist in the interim period. But the truth is the county’s total population is only about 16 K. County leaders and businesses need to be about recruiting and working on developing other business opportunities to create jobs. They have depended on this one employer to sustain things for over 50 years. They placed all their eggs in the one basket knowing full well it could permanently die at some point.
You can see this dependence in the forlorn statement of their State Senator in the provided link. He is a Republican from the little town of Holcomb, population 600 or so plus dogs, cats and watermelons. The later of which are the best tasting I have ever put in my mouth. Something about the soil there makes them a known delicacy in the area, at least they were BIMD. But I digress.
But Wait, There’s Even MOAR!
The real battle has very little to do with Magnitude 7 Metals and the closure of an underperforming aluminum smelting mill. This is not to trivialize the loss of many jobs in a rural area that can ill afford it, however, this company is just a pawn on the uniparty chess board and a political talking point. The county has a small population and leans GOP regardless of the mill being open or not. The mill had closed for 2.5 years after Noranda shut down before Magnitude 7 restarted it. Besides posturing about the loss of union jobs, these links reveal the real Dem game plan.
Relating to the first link, anybody with any common sense at all knows you could never operate an aluminum smelting mill with solar and wind generated power. The absurdity is off the charts. So what are they really aiming to accomplish other than propaganda for the brain dead? This is about what Cankles said during her failed POTUS election bid about coal that helped cement her loss along with her “deplorables” miscue. Oh yeah, I remember. “…we’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business.” Which would mean coal fired power plants as well. That is still the game plan of the uniparty globalists; to shut down the American economic engine and destroy the American spirit.
Which leads to the second link from commie NPR. You will find discussion on Ameren’s Labadie power plant being one of the ten worst polluters in the Midwest. Which is an interesting way to make a point since Labadie has been in full compliance with stringent EPA regulations for decades. The EPA and political pressure to remove coal fired generation, however, is pushing electricity providers to close plants early that need large capital commitments for scrubbers and or conversions to natural gas. When that happens they still need to provide customers with power, so they contract for excess supply from other producers at higher rates than they can produce the electricity themselves. As an example Ameren is closing one coal fired plant earlier than planned this year, Rush Island. That means less internally generated power production. Rates will be going up and there is not much negotiation by the state that will help the subject mill, which has been an Ameren customer. If rates go up significantly in Missouri and the Midwest due to the abandonment of coal fired plants that are the core power providers while demand for electricity is strongly growing with their federally forced promotion of EV’s on manufacturers and other focuses; what do you think will happen to the overall economy of the region? Where are the replacements of nuclear and natural gas plants? Nowhere. With a strong downturn the uniparty will be out in full force selling lies that unfortunately usually leads to their return to power at the state level when We the People lose our minds and vote for them.
Then there is the third link which is pure lunacy.
It is the same old game plan already used in every blue state in America involving the Commiefornification of the country with the uniparty pulling the strings.
Under the guise of doing good for society by improving the environment the cabal is moving to undercut the economic lifelines of millions, which slowly destroys the unwitting who believe them. None will or can answer why they are personally owned by the biggest polluting country in the world that uses oppressed citizenry and slave labor who steal technology and governmental/business intel. They cannot respond to how they plan to wall off the polluted air and water produced in China and other economies from the rest of world.
This nation can run clean power plants on natural gas for centuries from its own resources. When you consider our known coal reserves we are nearing 1000 years of sufficient carbon based fuels within our nation’s current control for purposes other than transportation. Then add in the centuries of known oil reserves and the increasing technologies developing from other naturally existing elements and matter to serve the purpose for transportation needs. Over time technology has developed and would continue to develop at an even faster rate to clean up the coal burning process if funding was used for the purpose instead of forever war pig wars and regime changes. As an example, if readers chose to do so they could go back to a portion of my BIMD story about Coal Mining Heroes and see where B. Ray Thompson developed and used a nearly zero emissions coke (coal) oven for industrial purposes over a half century ago.
The gaslighting of the uniparty globalists and their EPA/university “research” brown shirts is incalculable. So, what gives with this devious assault? Quite simply, the evil globalist cabal’s membership wants the resources we have in America and they will kill us all off to get them. I really could care less about their motives. That they have evil intent and are opposed to God’s order for mankind is all I need to know.
For the historical, local effect relating to the mill in this story, we can reference back to the JER interview in BIMD: Scoundrels – Part 1 and what he says about New Madrid County back then. They played it straight and kept their governing clean. It was completely different than the corruption of Democrat, mob controlled Pemiscot County. As a result it had a large bloc of long term conservative GOP voters even after the plant employees unionized. In the current situation the Dems and RINO’s are attempting to seize some publicity by posturing about the loss of jobs by using their prostitute media as they continue to undermine the overall economy and jobs of the very people who are ignorant enough to vote for them and not stand in the gap for their fellow citizens.
This usual display of liberal (socialist) politics over substance will not work for the Dems in New Madrid County itself because of history, political attachments and the type people who live there. The people view the EPA as an enemy of the common man who have caused problems there for decades. They have values and common sense that Dems and RINOs are clueless about. They know how to make ends meet when times are tough. Many have planned for the contingency and have other jobs lined up.
Which is true for most Missourians as has been proven with the more MAGA elements of the GOP taking control of state government in recent times. But all politicians need to know, even the MAGA types, that the people are getting smarter. They are paying closer attention now.
It may be back to watermelon farming and such for a time for those who remain in New Madrid County. More equipment operators may be available for any corporate farms that bought out the family farms. Some workers have their CDL’s and will hit the roads in the trucking industry. MAGA – Solutions
What the Uniparty and commies suspect, but do not yet want to accept is they no longer can fool over half of the American public. They miscalculated with the COVID hoax and jabs. Too many of We the People wised up to be easily misled anymore. Their institutions that have worked against average Americans for over a hundred years have been crumbling. People today know far more than any of us did even 20+ years ago. Citizen journalists have already replaced the prostitute fake news media for the majority of Americans. We the People have no time or inclination to listen or view the reports that are repeated over and over again in the fake news by propagandist mockingbirds. This is why viewership and traditional talk radio is tanking. It is why media outlets are failing and laying off employees in droves. All the swamp critters have to keep them in power is election cheating, which will eventually be destroyed.

What we frequently still miss in that understanding is that it was then and is now all in God’s timing. We have grown accustomed to instant gratification as a society, even as MAGA patriots.
Quick, easy fixes and trying to incite others into doing what we ourselves are not willing to expend the effort to do is not going to work. Ever. All that does is circumvent the process of actually fixing things. When people do that they call into question their motives.
Which is where we find ourselves today as Americans, facing that decision of continuing to try to do it our way or the Creator’s way.
I brought up vices, deviancies and cults in previous parts to this story because they are directly linked to personal slavery and the destruction of America. In this part of the story we see the environmentalists who are willing to destroy the well being of millions of people in pursuit of the tenets of their religion. That religion ignores God’s clear instructions in Chapter 1:28-31 of Genesis to tame the world for the benefit of His crown jewel – mankind.
Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food”; and it was so. Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day. (NKJV)
The world was created for mankind, not the reverse. The Word states that. Being a good steward of His creation as well as His people that it benefits are not mutually exclusive realities. Those who fail to realize mankind’s value or take actions to harm them do not believe the Word of God. They self identify, they cannot hide. They also act in direct conflict with our nation’s Declaration of Independence and Constitution as well as the rule of law that is based upon them. Our founding fathers built the observance and dedication to God as well as the value of mankind into those founding documents. It is an inescapable truth.
God says in His Word that man was made in His image. If you are a Christian, you are not permitted to hate who God created. To do so reveals rebellion and/or disbelief in God. Guess what two American founding documents also reflect that truth? Those documents codify the unity of people and purpose in America.
None of that states that we are to ignore as well as not defend or seek justice when attacked. There is discipline for harming the lives of others.
Everything you need to know about sustaining life on this planet is contained in the quoted Genesis scripture in bold above. Some may say that was the Old Testament, what about Jesus and what he said and did? He confirmed the law and the prophets in Matthew 5:17-19. Genesis is in the Torah (Pentateuch for Christians), which contains the law. It is a liturgical blueprint that is believed to have been provided prior to the creation of the world according to the rabbinic Talmud related, Midrash. Christians know that Jesus was there in the beginning per the Gospel of John 1:14-18. It is all neatly tied together with a bow on top. Accept or do not accept – the personal results from the choice are yours to own.
Equally important to consider is what God does not say through His Word that some of mankind continuously adds to or reinterprets throughout history. The Bible also has something to say about all of that. Do Not. Old Testament – Deuteronomy 4:2. New Testament – Revelation 22:18-19. There are many admonitions against it in both testaments. A particular favorite of mine is Galatians 1:6-9 where Paul states:
I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel, which is not just another account; but there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, even now I say again: if anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed! (NASB)
Even today sinful, contrary gospels have been openly promoted throughout our culture and preached in some of the pulpits. The Scoundrels use it and many other apostasies to add to their evil ranks. Just as the Scoundrels of BIMD chose doing evil against their fellow mankind.
For those caught in their web you will receive the equivalent of this worldly instruction, “All you got to do is trust what he tells you.”, as Jaybird instructed Green in Scoundrels, Part 1. Jaybird was soon murdered after that statement by the same people he told Green to trust. Green lived and died in a pathetic state of being some time later, trying in his own way to make things right and knowing people viewed him as a pariah. So much for doing the work of and trusting Scoundrels, right?
These deceivers, abusers and murderers are the real Scoundrels. Those who believe they can ridicule, manipulate, injure, murder and steal the rights, lives and souls of others with impunity; while acting like they are pure as the driven snow for the official narratives and records. They even treat it like it is a sport, a competition to see how well they can screw somebody else over. They are unworthy of the air they breathe, however, the Lord said to allow these tares to grow with the wheat in the parable in Matthew 13:24-30. He will handle what happens at the harvest, which is an excellent Bootheel agriculture related example in my opinion.
For Heaven’s and your own sakes, stop apologizing for living a life of principle and integrity. You owe no man or woman who works against God and His order for the world that accommodation. Set your hope on the horizon and expect good to win out.
By so doing we can use a phrase from yesterday and throw a monkey wrench into the machinery of their criminal system. This phrase appears to trace back to Democrats in America doing what Democrats in America seemingly always have done and still do today. Per wordorigins.com:

That would be 140 years ago. It is the same old same old, generation after generation. Nothing has changed in terms of their goals and methods. The tools they use may be different, but nothing has changed. How many times must we be shown to identify those opposed to America fulfilling its promise? These people are not the friends of an America founded on Godly principles as stated in our founding documents.
If you have tendencies and dependencies with any vices, deviancies, and cults – now would be a really good time to stop giving personal plantation masters power over your person, your money, your families, your community and your nation. The more we can disengage from their control, the better off we will all be. Shun them, their desires and their representations. You know what you need to do, you do not need me or anybody else to tell you. Just know that MAGA and We the People are depending on you. We need each other, God designed it that way.
Conclusion
In Part 4 it is time to move to the positive side of the ledger and reveal some personal unsung heroes from BIMD. They made things better for many people whose lives they touched. They were lights who cared about their fellow mankind and took action. None indicated they had any idea they were doing anything unusual or special, yet, they did.

My hope is that readers will stick with me on this multi part wrap-up to my BIMD series. Parts 1 and 2 may be the most important stories I have posted as it pertains to understanding the corruption you have seen on the national scene in the past as well as today. Gail Combs has done a great job of drilling down on some overarching themes with people, orgs and events that have caused the American people untold grief and misery over the years. Many of us at the QTree would call her a hero for all of the research and fearless pursuit of truth she undertakes. This series gives my real life examples and connections that interconnect with some of her research as well as other personal experiences and observations.
There is a great deal of reading material linked in this part that has relevance. It may strain your attention span. My guess is about an hour or so just in reading the linked information, much more if you want to research some of the names and events. However, I urge you to read and make your own observations if you desire to see the inner workings of corruption, racketeering and worse in America. This is packed to the gills with historical information to go with the usual personal connections and parallels of Goober Gump and his (mis)adventures.
Please note: Other than as included in linked source documents and articles, I only provide the real names of the people involved in my experiences if they and their spouses are deceased. I will not provide the names of my former family members. They did not know in advance they would be first person sources during these BIMD stories. Some of how they were involved or may have been affected along with their past communication of information to me directly is discussed. In addition, I have no desire to make false accusations or maliciously malign anybody in this story. I feel their words and actions during the events and periods covered speak for themselves based on the linked information and witnesses.
Before you think this is a holier than thou exposé of others, I confess to being helpful as well as causing pain and suffering to others at various times in my life. Chasing God and chasing the devil seems to be a common theme for many of us throughout the history of mankind. I am unworthy to judge any man or woman. Nonetheless, this is a story that should be told. For some, a portion of the information may not plow new ground. What I am bringing simply ties some people and events together at the lower to higher levels of the corruption with people you would not necessarily know anything about.
I believe there are important lessons to be learned as we consider the consequences of decisions and actions of others as well as ourselves. Generally, if you love your fellow man you will be concerned about that and act in an honorable manner. If you could care less about them you will pursue a path that damages or at best, ignores the plight of others. I have been an example of both in the past. That is until Jesus changed it all for me. HIS words in Matthew 12:35 are: “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.” (NKJV)
May my Savior judge this revelation a good thing. With that in mind and regardless of your faith in Christ or not, let’s begin.
Back To The Delta
Back In My Day in a small town along the banks of the Mississippi River named Caruthersville, MO, were a group of attorneys who were quite well known in the surrounding four state region of the delta as well as in some national circles. My future ex and I had moved to this town from Little Rock in late 1977 after I had taken a job with the regional utility company.
Downloaded below is a 70+ page interview with one of their senior attorneys dating back to 1998. This firm was a beehive of Democrat Party connected criminal defense attorneys, operatives and cleaners for nearly 90 years leading up to this interview. Prepare to take in a picture of American law, politics and crime going back in time to President Truman’s days forward as spoken by a man I met while living there, James Ed Reeves (JER for these stories). He went by Jim Ed. JER was a second generation senior partner and handled a lot of criminal defense litigation in the region. It was his attorney cousin in the firm who is named in this interview who basically forced the utility company to hire me to work there after my ex and her parents brought us back to the delta. This same George K. Reeves he references within this interview was my ex father-in-law’s (FIL) attorney. He was also a Board member of the same above referenced utility company. He will be discussed again in Part 2 of this story.
Please note that JER listed Roy Harper as a senior partner in the firm who later became a long term federal district judge in St. Louis. He was appointed by POTUS Truman. JER’s son, William Edward Reeves was reported to be a much kinder, more ethical man than his father and was considered a legal scholar. Unfortunately, he passed away in mid-2023 at about 62 years old. There is very little left of the Ward & Reeves law firm today.
You will read or have now read all sorts of historically informative as well as judgmental, unethical and corrupt things in the interview. You will probably note that many of the negative things happening in it, ole JER found to be humorous. There are discussions about those times that mirror what we deal with today in society and our elections. Indeed, what you read is a precursor to the current expanded version. For example, what we call “lawfare” today was called “judicial politics” back in those days. Nothing new, just more openly and offensively used today, just like his use of the term “misinformation” in the interview.
I am thankful he left my ex-FIL’s name out of this interview despite his passing away a year prior to this interview. He was involved in the Holland, MO election scandal JER describes in the early 1970’s. I suspect JER was protecting the firm’s client of remaining family members by not revealing. Ex-FIL was able to buy his way out of trouble with the assistance of Sen. Thomas Eagleton whom JER describes in the interview. Ex-FIL was an active member and financial contributor to DNC efforts for many years.
Some of the people JER discusses relating to the Truman years will make more sense if you do some research on him and his DNC cronies like Robert Hannegan. It was through the efforts of Hannegan, who was briefly a co-owner of the St. Louis Cardinals MLB team before his death in 1949, that attorney Roy Harper referenced above received his federal district judge appointment that is discussed briefly below. Truman became POTUS unquestionably because of Hannegan’s efforts.
As an example, here is what Eleanor Roosevelt thought of Hannegan within their own Democrat Party family. Did not care for her either, but this provides a bit of useful information.
If so inclined, enjoy researching some of the names you read about in the interview. It may prove to be an enlightening experience as you piece together the often dirty politics and legal system that led our nation to this point. Just understand that JER was a typical Dem lawyer from the delta whose words you can trust about as far as you could pick up the casket that contains him and throw it.
For this part of my story to make the most sense and impact on your understanding of what you see today with our federal government, FBI, judiciary, politics, crime, etc.; you need to read the JER interview and the two linked articles above. Set aside the time you need to digest them. There are a few minor discrepancies in the two Green articles, such as the years of the House committee meeting in question when Green gave testimony. The actual year is immaterial as there is no dispute the hearing happened and Green testified.
In the linked Green info you read about Pemiscot County Sheriff Clyde Orton that I briefly mentioned in a previous BIMD story. JER’s account of him in the linked interview is nearly a completely fictional narrative of lawyer-speak BS. In reality there was bootlegging, slot machines, craps, prostitution and all sorts of other criminal activities including murder that Sheriff Orton protected and probably benefitted from financially occurring at the Rat Ranch (discussed in the first BIMD of 7/4/22), in the town and county prior to his conviction. The only question to be officially resolved in my mind is if it all occurred with the full knowledge, blessing and to the advantage of certain federal agencies of government and politicians. I will leave it up to you the reader to determine if that point is valid and to whether it benefitted Americans.
During the period in discussion Orton was able to acquire a property near downtown and build a two story upscale, fine dining restaurant/lounge with a second floor view over the levee onto the Mississippi River. He did not come from wealth and he did it all on a Sheriff’s salary. Yeah, OK, moving on.
The activities he protected eventually led to him losing the Sheriff’s office with his conviction by state AG Danforth as discussed in the links. In a bit of cleanup during the investigatory period, the region’s crime boss (Jaybird Gatewood) who was clearly connected to the Sheriff as you will read, was shot in the back via shotgun and soon after died in a Memphis hospital. His killer was never arrested. The walls were closing in on Orton and the regional crime ring during the late 1960’s when the investigations began and coincided with the take down of the mafia’s gambling operations in Hot Springs, AR.
Orton returned to the Sheriff’s office years later while I lived in the area in Blytheville, AR, after his previous conviction was overturned by the Dem controlled Supreme Court in Missouri. That should tell everybody that the criminal enterprise was never vanquished, it just went more underground only to resurface later with different characteristics, organization and with some different faces. Some of the key players during that early period were killed off or died of cancer, heart attacks and such at times as you read in the JER interview and Green articles.
There was an illegal bookie operation Clyde Orton ran from the office of his restaurant that I visited after he had his previous conviction overturned. That illegal gambling operation is one I would have to lift my hand to testify about if required. I personally observed some payoffs my ex-FIL made to the bookie and Sheriff Clyde Orton in his office in that restaurant. My wealthy farmer ex-FIL was a lousy gambler. I learned early in life that I would be as well and successfully avoided that particular vice.
Based on the information provided in the JER interviews and Green articles it appears that Orton likely became a fed operative after his conviction was conveniently overturned and that they were very intertwined in his activities. The bookie operation was too openly known and operated to not be. The way it appears is that the bigger charges against Orton went away, the state got their “conviction”, he lost his Sheriff role as the Feds and State cleaned up the crime ring somewhat, he operated his restaurant/bookie operation, he moved back into the law enforcement game with Fed approval as an operative after his conviction was overturned, he was “elected” Sheriff again, lower profile criminal activities restarted, and he acted as an informant until his death in a single vehicle “accident”. Again, you will read elements of this in the JER and Green pieces. Green quotes local crime boss “Jaybird” Gatewood as saying, “Look, we do things for them. They do things for us.” relating to the FBI and Sheriff Orton as separate entities, a theme that is repeated with other St. Louis connections regarding the FBI and clowns. It would also appear that the clowns were involved with Green in his early days. This is later discussed in the rense.com article on Green as in their coordination with the FBI.
All of it going on while the venerable Democrat Party supporting Ward & Reeves law firm above greased the skids, raked in the cash, defended the criminals and cleaned up their messes. At the same time they gave a share to the politicians and knew they had their former DNC controlled law firm partner as a federal district judge in St. Louis on speed dial.
Judge Roy Harper was located in good ole St Louis, where key cogs in the mob’s organization resided and operated. Please note that it took three recess appointments and a fourth formal successful attempt to finally have Judge Harper approved by the Senate back in his day. Truman was persistent in getting his man in the role with Hannegan’s help. What else was a fellow, good freemason POTUS supposed to do other than help another 33rd degree freemason be made a federal judge in a mob region?
It is time to connect some more farther reaching dots with this. From my own first hand knowledge, Clyde’s bookie handled horse racing and sports betting primarily. For a few months in late winter and early spring, they had a live feed into the restaurant office of the horse races from Oaklawn in Hot Springs, AR on some new teletype electronics (computer infancy) of which I had no familiarity when I first saw it in the early 1980’s. They gave me a short demonstration. It was not a year later that the utility company converted to a similar system.
Placing bets at the windows of Oaklawn and the Greyhound dog racing track in West Memphis, AR (operations ended 12/31/22), were the only forms of legalized gambling left in Arkansas from the Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller and FBI task force led crack down on the entire mob owned and operated gambling activities in Hot Springs that went back to the mid-1800’s. No off site betting was permitted in Arkansas or Missouri despite Sheriff Orton conducting same in his restaurant offices. The passing of legal horse track betting in MO did not occur until 1984. The loss of the gambling operations revenue tanked much of the rest of the mob controlled criminal operations in Hot Springs. They receded from prominence there only to resurface in other vices as the FBI was infiltrated and the Dem crime machine reassumed power in the Arkansas government.
Some summary history of Hot Springs where Oaklawn is located is warranted to inform readers of the history and depth of the criminal activities there.
For what it is worth I went to a bank training event and stayed at the Arlington BIMD for a couple of nights. It was just a quiet resort area hotel at that point. However, I often wonder what activities might have occurred in that hotel and its rooms back in their day. Yuck. Below is another summary link.
We see from the Green interview the bootheel crime ring was also connected to the mob in New Orleans led by don Carlos Marcello as well as the St. Louis area with Buster Wortman and labor boss, Louis Shoulders. For the purposes of this story we will stay primarily with the southeast Missouri and Arkansas connections. However, for research purposes it sure would be interesting to see the judicial record of one federal Judge Roy Harper in St. Louis since it took so much arm twisting by Truman to get him in the seat.
For the next part, reference back to my first BIMD featuring Elvis. The Rat Ranch from within that story was a micro version of Hot Springs in a profoundly less resort-like area. It was an extension of the mid to lower level operatives of the mob and their supportive Democrat Party crime machine that dominated both states of Arkansas and Missouri during that time. With the fed and state crackdown on Hot Springs initiated by Republican Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller, there was a crackdown by the feds and law enforcement in multiple states on the satellite operations such as at the Rat Ranch and in Caruthersville. Both went into serious decline into the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. The Ranch only functioned with a rundown outdoor weekend music stage, a seedy prostitute ridden motel and a liquor store by the time I moved to the area in the late 1977. Elvis would have the sads about its demise if he had heard. Viva Las Rat Ranch and all that might have some folks giving the side eye about burning love, the jungle room and jelly donuts in that place.
Until the take down the mafia and Dem crime machine with Orton’s assistance by playing both sides and keeping the law abiding feds at bay, raked in the cash and power for all of their other activities and political uses from the vices they operated. All of it being illegal, but openly allowed to exist without interference just as it was for all those years in Hot Springs. GOP AG Danforth went after Orton officially in 1971 after they raided Caruthersville and the Ranch. He got a conviction, just not on all of the major stuff Orton protected. If one were cynical and a skeptic one might find it strange that openly conducted criminal activities over many years did not lead to major charges that could stick for major convictions. JER would tell you if he was still alive it was just outstanding criminal defense work. It actually confirms what we already knew about Missouri politics, the GOP was controlled opposition. The uniparty was alive and well in those days and before. Orton served a useful function.
However, this story does not end there. Theres MOAR! The “Little Chicago” and “capital of vice” of the bootheel was protected by a Sheriff who had even worse shady things in his past.
MLK, Jr.
As you read, the Green articles reveal what was worse. Ask yourself, why would a 1978 U. S. House investigatory committee related to the MLK, Jr. assassination keep witness testimony sealed until the year 2029? One subject testimony in it was by Green, the well known habitual ex-con/fed operative from Caruthersville, Mo, who had turned government confidential informant as well as becoming an actual badged officer of the ATF at one point. I personally feel both writers did a very good job of considering all aspects of the representations of Green while providing the information.
More probably would have come out eventually, but Green died in 2003.
Whoo boy. There are some things in Green’s story that make a great deal of sense to me, especially when I connect the dots of what I know of Caruthersville, Ward & Reeves law firm, Clyde Orton, the legacy of Jaybird Gatewood, Hot Springs, the FBI, multiple politicians, judiciary and so on. When I connect them to my previously stated experiences and observations of the Arkansas political mafia, the Clintons, the money players that backed the Clintons and Dems – well, the picture comes into focus much better.
But First – A Parallel Story
One thing that is very obvious, ole Goober was in the middle of a major league pile of shiz his entire time in that region and really had no idea how big of pile it was until he moved away. The passage of time brought perspective and new information. To better understand reality on the ground in the bootheel in those days there is the following.
Jim Green was in Caruthersville much of the time I was working there. Thankfully, I just did not run in the same circles as him. I did not know of his MLK, Jr. plot connections with Orton and Jaybird. When I talked with local folks in town back then it went as Green described it. Nobody dared say anything negative about Orton and everybody avoided Green. Orton was an intense man without much humor who seemed to have to force a cordial nature when meeting people. Perhaps the weight of what he had done and was doing was too heavy to be any other way.
I do know Orton seemed to be on good terms with my ex-FIL during much of the time I was there. That concerned me the longer I lived there because I knew a backstory. A couple of weeks before my ex first introduced me to her parents; they had been blindfolded, gagged and bound in their own home and held at gunpoint. The robbers were waiting on them to return home one evening and wanted access to their safe. They made off with jewelry, weapons and cash. One robber kept asking if they knew who he was, which they denied of course because it would have caused their deaths if they said they knew. The robber suspected they knew him and afterwards her parents told me they had heard the man’s voice before but truly did not know for sure who it was. They suspected the voice was of an ex-employee of their farm who ran with the local crime ring. After the robbers left my ex-MIL worked loose from the binding and contacted the newly elected Sheriff who came to the scene. They learned the next day their fenced in dog had been drugged to keep the barking noise down. Of course, no arrests were ever made and there were no solid suspects.
I learned a half dozen years later after the event that Orton had gone through a personal financial crisis during the very same period when he was no longer the Sheriff as the local economy was awful in the Carter years and the crime ring was still laying low. He was losing money in the restaurant business. With the raids the primary criminal money drivers had been hit and he was more under a microscope. By that later point my in-laws suspected that Orton was behind that robbery somehow. My ex-FIL stopped betting with the bookie and they also stopped dining at the restaurant. When Orton was returned to the sheriff’s office they stopped going anywhere near Caruthersville and focused all of their household and entertainment attention into equidistant Blytheville, AR. They also had a sophisticated alarm system installed and never left home without a weapon.
Back To MLK, Jr
In the Barsten comments in the Green links he references the clown connection in addition to the FBI handlers. He feels certain MKUltra was involved. I tend to agree. Consider the connections discussed by Green as well as the assassination of 32nd degree Mason civil rights leader Medgar Evers in 1963, who was in the Scottish Rite. Note that MLK, Senior was also a long term member of that cult.
MKUltra is interconnected with freemasonry and in my considered opinion that is an indisputable fact. Freemasonry is one vehicle for its delivery. Which leads to revisiting another blight on America, J. Edgar Hoover of the FBI, a severely complex and conflicted man as the nation’s Top Cop, who is also associated with all things immoral and dodgy at times. A man who thrived on coercion and instilling fear with no aversion to using any tactic he thought would work to achieve the desired results. I will leave his rumored transvestite and homosexual tendencies to others who may or may not have trustworthy information. However, if true it would fit right in with both MKUltra and freemasonry where all inhibitions are destroyed and anything goes.
It would seem that the presence of many freemasons in positions of power back then and today in government, judiciary, FBI, clowns and law enforcement in general may provide an ability to pull off some really heinous actions. The current crop in positions of power rarely reveal their connections to it and other cults as was proudly done in the past. I guess the public has become more aware, so they cover their tracks and no longer mention as prominently in bios, obits or on grave stone markers as in the past.
However, they are still recruiting. My son-in-law’s father who retired from a law enforcement career recently joined. He and a friend of my SIL have both been recruiting him. However, our SIL trusts us much more than his own father and friend. He felt uneasy about the cult on his own, my info and guidance just helped him to shut down their efforts. He knew freemasons were even in my immediate family along with the why and how to shut down their recruiting efforts. A brother-in-law of mine has even been a Master of a lodge in the Midwest.
These battles for the soul are happening all over America right under our noses.
If what has been represented in these interviews, biographical links and historical summaries is substantially true; I contend the worst probably did happen to MLK, Jr. and in the federal coverup. Much of what I read has truth in it from past experiences and associations. Going back to the JER interview, look at that regional Dem crime machine’s connection to dedicated freemason and future POTUS Harry Truman. We know FDR was one prior to him. In the times that followed we know unipartyist Gerald Ford was one. All told there are fifteen Presidents who had some level of involvement plus Clinton in the DeMolay as a youth. Look at the attitudes and activities of racist Dems Byrd and Biden through the years that followed with the Clintons marching lock step with the Arkansas political mafia and money backstopping of their activities. Look at the clarion call of one James Clyburn of South Carolina to the cult’s alliance with the black AME “church” voting as directed every national election, a “church” that is interconnected with the Prince Hall Masons and its descendent orgs.
Combine it with MKUltra and to me it is all hiding in plain sight. It is an unholy alliance for the ages.
If there is nothing to hide, why manufacture narratives and destroy evidence as was done with the JFK assassination? Why the need to seal testimony over something heinous that happened long ago with anything of importance to the American people? What are they hiding? Who was POTUS and FBI Director in 1977 when the FBI’s #3, Deke Deloach (info on him is linked below), was sent in to observe Green’s testimony? It was Dem Jimmy Carter and William Webster it appears. The FBI’s image had deteriorated greatly over those years for good reasons. It was in Carter’s and Webster’s best interests to clean that up for the outside view. Seems that might be a reasonable motivation to keep what had been hidden – hidden. So the lies and cover-up were continued.
There are a number of Green’s statements of which I have personal knowledge of the content. For example Green’s discussion about buying votes with a bottle of whiskey and dollar bills is true. The Dem operatives were still doing it in the early 1980’s BIMD with one exception. Inflation had increased it from a half pint to a pint and a dollar to ten dollars. They would load them into buses and the beds of pick-ups for the treks to the voting booths. They ran charter buses from Chicago to New Orleans on election day with the same people voting multiple times in multiple states and multiple locations. A Dem operative in NE Arkansas participated and directly stated it to me and others. She thought it was funny about how easy it was to do. As Green stated, if one knew how, it was easy to have multiple aliases with legit documents to support each one.
Most important is connecting the dots to the mob connections that extended from Hot Springs to New Orleans to Memphis to the bootheel to St. Louis to Chicago and other nationwide locations nationwide. Add in the important pursuit of truth in the MLK, Jr. assassination with the obvious clown and FBI interconnections you have been reading about. The time period of the JFK, Evers and MLK, Jr. assassinations were at the start of the LBJ years going into Nixon’s first term. J. Edgar Hoover was still controlling the FBI and Deke DeLoach, or should I call him “Roachie”, was the liaison and cleaner between him and LBJ, a role he played starting with JFK’s assassination. We know LBJ was friendly with freemasonry as he entered a lodge as an apprentice in his native Texas, just chose not to pursue it. It seems more likely to me that Deloach provided plausible deniability to both LBJ’s and Hoover’s decisions by acting as the go-between. It was more of a public show of distrusting one another while coordinating the events of the times through Deloach and underlings. Deloach would never want Green’s testimony to be put into the public record, so much so it was stalled out by the black Democrat Congress critter, Louis Stokes. That appears to be the obvious reason Roachie was in attendance at the hearing. It would seem there is something to see here when 2029 rolls around, if they are not successful in making it disappear. The American people may not be pleased to know the hidden truths of the connections between the Democrat Party, RINO’s, clowns, FBI, judiciary, organized labor, freemasons and communists when it comes to national icons such as JFK and MLK, Jr. and many other innocent lives they injured or offed through the years. Every single American and many international lives and nations have been negatively impacted by their loss since those days.
We know the fake legacy media will not want to get involved since they are controlled opposition to the American people. Independent citizen journalists need to do that job in conjunction with whatever patriots are left in positions of authority.
And to think that I probably unwittingly said “hello” to Roachie during the 30+ years we have been vacationing on Hilton Head before his recent death. Such a strange coincidence (not) that Neocon Nikki is from that same town as Deloach lived and the same state as James Clyburn.
The ancient Romans had nothing on American government and politics.
Wrap-up on Green and Orton
Green had absolutely nothing to gain by telling his story when he did. The opportunity to cash in on it with a book deal and 48 Hours with Dan Rather in 1998 had long since past. The feds had once again prevented that. Who was POTUS then? Yup – Clinton. Green knew the powers that be were freezing him out. He knew he was getting older with health issues and would not last long. The interviews and testimony seemed to be about a guy who needed to unload some burdens to somebody in the media or in government who would listen and take him serious before he died.
Perhaps I forgot to mention that Green was also a freemason.
Sheriff Orton died in an auto accident in 1994 at 72 years of age, about ten years after I left the area. A bit of cleanup, a heart attack as reported, or an intergalactic act of justice? You decide.
I have purposely avoided discussion on the likely MLK, Jr. triggerman, Butch Collier. A search of the web revealed nothing other that what is referenced in the Green articles. You would think that would be readily available unless people in authority did not want him found.
For what it is worth the family of Dr. King have repeatedly requested that the case be reopened, to which the feds refuse.
Over the years that followed the machine lost some of its grip on the county and region with the demise of most of the key players. Legalized gambling and relaxed alcohol laws have reduced the ability to criminally pursue money making schemes that worked well for the Dem crime machine in the past. Once Missouri legalized gambling on horse racing in 1984 along with riverboat casinos in 1992, law enforcement was less of an issue and it became a tax generator for the state. Caruthersville soon capitalized and the Lady Luck Casino opened. However, there is still no online betting and sports betting is just now being debated with bills introduced. It is expected to be approved and begin within the next two years. Horse track racing gambling essentially died a natural death in Missouri, so they want to replace and enhance the revenue stream.
More money for the politicians, primarily out of the pockets of those who can least afford it in poverty stricken areas such as Pemiscot County, MO. More people to exploit for the Dem crime machine, which has morphed into government control using lawfare and the judiciary that undermines America.
The Dem crime machine adapted and primarily works their magic through the government tax revenues they dictate and somewhat legally steal as well as the cartel drug trade and human trafficking. All of the region around Caruthersville has shrunk in population size. Many local family farming operations have sold out to large corporate ag conglomerates. The Air Force’s SAC base in Blytheville, a former major area employer, has long since closed.
Conclusion
All of the vices discussed above and more were used (and obviously still are) to keep people entrapped in their situations, which the machine sells as good “fun” that will do no harm. Bootlegging has been replaced for the most part with illegal drug distribution. In fact it all is just another form of slavery used to enrich the purveyors and make them more worldly powerful. Which is how they keep poverty stricken areas such as in the bootheel to go with the urban blight they promote in the large urban centers. It’s good business to them.
All of that explains why THE VERY SAME PEOPLE are exploiting and promoting legalized prostitution, pedophilia, sexual perversions, “alternative” lifestyles, gender dysphoria, wokism, cancel culture and the like. They simply promote deviancy as normal in the same way as they did the long standing vices and cults. It is a system to encourage the public toward acceptance. They introduce the deviancies; they undermine religions and individual faith in a higher calling and/or being; they undermine society’s foundational institutions; and they then promote the deviancies through popular culture using celebrities, government and business leaders, schools, etc. Over time they gain a growing and significant acceptance until it reaches the point they can sell it as normal behavior. When they reach enough acceptance by the public they introduce legislation to soften or eliminate restrictions and mainstream acceptance into government leaders and bureaucrats while continuing to promote through the media.
If it can be taxed or lead them to more power, they step on the gas pedal.
Isn’t that always the standard answer of supporters and the less informed? Legalize and tax it, at least the government will get the tax revenues from it and police it. Yeah, OK. How has that thought process been working out?
They use the tax dollars for their own purposes while their corrupted law enforcement and judiciary system creates more issues and criminal power structures within society. The average American never sees any benefit or reduction in taxes they pay.
With MLK, Jr. Day having recently occurred, which includes the very recent death of his son, Dexter, who Green attempted to make peace with and inform; it seems odd the public posers never seem to talk about anybody leaving the plantation dedicated to vices, deviancies and cults. They only seem to want to make it easier to get involved. I guess that would be because it would be unpopular, unprofitable or in conflict with what their puppet masters desire. Those plantations of vices, deviancies and cults seem to thrive regardless of skin color, gender, nationality, culture, etc. of the people who are targeted.
The people who don’t play along are ridiculed as never having any “fun” and as a result never receive the parting gifts from the purveyors – a lifetime of wasted opportunities as well as the possibility of an eternity spent in Hell.
Please do not be deceived, we are all being targeted. There are no exceptions and there are an ample number of methods for which to get the job done. We have barely scratched the surface at discussing their methods at this point.
As we progress into Part 2 of the Scoundrels, we will discuss some economic methods employed for keeping people on a literal or figurative plantation from the past (mis)adventures of Goober Gump. This will be followed by spending more time on the current methods and how you can spot the deceived and the deceivers. That is very important to know if we intend to help PDT and patriots reverse the Hell-bound course of destruction we have been on as a nation for over a century.
Please do not let what you read here cause despair. It is just a disclosure of an evil underbelly that has been operating in plain sight in our nation for a century. There are good reasons for hope. It appears the tide is reversing. The voices of MAGA patriots in every corner of America tells us the best is yet to come. God wins and we benefit.

The New American Frontier
Fedsurrection a/k/a The Buffalo Jump, or if you prefer, the jumping the shark moment in time; is the perfect symbol of the ongoing intentional collapsing of American culture. It is another in a very long list of manufactured events to intentionally sell the impression that resistance to those in control will be futile. The long planned and implemented events and activities have been increasing in frequency for 150+ years. Simply put, they hate MAGA and love of country.
Fedsurrection is a blatant example of the more recent battles within the Civilized War.
We have all learned that many of the people who currently control our nation do so in collusion with one another and are represented by a globalist operated uniparty that has international connections, obligations and goals. That group’s control has been ascribed to the Committee of 300, the City of London, the Illuminati, Freemasonry, etc. Regardless, there is no question they all use rhetoric to appease while not providing desired results for We The People, whom they actually abhor. Year after year, fake election after fake election, they fail to meet our expectations while satisfying their own desires first and foremost. If they walk into office on fire for America, they frequently give in to the pressure and become useless to average Americans.
As MAGA supporters you know truth now. As an example you know Fedsurrection has been openly revealed as just another scam, a hoax, bullshiz. Our opposition proved once again they do not care at all about the citizens of this nation and have weaponized nearly all areas of government. They openly declared war on We The People who objected then and now since many of us do not cower down or believe the lies that have been told. In the process they created panic, incited, roughed up, murdered, harassed and arrested; all while lying with straight faces to the cameras of their complicit media comrades as well as corrupt judges. Congress played their parts. Law enforcement and the judiciary performed their scripted roles then and now to facilitate… The Big Lie.
MAGA knows it is just cover for the stolen elections. Criminals doing what criminals do.
They use the same game plan within many other segments of society, industries, media, religions, etc. Controlled demolition and implosion – intentionally – to undermine the foundation of our country and its people. Anybody want a Bud Light? A planned takedown of an American icon significantly impacting the shareholders of the parent company as well as consumers. Does MAGA shop at Targay any more? Nope. Do you trust your kids to run around unattended at a Disney park or watch their latest movie release without at least screening it first? Not a chance. For sports lovers; do you enjoy Sports Center as much as you once did with the endless daily lectures about social justice and what you should think and how you should act? Get out of here with that. How about when it comes from the pulpit of the church you have attended for years when you hear that Jesus accepted something nasty or was this or that, yet, you see no evidence of it in scripture? Do you get tired of reviewing your children’s school text content, library books, and homework assignments for woke crap while addressing teaching methods that dumb down your kids? Always.
It is not just stupidity or misguided – it is intentional. As a result you now have zero reasons to trust anything that American leadership within the Uniparty of Dems, Establishment GOP and RINOs does or says. Even some MAGA appearing or claiming politicians are actually deep state Uniparty plants who undermine the rights of We The People. Their collective goals are power and plunder of America as well as the world. To receive their share of the spoils they have to do the dirty against all of us. And boy, do they ever receive the benefits. Some walk into office with nothing. When they exit they are multi-millionaires.
You now know with certainty where members of Congress, state legislatures, local governments, governors, appointees, alphabets, media, foreign press, churches, schools, businesses, friends, neighbors, and especially your family members stand. Their responses and non-responses to Mueller, Ukraine, stolen elections, trannies, abortion, pedophilia, sex trafficking, Epstein, Fedsurrection, COVID, jabs, Briben, Soetoro, the Clintons, the Bushes, Gates, Fauci, Barr, etc. tell you who people are, what they actually believe, and what they think of you and your beliefs. You have these and many other litmus test results right in front of you.
One brief example jumps out at me from my career – Quantitative Easing by the Fed. There may have never been a person, business, or nation that has worked their way out of debt by deeply diving into massive amounts of more debt. Yet, the Uniparty, globalists, fake financial gurus, Wall Street, and so on sold that as the answer to the debt markets collapse of 2008. Proverbs 22:7 –The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender. (NASB) As a result of your acceptance of their lies, American citizens, you are now a slave to the debt holders (lenders). They told you that your government would collapse, your jobs would die, your 401-k’s would dry up, there would be no Social Security, etc. to fear porn you into submission. It was lies and damn lies. Then the criminals took their usual way back to solvency through endless wars by wasting the blood of humanity for their gain.
Intentional, part of the plan.
However, now, light has been shone on all of it and if your eyes are open truth is revealed. Anybody that believes or supports the actions taken by these traitors, seditionists, perverts, deep state actors, media propagandists, etc. – the corrupters of minds, bodies and souls; have become part of the same pot of evil. No longer is there any neutral ground to hold; you are either full bore MAGA or you are an opponent of America and its patriotic, God fearing citizens.
I am asking some of you to suspend any predetermined disbelief of the following connections and parallels for the time being. Just roll with it. You can erase it from your memories later if so inclined.
Resistance Begins When…
Everything comes into focus when we acknowledge God as the sole authority over His creation. Following the path that leads to Him is the only way to peace and security. He made it all, He will break it or fix it in accordance with His desires. He is the great I AM. He is sovereign.
Past proves present reveals future. So let’s start with the past.
In I Corinthians 9:22, Paul states, “To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak; I have become all things to all people, so that I may by all means save some.” (NASB)
In my opinion this is one major MAGA supporting answer to all this mess. Paul says “save some” in his statement. We need to acknowledge that we cannot save the world, we may not even be able to save America or even some people we care deeply about near to us. That is not our job anyway, that is the role of our Creator. However, when we work to help others where we are we can help in the Civilized War to save some. We can help increase the numbers of the remnant that survives and even thrives until Christ returns.
Go back to the times of Jesus on this planet. He knew everything that was happening. He knew innocent people were being used, abused and murdered all around him. Even with that foreknowledge and full authority granted by the Father, he did not stop it. He focused on His assigned mission. So should we.
In my opinion, this approach toward mankind may be because death in this world is not the end. Life continues on past physical death here.
Whatever the reason, in doing work for the Kingdom we use the direction Jesus gave His disciples in Matthew 10:14, “And whoever does not receive you nor listen to your words, as you leave that house or city, shake the dust off your feet.”(NASB) This action was also taken by Paul and Barnabas in Acts 13:51 in their missionary journey.
So what does this mean for us now and how is applied today?
We need to do what Jesus told his disciples to do in Matt.28:19. Summarized – go and tell others about His sacrifice, love for them, what it means to be a follower – make disciples. Notice what He did not say. He did not want his disciples to just preach salvation messages and move on or He would have said that. He wanted them to make disciples. We can believe Jesus to be the Savior without taking it any farther in our daily living. The instruction from Him means going deeper and being more committed in understanding and living the faith daily. Then go and deliver same to others.
As to America, we know the truth about many things in our country within the MAGA movement. Our role as MAGA participants is to make more disciples for MAGA, just like Jesus instructed His followers. We first need to rebuild trust. For it to happen the way it could and should, the words and practices of Jesus should be integrated through the Holy Spirit that He left for us, who exists to bring glory to Father and Son. The words and actions of Jesus deliver His truth and are the sources of power. Again, our nation was founded on belief in God, His provision and His principles. The vast majority of our forefathers knew and acted on these truths under extreme stress and threats. Know the history of our nation.
To succeed in the discipling for MAGA, we must be in sync with the discipling for Jesus. They are interconnected. God did not send His Son to die for us and conquer death to just allow His creation to fall back into evil and death. We have not immersed ourselves into MAGA to retreat from the fight.
That we have not been in sync with this is why everything seems so out of whack, so bizarre at times. A world of opposites that makes no rational, much less Biblical sense. We are not being as effective as we could be if we chose to center our efforts around what Christ taught and do MAGA His way. We move beyond PDT and any dependence on worldly leaders in this approach.
Doing so will not guarantee positive outcomes for all people. Despite our best efforts, sometimes no amount of education and encouragement of a targeted audience will produce the desired results for Jesus or for America. However, our faithfulness provides the best opportunity for success in the primary mission, which is interconnected. Taking action proves us faithful to our Lord and His will, which provides great benefit to America and the world.
Which leads to the Parable of the Sower found in three of the gospels, during which Jesus explains its connection to the fulfillment of a prophecy in Isaiah. I enjoy the version in Matthew, which is found in 13:1-23. But to cut to the chase, we desire the seed to be planted into good soil that allows the roots to grow deep and eventually produces an abundant yield when tended well by the sowers.
Our love and caring for a desired outcome and “winning” can cloud the mission that Jesus assigns us. The truth is some people are doomed by their own choices, others are in danger, and still others may accept our guidance and turn toward the desired outcome. Our acceptance of whatever outcome results is key. Despite my joy, concern, or even sorrow for the results; it does not change the mission Christ gave me through His Holy Word to deliver the message and try to save some. We see similar results when spreading the truth of MAGA.
A Real World Example
I left the United Methodist Church (UMC) denomination eight years ago after saying what the Lord placed on my heart and planting seeds with local, district and conference UMC leadership and fellow members for many years. I spoke and wrote the applicable words of scripture to them and relayed the message the Lord desired of me that explicitly explained that many were choosing culture and politics over scripture and their first love, Jesus. I was one voice of millions who spoke before, during and after the deep split that was finalized in 2022; a Civilized War that had been waged for over 50 years.
I was active in leadership roles starting in local congregations since 1979. A close friend and best man at my wedding to Rock Star was a district lay minister in the denomination. He was a UMC General Conference delegate (Congressional voting member equivalent) for 16 years until his back pain from a previous injury became so bad he had to reduce his travel. He was a close friend while sharing common beliefs at the UMC General Conference meetings with a close family member of Rush Limbaugh, whose family was from the neighboring city of Cape Girardeau, MO. Although I personally never met Rush, through my friend I knew about him and even his personal “issues” going back over 40 years. He got over and through most of them just like many of us. He knew what he knew because he grew up in the middle of a family very involved in education, law/judiciary, and politics for about two centuries.
For what it is worth, I was asked by our Conference leadership to accept a similar role as my friend about 20 years ago for our region. I declined because I had learned too much about the denomination and was in a very busy period of my career.
The UMC leadership was never willing or possibly able to lead the flock back to their first love, Jesus, the reason for their existence as a Christian faith based denomination at all. Their antiquated organizational structure assisted the internal fracture. The buck never stopped anywhere. Bishops would routinely ignore the rulings of the UMC Judicial Council, which were supposed to be final. The rulings also began to detour away from the established practices and core beliefs. Through the years the doctrinal language in The Book of Discipline was under a constant state of attack and became watered down into meaningless gibberish. As a result apostasy became the doctrinal norm, which did the work of Satan. Some of the leaders would take time about openly violating the rules and pushing the boundaries. (Sound familiar?)
As our time to leave drew near, I sat across the desk from our relatively young senior pastor who later became a District Superintendent over 100+ churches/pastors. I asked him this question, “If a situation was present in the church such that the resolution led to a conflict between what scriptures say versus the UMC Book of Discipline and your bosses, which would you choose to follow?” The answer – his bosses and The Book of Discipline would dictate. I asked him why. He said because he believed his bosses and The Book of Discipline were selected and assembled by people who had been called by God into the positions they held. He trusted their wisdom and decision making. To me, he revealed he was a loyal box checker with precious little dedication to The Word. His answer indicated his position in the organization meant more than the souls and condition of the people he shepherded.
I thanked him for his time and left. The next time I met with him, a few weeks later, was to tell him our family was leaving the local congregation and UMC, a denomination I had personally been a member of for forty years, thirty of which were in that congregation. It sent mini-shock waves throughout the congregation as well as within Conference leadership. We remain friends with many, some of which who subsequently left in the years that followed. We shook the dust from our feet. I am sure that pastor, now district superintendent, was glad to see me go.
The man is a lifelong UMC member whose father and father-in-law were also senior pastors in the UMC before retirement. He chose his bosses, family tradition and a watered down denominational doctrine manual to keep his position, a future promotion, increased income and pension over scripture and the instructions of Jesus. His bosses had already proven they were apostate by accepting self avowed homosexuals and abortion rights advocates as pastors in direct conflict with the UMC Book of Discipline and even more so the Bible. These people were also teaching other false doctrines in opposition to their own doctrine. Finally, a large international group of Bible believers had enough of trying to educate and reconcile. They did not have the votes to remove the apostate because of a large third segment of delegates who wanted things to stay the same. So the faithful left. They shook the dust…
The ongoing existence of the UMC denomination organizationally as it continued to slowly disintegrate was for one primary purpose; to protect the pensions of the employees. It is an ecumenical denomination that owns all of the properties. Major decisions were made in the hierarchy based on that condition continuing to benefit them. Leadership that I discussed issues with through the years were truthful about the subject and confidentially told me that was the case.
The leadership was about control of the dirt and draining the coffers of the local congregations while appeasing as many factions of the membership as necessary to keep the money flowing. They made it obvious – just like the Uniparty and globalists are doing in America today.
It’s just business – right?
Comparison Time – Parallels
If we compare the UMC’s trends and situation it would nearly mirror our nation’s.
Due to the recent split, the UMC is already brain and heart dead, just on life support to drain whatever blood (money) is left out of its woke corpse. The UMC name has been retained by the Democrat Party, Establishment and RINO equivalents. The local churches that comprise this remnant are a diverse group. One faction are traditionalists who could not or would not afford to pay the exit fee to acquire control of their local church and its properties. Another group are straight out perverts, leftists and communists. Then there are those who pretend to be traditional in belief who are actually lukewarm or worse. The Word has much to say about all of these.
The MAGA equivalents have left (shook the dust from their feet) or are formally in the process of leaving. They formed their own organization that adheres to the Holy Bible (Constitution/Bill of Rights) as written. They have not established a Judicial Council (Supreme Court) yet, but plan to do so and correct the flaws of the UMC version. There is a 17 (yup!) member interim Board controlling the organization temporarily. They believe in limited central government, like our nation’s Constitution provides. They are now called the Global Methodist Church (GMC) and are in the process of correcting many of the system and administrative failures that plagued the former denomination for decades. They are committed to doing the will of the Savior and proved it with their decisions and pocketbooks.
Now here is the part that is left unsaid much of the time. The apostate side should have been compelled to leave the UMC all along as they were violating scripture and the provisions in the existing Book of Discipline. The authorities in the church did not make faithful decisions and take decisive actions to retain the law of the land or the spirit. The voting delegates in General Conferences allowed a divided house to exist that splintered the votes, some joined in with third parties to intentionally split the vote, just like has happened in America. They appeased and slowly enabled over time, just like the Establishment and RINO factions within the GOP. Leadership went along with and encouraged it willingly to preserve their cushy jobs, investment “opportunities” and pensions.
Infiltration versus invasion. The modern day versions of the Pharisees, Sadducees and scribes being played out openly in the UMC and within the federal government of America.
Over the past 15 months or so, over 7000 former UMC churches worldwide have paid or are in the process of paying the large exit fees to leave along with many faithful pastors and employees. The UMC pension vested pastors and employees will use the new GMC pension plan, but may need years of service to vest again. Some were not yet vested in the UMC plan and simply have agreed to start over. To all of them the potential personal financial loss was worth it to be faithful to the Lord. The new denomination has established replacement benefit plans for all employees that each congregation pays to maintain with no upstream tack on charges for administration. Each local church congregation owns its respective church property, which demonstrates the motivation of this new GMC organizatio is not to build a brand, acquire wealth, or build a bloated bureaucracy to control the flock and drain the coffers like the existing UMC.
This is a demonstration of what has happened to the federal government in America. In comparison it is now the UMC version when the founding fathers and documents were designed for the GMC version. As Steve says, “limited” government.
The traditionalists who remain in the UMC are currently operating their churches in accordance with their understanding of scripture, which is reflected by the diluted, ineffective Book of Discipline. In the parallel, the equivalent in America would be the so called “battleground” GOP states. These Establishment dominated states and traditional UMC congregations are both also deluding themselves into believing all will be well; that they can exist in harmony with political liberals and thousands of apostate churches. In reality, they are both on slowly sinking ships just biding time. The founding documents are “living” documents to them, which means the goalposts keep moving through reactions to Judicial Committee and Supreme Court decisions. Neither the Constitution or the Bible change meanings of what has been stated. They say what they say, they mean what they mean. A Supreme Court decision in conflict with the Constitution is still illegal, even if a rogue government enforces it as totalitarians do. The same applies with the Bible and apostate interpretations by church authorities.
Some are hoping their congregations can save enough to pay the exit fee in future years. However, over time many members will leave as they realize the truth or lose their interest in Christianity altogether. Their churches will also be targets of the apostate, just like urban centers in America are for the communists. This will cause those local churches to slowly die as many blue cities are doing. But hey, those employed by the UMC and blue governments will still get to add time and money to their pensions while raking in good incomes.
Now it is time to discuss the future.
In spring of 2024, the communist and pervert side of the UMC plans to call for approval of a measure that enforces support for homosexuals in the pulpits, homosexual marriages, abortion rights, etc. Now that the GMC churches have left and many traditionalist members no longer attend UMC churches, it is highly likely they will win that vote and assume control.
It will become decision time for the remaining heads in the sand traditionalists in the UMC. Go along with apostasy, pay the exit fee to keep the local congregation together and join the GMC, or individually leave the congregation and do something else.
It works the same way in DC with the deep state, Congress and our country’s judicial system. They are trying to force MAGA to accept what will always be unacceptable. A day of reckoning is coming – all Americans will choose a side. Many Americans have no understanding of what is happening. They are like the UMC traditionalists. MAGA citizens do, they are the GMCs in the example. But everybody will be compelled to decide. A non-decision is still a decision. There is no escape other than leaving the country, which is also a self-identifying decision.
So, what is happening with local church memberships since the split? Generally, the Globalist Methodists have grown dramatically as they adhere to scripture and the teachings of the Methodist denomination’s founder, John Wesley, which is deeply scriptural. The remnant UMC is losing members and interest. They executed a takeover of a name to get access to cash, property and an income stream that they will use for evil purposes. Once the subject of their takeover dies, they will trash it and move on.
The same already applies to MAGA versus the criminal side of America. The crims take over iconic companies, industries, media, etc. They then use them, rape them of assets, trash them and move on. That is what they are doing to nations of the world and America as well. You know who is of Satan and who is of God by their words and actions relating to same.
Our Creator knew that it all would happen and provided the remedy. Throughout Biblical history, the faithful remnant who were not apostate persevered, returned or remained devoted to their first love, and were restored to God’s grace. They became as a new seed that took root in good soil as stated in The Parable of the Sower. These believers knew those who denied the authority of God and His Word had already condemned themselves to their eventual fate if they did not confess their sins and repent.
In my opinion so shall it be with America subject to the absolute rule and actions of the Creator. The split has already occurred. There is a large group of Americans who are MAGA to the bone and will never go back to Egypt and lives of slavery. We will resist and honor our first love regardless of what is thrown at us. Most of us as citizens have no governing enforcement authority, just like the general membership of the UMC pre-split. Our direct impact is limited to our message, votes for representation, our usage of money and our feet for walking toward or away (shaking the dust). As a result our roles are simply to spread the message of MAGA and live in complete support of Constitutional authority and America First. We will do what we can where we are in hopes that we can save some knowing we are doing the will of the Lord as well as honoring our nation’s founding and its Godly principles. The first and second amendments still apply.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
You do not need the Supreme Court to interpret this. It is what it is and means what it says. We are a free people based on our ruling Constitution. We The People win, opponents lose. Challenge anything and everything in opposition, just do it legally and in accordance with God’s Word.
II Timothy 4:1-4 applies God’s Kingdom as well as MAGA efforts to living in America.
“I solemnly exhort you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; correct, rebuke, and exhort, with great patience and instruction. For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, and they will turn their ears away from the truth and will turn aside to myths.”
We have reached that point in time.
Conclusion
We will be discussing more about challenging as time goes on. For now, practically, you fight back for America where you are by participating in the election mechanism in your area; by opening your mouths and taking legal actions against all who violate or support criminal activities in opposition to Constitutionally supported laws just as you should in your church with scripture. You contribute by not giving your money to anti-American people, entities and purposes. You participate best by helping America return to its founding and Godly principles through prayer, applying Biblical principles to your personal life, living with integrity and helping others to do the same.
You fight back with something the death merchants and corrupters of souls know nothing about – love. Love is not a wimp. Love is a joyous warrior. Love involves purpose and goes to work. Love slays hate. Love does not give in to those who would maim, kill and steal. Love protects and shields from evil entering the heart and actions of man. Love acts in accordance with God’s commandments and principles to protect the innocent and weak.
I John 4:7-12 states, “Beloved, let’s love one another; for love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. The one who does not love does not know God, because God is love. By this the love of God was revealed in us, that God has sent His only Son into the world so that we may live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us.
God is love. Our intent is to act within scriptural boundaries and the law of the land with love. Love always wins.
Faith. James said,”You have not because you ask not.” (James 4:2-3). This verse is from the letter James sent to the twelve tribes of the early Christian churches to bring truth and wisdom from the Lord. James was all about the action of the wagon wheel meeting the road. Faith without works is dead as he taught previously in Chapter 2. He taught that faithful people endure trials, trust God for His wisdom, set aside all forms of wickedness and take care of the less fortunate.
Could our MAGA movement use this type of faith today? We have been through a lot as a people. But has it been more than the founders of this nation, who declared their independence under the wings of God, while fighting for their freedom against all odds and a world empire? They sacrificed everything for those principles. We see that their success was due to faith in God, country, one another, freedom, and liberty for all. God knew their hearts. Those founders of America put it on paper for all the world to see, then committed their actions to that end. Events and things happened that were inexplicable that led to their ultimate victory and successful building of a nation. That commitment led to our love of country today, which also leads to why we are upset and unsure of what to do to restore it as we watch the institutions we trusted crumble in front of our eyes.
From history and The Word we know the early followers and disciples of Christ did not govern nations or lead militaries in war. So, how could a ragtag bunch of generally poor people with no influence in any culture or in any government of any country in which they lived help change the path of history forever?
Faith. They believed, they acted on the belief. They lived the commandments of Christ unto death if it was required of them. They did it because they knew this earth was not their eternal home. That once it all ended here, it began for all eternity there.
Where are our eyes? Are they trained on Jesus? Are we looking to do things His way, The Way that changed history and eternity forever for every human being? If he was physically standing right in front of us as He did His disciples and followers, what would he say to us collectively as well as individually? Would he want us to go charging off in a grand gesture of power and might, or would he tell us to do the one thing that was important to the Father right in front of us of each day?
The Phone Rings For Thee
After I returned from DC and had a weekend with my family I felt recharged. I headed into the office it all started as a normal Monday. I worked through the morning routine. It was about 12:15 PM and the phone rang. It was Rohit.
He was on the Senate floor and had been in negotiations over our industry’s needs much of the morning. He said he was making progress, but Sen. Kerry was causing “mischief”. They were having to give some to gain some in not only our area, but in several other unrelated negotiations over different things. That was delaying the successful conclusion. He was calling me to ask for the bottom line of what we needed.
That was above my pay grade. I told him we would need to get our association director on the line with us to flesh that out and he agreed. But there was a problem.
Our landline phone system was in the middle of an upgrade that week. I could not teleconference. Rohit was calling from the Senate floor, it did not work well for him to try it from his cell either. The old Blackberrys had the ability to teleconference when they did not drop the calls, which was often during those days. I could not take that chance. I asked him if I called our director with my Blackberry and relayed comments between the phones would that work for him? He said that would not be a problem at all. He just needed to know the acceptable parameters, so he could finish it all that day or the next.
Which is exactly what I did. I had Rohit on the landline in one ear and our director on the Blackberry in the other ear. One would say something and I would repeat it for the other. They could actually hear each other somewhat. I added my thoughts when asked. We developed a rhythm and knocked it all out in less than 10 minutes.
Goofiest thing I ever did in business. Probably the most important thing I ever did in any position I ever held as you will learn as we continue the story. We gave a little on guaranty and lender fee charges to gain some additional room on the appropriation going forward as it would help the program’s viability and not materially harm its attraction to small business owners and lenders.
Boom!
Rohit told me it would be couple of days before he got back to me if nothing came up. Those couple of days went by with no contact. We were beginning to wonder as Thursday rolled around. Then the call came. Rohit got it done. It was agreed to exactly the way we discussed it. Which also meant Sen. Snowe and Rep. Velasquez had come through in conference. He said Kerry had tried to pull some last minute stunts, but they shut him down and held him to previous agreements. Did I tell you I never liked that guy?
Score!
He said I could contact the association’s director to inform and that he would follow up with him in a few days. The Omnibus would go through its vote in a couple of weeks, but it was bipartisan supported and no problems were anticipated. I called the director with the news and also told him the ball was in his court, I needed to get back to work on our stuff.
My satisfaction was enhanced by the fact we did hit three of four as I hoped in Sen. Snowe’s office that day. The sacrifice of the piggybacks worked.
The Heritage Foundation, who W listened to and supported, would have preferred to kill the SBA as an agency altogether. They had stated as much and lobbied for that to happen. It was obvious that Barreto was inserted as the director of SBA by W as a tool for that purpose. To verify that was the intent, the facts are that SBA’s workforce was downsized by 30% in the Bush years during a major growth period in its loan programs usage.
What happens in any enterprise that lays off 30% of its workforce with increasing demand for its services or products? Yup – supply and servicing gridlock. Just as they planned.
The smaller businesses being supported by the 7(a) held no interest to them. They played dirty to hurt a large segment of small businesses and Americans they were to serve. They did not care. So much for believing in the RINO/globalist wings of the GOP even BIMD.

Scarcity Versus Abundance Mentality
Every Christian who has studied much of the Bible knows to what I am referring. One of the many wonderful things Jesus did was to guide us into the understanding of abundance. Satan wants us to experience the opposite. He wants us to suffer and have less. When we fall for that we see things as being scarce, that we better grab all we can for ourselves, and not follow Biblical principles to share with others. This leads to death and destruction.
Many people simply do not understand that God has already won the war. His ways always take precedence. Yet, the ignorant go along with losing and believe the loser.
In the SBA example above, it jumps out at the reader who was who. Who wanted to kill an agency of government that worked to promote small business growth in America? Who supported larger business and wanted to see less competition for their preferred businesses?
Which is why, despite my disagreement with many positions on other issues, that I had so much respect for Sen. Snowe. She went to the mat for us with her leadership and influence because she did not align with the faux conservative Heritage Foundation politicians, which were and still are just globalists. Rohit and Sen. Frist as majority leader pulled the strings to make sure everybody stayed in line after handling Kerry and the Senate Democrats. We gave our opponents a win on our least and their most valuable parameter. We felt the two programs and related customers could both do well and peacefully coexist. The other side would have preferred to kill all of it, but settled for enhancement of their pet program.
Ultimately the deal got done because the Lord blessed it. It was the right thing to do for America and the right people who were not self serving supported it. It worked together for good. Which would be proven BIMD as well as today.
For what it is worth, the word “abundance” is used over 230 times in The Word. It is found from Genesis to Revelation. Must be a pretty important principle for us to understand, right?
You can identify many of the enemies of God, of America, personal adversaries and so on by observing their words and actions relating to scarcity and abundance. My Mamaw lived in poverty all of her life, but always seemed to have enough. She used to say that people who sold scarcity were connivers.
On With The Show!
A couple of weeks later everything passed and W signed it into law. There was hardly a whimper in the press about it as it was sandwiched in with many other items. However, it was over as an issue. Included in it was a larger appropriation for the agency for future fiscal years. Our elected officials seemingly saw the light and gave us and our customers the consistent delivery we lacked while controlling the fees paid by borrowers and lenders to a manageable level.
Only a handful of people knew about how it got done in DC and even less knew about the phone incident with Rohit and the director in my office. Only Goober Gump could have experienced something like this that could have been disastrous, yet, somehow turned into a big deal.
During the next year I was asked by the director of the association to go on the Board. I literally had no time left to do so. So I recommended my NSM and he agreed. My guy was younger, experienced, very competent and did not mind the travel. He is still on that Board today, sixteen years later. He has grown his career into an industry leader.
N’awlins
It became time to attend the industry’s conference and trade show in New Orleans in the spring of the next year. Rock Star and Best Kid could not go because of school, so I was traveling alone. Our three owners were coming separately to experience it for the first time.
What happened upon arrival was bizarre then and still is to me. I do not want to appear self serving or aggrandizing. I prefer to stay under the radar and did even BIMD. However, I will discuss some of it here to illustrate a point that we need to be ready for when our number is called no matter how big or small the calling may appear to be. We need to stay grounded and faithful. It all fits together in the magnificent mosaic of Yahweh.
For this part of the story I will just go point by point.
I checked in at the front desk of the Wyndham downtown. They said my room had been upgraded. I asked if that upgrade could be given to my CEO and his wife since I was traveling alone. They and my CEO both declined. So I took the room key and headed to the elevator.
I immediately noticed in the elevator it was on the top floor. It turned out it was the only suite or room on that floor.
I did not go in. Oh my, I thought, what have they done? So, I rode back down the elevator and went to the front desk. I told them there must be a mistake, the room key was to the Presidential Suite. No, the desk clerk replied, it was mine for the duration of the conference, that I should enjoy myself and if I needed anything to just pick up the phone.
I could not believe it. A $4000 per night suite for one hillbilly. It still did not register why this had happened.
This guy had stayed in nice lodging before, but nothing this opulent. Several thousand feet of space, huge dining room with a 24 seat formal dining table and big kitchen, fireplace in the formal living room, grand piano, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and on and on. All with a beautiful view of the city and river with just me in it. Ridiculous.
I called my wife and told her that I wished she and daughter were there with me, that it did not feel right without them. She told me to enjoy, make photos, and stay out of trouble!
Sleep did not come easy that night. That whole scene ain’t me. My style is more like sitting on our screened deck watching an east TN sunset with Rock Star before hitting the sack even BIMD. I ended up using the suite for meetings with prospective employees after giving the owners a tour.
Surprise, Surprise
After breakfast the next day the director gave his opening remarks. There were about 400 people from the industry in attendance and the mood was good. The economy and industry were rocking, the mood was good.
On the agenda was an item that said Special Recognition. It still had not dawned on me that something was up, but it was. A short time into his opening remarks the director said he wanted to recognize the efforts of all those who helped with the recent legislative efforts to restore the program, but one person in particular he wanted to come forward to accept a special award from the association in gratitude of his efforts.
Uh, oh. Goober Gump heard his name called. It finally dawned on me what had happened. Our association had paid for my lodging and travel expenses as a gift of appreciation.
I remember being shoved up the aisle by my CEO to accept it. It seemed like such a long walk. Fortunately, I only had to mumble a few words of appreciation and give credit to those in attendance in our industry as well as the director for all they had done. I was in shock as I returned to our table. The owners were smiling ear to ear. They had been in on it.
One of the first to congratulate me at the lunch break was the DC lobbyist. He told the director what had happened with our visits in DC. You just never know.
The downside was everybody became my friend at the conference after that, even competitors. Funny how that works. If you have money to lend or invest, fame, or perceived power and influence; everybody becomes your friend. It is all so fakey and superficial.
The second evening of the conference a few of us decided to take a walk through the Quarter to stretch our legs since it was just a couple of blocks away. I had heard wild stories, but not seen it for myself. The stories are probably true. As an example there was a young woman standing on a pedestal beside the entrance to one bar, wearing only an accordion that she played – across the street from an old, historic church. The party pros in our walking group who frequented the area in the past knew which side streets to not go down, which was concerning. How did they know and what happened there?
They acted like they knew…
I lost all interest in ever choosing to visit there again.
Conclusion
The conference ended and all of us headed home. I received a hero’s welcome at the office, which was humbling. It did give me the opportunity to explain how the Lord wove it all together and that I was just a messenger that he used. He deserved all of their praise.
As the summer was winding down one evening I turned on the news on TV to see a report about a newly forming hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico with the name of Katrina. It looked like it was becoming huge and heading toward Category 5 status. Its tracking was being predicted on a path toward… N’awlins.
That hotel and its Presidential Suite were about to become ground zero in a weather war zone. An area of the country I planned to never return to became one I did return to with emergency relief and construction teams from our church and other relief organizations. More on that later.
The highs and lows of my time in N’awlins brought to mind the famous quote by Charles Dickens, “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.”

I did not steal the use of that line from SD. This story had already been written and I am not changing it because it is applicable. Over the coming weeks you will read about what many continue to question and presuppose that happens in DC and Wall Street. I am just one person who lived through some of it. Magnify it exponentially with many differing perspectives over many years.
I will be leaving the name of our team’s new employer out of the story. The name is not relevant to it and I prefer to not expose any of its past employees to unwanted contact. I will use the generic name of the company whose products Wile E. Coyote used, Acme, to identify the bank going forward.
This is story is a little longer than I plan going forward as there was no stopping point that made sense. So please bear with me, there is a payoff.
Acme Small Business Begins – Uh, oh…
It was two years after 9/11 and our team was being assembled in our new offices in the same building that housed us with TVB. Everything was going according to plan and our sales force was beginning to gain traction with customers. My SCO, NSM and I were traveling to various SBA and USDA program offices around the country as time permitted, building relationships and securing SBA preferred lender status (PLP), which was earned through doing things right over years. I had been called to Nashville to meet with our bank Chairman/CEO and state banking officials to inform them of our operation and plans. The meeting went very well and we were cleared to continue nationally with our program with no restrictions. Full steam ahead was the plan. Except there was this little problem that cropped up…
W was the POTUS and he had a nasty habit of hiring incompetent cronies to important cabinet and agency positions. Which is what happened with the above by hiring Hector Barreto to head the SBA. Wanting to make inroads into Cali politics and solidify his hispanic base, W hired an empty suit who had been his co-campaign chair in the state as well as him being vice chair of the Hispanic U. S. Chamber of Commerce. He had zero government experience, much less SBA experience. Unlike today, it was a time when the annual federal budget appropriation passage still meant something to elected officials.
SBA became a target for exclusion from adequate budget appropriation. Many RINO political forces parading as conservatives (sound familiar?) within the GOP Senate were pushing everything toward the globalism. The Dems in the Senate were not helpful at all, just wanting to throw a monkey wrench into it all. Our industry was growing as the safety of government guaranteed financing had become more attractive to lenders with the quiet fear and unknown of a country at war. Small businesses that needed capital were directed toward the programs we promoted, so overall credit quality was good.
The rising demand meant the annual federal budget appropriation for guarantees was drying up quickly. More lenders than ever sought the credit protection of the guaranty. Despite the respective banking industry involved in the programs applying pressure toward elected officials, nobody in the Senate would respond. Requests and complaints to the SBA fell on deaf ears and Barreto pretended to know what he was doing with the media, when he clearly did not. In early 2004 he announced plans to decrease the maximum loan sizes by 50% to slow the volume and make the remaining appropriation last longer. He also announced major changes to loan credit policy parameters that were backbreakers. One involved excluding refinancing of existing debt on more favorable terms, another was reducing loan to value ratios on collateral of loans, and a third was the elimination piggyback loans. I will not bore you with explanations and implications of each. Just know that each were considered important to the industry and customers as things stood. All of Barreto’s changes were meant to throttle the loan volume in a draconian way, like running into a brick wall. He was not competent enough to know the repercussions. He was simply doing what somebody else up the food chain wanted him to do.
This next part may sound ridiculous to the reader with what we all have seen today. Two decades ago, over 50% of our nation’s employed population worked for small businesses. So, you would think the politicians would understand they should pay attention and take care of their needs, especially following the uncertainty of 9/11. All they needed to do was increase the appropriation to satisfy the needs of the industry and customers for the balance of the fiscal year. The amount was, are you ready for it, was…
$25 million.
Yup. That’s it. Consider all the wasteful spending in federal government. I cannot begin to describe how stupid it all was. They were $25 M from helping thousands of small businesses succeed which would continue to increase the tax base for decades.
The SBA 7(a) program collects fees from borrowers and lenders to cover the projected costs of the program including servicing underperforming and defaulted loans. That $25 M was the projected shortfall of average guaranty funds paid out to recover versus fee collection from borrowers and lenders for that period of time remaining in the fiscal year based on historical performance. It would provide for $2-2.5 B in loans nationwide BIMD in a period where the related 7(a) loan program did $7-8 B per fiscal year. That would carry the industry through without Barreto taking any action. Yet, no elected official in either political party in the Senate would take the lead and sponsor it. None. Some did not know, some did not care, and others wanted our industry to die. There will be more on that last point as we progress in the next story.
It could not have come at a worse time for us. We were in our first full year of operation. Our partial previous year produced a breakeven beginning. That was an excellent performance and testament to our team. However, we now needed to turn a budgeted profit for the calendar fiscal year while our elected officials and the SBA had undercut our industry as well as all of the small businesses that needed capital through their programs.
The director of our industry’s trade association contacted the larger and more accomplished lenders, including me, to hold a conference call to form a plan of attack to remedy the issue. Desperate times call for desperate measures and all of us were becoming desperate. The association employed its own full time lobbyists who had proven ineffective. Each person on the call offered suggestions and informed the director what they could do, which included contacting their elected officials. When it became my turn, I made my suggestions. The director asked if I personally knew, or knew anybody else who could contact GOP Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist of our state. He said they felt they had the support of key leaders in the HR, but the Senate was unresponsive. There were only two of us on the call from Tennessee, a prominent industry investment broker in Memphis who purchased and pooled some of the guaranteed loans the industry closed as well as me. I knew three of our four owners were major GOP backers. So I offered to talk with them and see if we could get a message to Sen. Frist.
A couple days after contacting them I received a call from my Chairman/CEO who provided the phone number of the chief Senate floor aide of Sen. Frist. He told me he was expecting my call. Impressed and thankful, I made the call to a super nice, sharp and helpful guy who took time to listen and ask intelligent questions. This guy…
We discussed a plan of attack. After the call I contacted our trade association’s director to inform, who then took care of all travel arrangements and the appointments. For the first time in a while we were hopeful.
Which led to Goober Gump going to Washington DC – again.
Days and Nights in Babylon
After having a prior visit to DC being for the purposes of worshipping and spreading the Gospel, this time I felt like Daniel walking into the Lion’s Den. I shrugged it off, somebody needed to do it, might as well be me. Rock Star, daughter (affectionately named “Best Kid”) and co-workers were proud of me for responding to the challenges, so I had already won.
The trip and agenda had been carefully arranged by the director. Upon arrival and check-in at the Hyatt, I had dinner with the two lobbyists; one each for the Senate and House (HR) as well as a couple of other lenders who were meeting with key HR officials. We discussed the lobbyists’ past attempts and what they had learned. The Senate lobbyist was a bit of a beta snob who commented on liking my tailored suit and asked why I wore a buttoned down collared shirt with it. My hillbilly instincts almost got the better of me, but I brushed it off. He was going to walk me to the offices for the meetings the next day, so I remained cordial.
The next morning after breakfast we met and walked to the Russell Senate Office Building. As we entered this nearly century old landmark of our federal government, the history of who had walked through its corridors and negotiated the nation’s business was not lost on me. However, it was time to focus on the task. Our first scheduled meeting was with Senator Olympia Snowe, Maine’s other faux moderate Senator with Senator Susan Collins.
Senator Snowe was Chair of the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship (SBE), which would be our ticket to a larger appropriation as an industry. She was the key. If she agreed, we would be gold eventually after all of the horse trading was finished, which was Senator Frist’s job using Rohit. She was relaxed, cordial, and had a confident air about her. She fit the part of a stately Senator. She also fit the part of a self made woman of note. Her story is inspiring for what she overcame early in her life to rise to that position.
The meeting included the lobbyist, one of the Senator’s aides to take notes, and me. I felt no nerves, just resolve to tell our industry’s story in more of a ground report style and answer any questions she had. I knew I was in the Lord’s care and had asked him to speak the words that needed said through me.
After greetings and small talk, the lobbyist made some brief technical remarks about legislative and agency needs involving the budget. He then demonstrated some respect and asked me to take over. I referenced Senator’s Frist’s interest and his staff’s involvement with our issues. She immediately responded that we were in very good hands, that she thought the world of the Senator as well as Rohit with whom we were working. She stated that they had worked together well on many projects and bills, that their interests were generally aligned. In fact, if she had been a schoolgirl, one might have detected a crush on our Senator. I told her that Tennessee residents were proud and honored to have him in the role he handled for our country.
Sen. Snowe proceeded to ask questions that indicated some homework was done on the subject. I was able to provide the answers as well as insight from the lender and borrower side of the critical nature of consistency in the program’s policies as well as application. I gave her a bit of appropriation funding issues history over the years of my involvement and could tell she was becoming concerned. Being a Senator from a less populated state where the vast majority of businesses were small and would be qualified under SBA and USDA loan programs, she understood completely. I then explained some of our nation’s more prominent international businesses were assisted by SBA financing in their early days; such as FedEx, Apple, Nike and Intel. I finished with more truth, that none of us could predict the next small businesses that would grow to become industry leaders that would employ thousands of Americans while lifting the nation’s tax revenues, but that it would certainly happen as it always had when conditions were consistent and fair. As an underdog at one time in her own life, I think it resonated.
At this point she leaned in. That is always THE indicator that you are in sync with each other in negotiations. You may agree or disagree with each other’s position, but you know you have the other’s focus with this body language signal. I was not expecting what she asked next. She asked me what I believed were the three most important things that we needed help in getting done besides the increased appropriation amount. I prioritized them in order, which were the previously mentioned credit parameters within the Standard Operating Procedures with piggybacks as the last one in priority. It was the one that none of us in the industry expected to get done. I knew if there was one that needed to be cut for the opponents to have their pound of flesh and reduce funding needs, it should be the one we viewed as the least likely to be approved. She and her aide took notes as I spoke while asking for clarifications when needed.
I did not tell her that my personal goal was to bat three for four counting the increased appropriation. Getting the appropriation plus our most important SOP credit parameter relating to permitting refinancing would even be a win for the industry.
I sensed that it was time to go as she had no further questions; that the case was made and she was a very busy with much on her plate. I stated my personal appreciation of her time and consideration, that it was an honor to meet her and be given time to tell our story. She stood with a smile and we shook hands.
It was about a thirty minute conversation. I felt confident as we exited back into the hallway. Something inside told me I had not made a fool of myself or let the industry down, that she sincerely cared and could follow what I proposed. I had the peace from the Lord that surpasses all understanding. Even the lobbyist had become a fan boy as we headed toward the next meeting. His prissy attitude the night before had turned joyful.
Before we leave my time with Sen. Snowe, a few observations should be stated. One, the Russell Building is filled with history, however, Trump Tower it wasn’t. It sort of looked like a cluttered firetrap to me in various places and offices. It needed a good HGTV type facelift. Common areas and the rotunda are nice enough., but less than I expected. I have no idea if the interior offices have been renovated since that point. The exterior was a dozen years later. Another thing is the power of the desk in her office. The desk was old with beautiful wood that totally dominated her office. It represented the past years of the Senators who preceded her. The guest chairs were comfortable and sat low, much lower than the Senator at her desk. I suspect that it was arranged that way with purpose to exude the power of the position.
The last observation, which will mean more later, Sen. Snowe was not in the Heritage Foundation’s pocket.
Next Stop – Senator John Kerry’s Office
The Ranking Member of the Senate SBE was Sen. Kerry. That placed him at that time as the SBE’s head of the Democrat minority. I learned that of course, Sen. Kerry would not be meeting with us, that he was out of the country. Well, at least he was consistent. There have been politicians through the years I could not stomach and Lurch was near the top. He would have blown off a meeting even if he had been in town. He never showed up for SBE meetings as its Ranking Member.
Instead, we would be meeting with his chief committee aide, Kevin Wheeler. Before you wonder who that guy was, understand Kevin is a real woman, not a tranny wannabe woman. Information about her included in this press release about an award she received.
She has made a career of working in roles associated with the Democrat Senate and HR SBE’s as well as within SBA. In summary, she’s a Democrat operative and influencer. She is listed as Deputy Democratic Staff Director for the HR’s SBE.
I already knew Kevin from past conferences of our trade association. As a result the meeting was informal, short and friendly. She was very knowledgable of the industry, SBA, the politics and the issues at hand. I simply told her the 7(a) program needed fixed before politics and Baretto of SBA killed the goose that laid the golden egg for small businesses. She agreed as she had been a proponent for years. She said she would deal with Kerry about it when he returned. Which is what she always called him – Kerry – with folks she knew. No matter, I knew Kevin would champion our industry’s interests at all times.
At this point the lobbyist was nearly wetting his pants. He was rethinking his opinion of hillbillies.
A Little Help For Our HR Friends
Even though the HR was clued in and likely to approve what our industry wanted, they still would have to reconcile the related omnibus bill in conference with the Senate. So our association’s director thought it would be good for me to have a discussion with the Chair of the SBE in the House, NY Democrat Representative Nydia Velasquez.
We finished the day with her. She was a strong backer of SBA programs for many years and still is as the current Ranking Member. I had spoken with her previously at conferences as well. We discussed why I was there and conversations we were having with their Senate counterparts on the primary credit parameter issues and appropriation. She was well aware and reassured me they were on it. I stated our appreciation and wished her well. By nature she is a serious as well as intelligent lady. We may not agree on many other issues, however, we had common ground on this one.
At this point the lobbyist was just shaking his head. Our time together was done. We shook hands and I wished him well. After that week, I bet he understood the power of wearing button down shirt collars with his suits.
One More Quick Visit
I spent the evening in the hotel, calling home and checking through emails. The next morning after breakfast I checked in with Rohit to let him know how the previous day went. He told me he would have a plan in place, inform Sen. Frist, and call me as needed. Rohit is a pro’s pro, a doer. He was not just juggling our needs, he had dozens of other fires to put out every day. I had great respect for him.
I contacted our association director to let him know that I was heading back to Tennessee. I brought him up to speed on everything and he was very appreciative. I told him that when Rohit had news for us he would call, so he should keep his his cell with him at all times. It was Friday and time to take a taxi to Reagan to hop on a jet and get back to the hills and the real world. Coming home, baby…

Conclusion
During this Goober Gump adventure I had no discussions with anybody who was like minded with me in personal belief system as well as political matters. We shared a common bond on the need for capital for small businesses and support of the SBA loan programs, which was the purpose of our time together. I doubt any of us would choose to be friends socially, although I sincerely liked Sen. Snowe. We were all different. Some were swamp critters, some were helping swamp critters, others were fighting off swamp critters. They would have little use for a hillbilly outsider if it were not for the business at hand. I was not there to make friends or enemies, I was there to get an important job done.
It was not necessary to be friends; it was necessary to be friendly. It was not necessary for them to know everything I knew about the programs; it was necessary that they could trust the information I provided them. It was not necessary to be an ideologue; it was necessary to be pragmatic to achieve the primary goals. It was not necessary to put on airs and play the dog; it was necessary to be down to earth and truthful. It was not necessary to use precise or overly technical language; it was necessary to be easily understood. It was not necessary to bow down to authority; it was necessary to establish a bond of equals.
We all have equal value and a purpose, no matter the position or power.
Respect others to be respected. Love others to be loved. Help others to be helped. Be kind to others to receive kindness. That they all allocated me their time and truly listened to what I had to say was enough. In contrast we are in a period of history today when precious few actually listen to understand first before demanding to be understood. The multitude are screaming nonsense, activated by evil people to destroy rather than build.
We need civility and critical thinking restored. One does not have to compromise one’s values to be civil with others. It’s hard to gain an understanding and perspective of another’s position on things with so much anger. Proverbs 15:1 – “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” (NASB)

People have been getting scared by the seemingly coordinated yet mysterious disasters in food production facilities. It seems like some kind of scary “phenomenon”. The first time I heard about an egg-laying facility in super-progressive New Zealand catching fire, I realized things were getting very REAL, and potentially UNREAL at the same time. Because of the years of extreme fakery and lies coming from the Ardern regime, I figured something might be up – real or not.

I think it's coordinated employment of "climate" and "animal rights" activists who've managed to sneak into operations globally. Same mentality as the ones who attack paintings, but those attacks are a diversion. I think this was coordinated with WEF by radical groups.
I know from certain sources that the FBI was, at one time, very heavy in following the “animal rights” groups and protesters. Ironically, because FBI is extremely woke now, and because agents at a certain level pick their own cases, this enforcement has languished.
Just ask Gail Combs about the tolerance of climate and animal activists by the regime (see comments below, and references to prior posts). They are used in a one-sided war against independent operations and small farmers, on behalf of government and large corporate interests.
Part of the reason governments are not responding well to these arsons of food processors, IMO, is because they are ideologically aligned with the arsonists.

In November of 2022, our wonderful champion of truth in medicine, Dr. Peter McCullough – his nose constantly in the scientific literature – noticed and wrote a post (image below) about a FANTASTIC paper, fully capable of putting to rest the “no virus” position for most honest skeptics.
McCullough even included a handy image, which I reproduce here, in fair use, for your learned examination.

The basic idea of the paper is that the researchers FROZE a liquid suspension of the isolated (yes) virus, and then did a very advanced form of electron microscopy on it, completely analogous to the CAT scan they do on you in the hospital, using X-rays. In this fashion, they got amazing PICTURES OF THE VIRUS.
One of the great things that happened here, which absolutely STINKS of real science, is that the researchers didn’t find what everybody expected.
The Earth may be “round”, but the virus is FLAT.
Literally. The virus is only round in two of its three dimensions. It’s shaped like a TABLET, not a sphere.
Hamburger patties. Hamburgers. Oreos. Or even my namesake, MOON PIES.
But consider the ABSTRACT of the paper, and in particular, what I’ve put in BOLD:
SARS-CoV-2 is a lipid-enveloped Betacoronavirus and cause of the Covid-19 pandemic. To study the three-dimensional architecture of the virus, we perform electron cryotomography (cryo-ET) on SARS-Cov-2 virions and three variants revealing particles of regular cylindrical morphology. The ribonucleoprotein particles packaging the genome in the virion interior form a dense, double layer assembly with a cylindrical shape related to the overall particle morphology. This organisation suggests structural interactions important to virus assembly.
A “double layer assembly”?
So that means a DOUBLE-LAYER MOON PIE!

Now, I will join the “deniers” in objecting to the life-saving “virtue signal” that good Dr. McCullough uses to conclude his argument, but I will agree completely – the pictures, supported by an excellent description of how they were gotten, is convincing – at least to me.
IF one is willing to accept the reality of the virus, then there is a huge bonus that comes with it. We now have strong reason to believe that the World Economic Forum(WEF) – a nation-controlling cult of transhumanism – is behind the virus and the vaccines, in pursuit of their bizarre dream of “hacking the genome“. I will be posting a deep dive on that conspiracy very soon. You can get previews on my Twitter timeline. When you read that post, strongly consider getting fully on the “there really is a virus” train, because it does lead somewhere, and helps to explain why WEF did what they did.
