When I saw Valerie Curren’s comment, I decided to erase my comment full of swear words and post the bits of information I had already gathered from Dr Boyle way back in February 2020. That man saved a lot of lives! Unfortunately he is another who ‘conveniently died’ just like Kary Mullis (PCR test inventor) and Nobel Prize winning French virologist Luc Montagnier.

Just days after Prof. Francis Boyle agreed to testify against Bill Gates & Albert Bourla over the deadly COVID mRNA shots… he was FOUND DEAD.

Just when you thought you’d heard it all, this resurfaced interview with Prof. Francis Boyle—the man who literally WROTE the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act—will leave you speechless.

He states on record that both SARS-CoV-2 and the mRNA injections were DARPA-funded offensive bioweapons programs from the start. Gain-of-function? That was the cover story.

According to Boyle, the real goal was always “lethal yet vaccinate-able” population reduction technology. He names names: UNC, Wuhan, Fauci, Daszak, Baric…the whole club.

He goes further—calls the shots “synthetic biological weapons of mass destruction” because they trigger autoimmune carnage, prion-like misfolding & turbo cancers.

Boyle filed lawsuits, begged Congress & warned the world. Just 20 days after agreeing to testify for the prosecution, he was found dead. The same pattern we’ve seen with dozens of doctors & whistleblowers since 2020. Pure coincidence?

If a man who drafted the actual law defining bioweapons says we just lived through the biggest biowarfare attack in history…why isn’t every news channel screaming this from the rooftops?

The most chilling part? Boyle predicted exactly what we’re seeing now: myocarditis, strokes, infertility & cancers exploding in the injected.

He said the spike protein itself is the weapon & the lipid nanoparticles were engineered to cross the blood-brain barrier. This wasn’t a mistake. It was a military-grade kill vector dressed up as “public health.”

No  matter how bad you think Covid policies were, they were intended to be worse. 

Consider the vaccine passports alone. Six cities were locked down to include only the vaccinated in public indoor places. They were New York City, Boston, Chicago, New Orleans, Washington, D.C., and Seattle. The plan was to enforce this with a vaccine passport. It broke. Once the news leaked that the shot didn’t stop infection or transmission, the planners lost public support and the scheme collapsed

It was undoubtedly planned to be permanent and nationwide if not worldwide. Instead, the scheme had to be dialed back.

Features of the CDC’s edicts did incredible damage. It imposed the rent moratorium. It decreed the ridiculous “six feet of distance” and mask mandates. It forced Plexiglas as the interface for commercial transactions. It implied that mail-in balloting must be the norm, which probably flipped the election. It delayed the reopening as long as possible. It was sadistic. 

Even with all that, worse was planned. On July 26, 2020, with the George Floyd riots having finally settled down, the CDC issued a plan for establishing nationwide quarantine camps. 

People were to be isolated, given only food and some cleaning supplies. They would be banned from participating in any religious services. The plan included contingencies for preventing suicide. There were no provisions made for any legal appeals or even the right to legal counsel. 

The plan’s authors were unnamed but included 26 footnotes. It was completely official. The document was only removed on about March 26, 2023. During the entire intervening time, the plan survived on the CDC’s public site with little to no public notice or controversy. 

It was called “Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings.” …

Professor Dr. Francis A. Boyle has been sounding the alarm so I am going to look at the two papers he points us to and the people involved. Professor Dr. Francis A. Boyle is ”… a leading American expert international law; responsible for drafting the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act of 89…”

So he had a major hand in developing the following:

Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 “was passed into law in 1990. It provided for the implementation of the Biological Weapons Convention as well as criminal penalties for violation of its provisions. In 2019, a new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infecting Humans has emerged in Wuhan, China. Its genome has been sequenced and the genomic information promptly released. Despite a high similarity with the genome sequence of SARS-CoV and SARS-like CoVs, we identified a peculiar furin-like cleavage site in the Spike protein of the 2019-nCoV, lacking in the other SARS-like CoVs. In this article, we discuss the possible functional consequences of this cleavage site in the viral cycle, pathogenicity and its potential implication in the development of antivirals.

That is as close as scientists are going to get to saying this virus does not look natural. They are aware of what happen to the Indians who were made to retract their paper and are not about to step over the politically correct line.

Abstract

The emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS)-CoV underscores the threat of cross-species transmission events leading to outbreaks in humans. Here we examine the disease potential of a SARS-like virus, SHC014-CoV, which is currently circulating in Chinese horseshoe bat populations. Using the SARS-CoV reverse genetics system, we generated and characterized a chimeric virus expressing the spike of bat coronavirus SHC014 in a mouse-adapted SARS-CoV backbone. The results indicate that group 2b viruses encoding the SHC014 spike in a wild-type backbone can efficiently use multiple orthologs of the SARS receptor human angiotensin converting enzyme II (ACE2), replicate efficiently in primary human airway cells and achieve in vitro titers equivalent to epidemic strains of SARS-CoV.

Additionally, in vivo experiments demonstrate replication of the chimeric virus in mouse lung with notable pathogenesis. Evaluation of available SARS-based immune-therapeutic and prophylactic modalities revealed poor efficacy; both monoclonal antibody and vaccine approaches failed to neutralize and protect from infection with CoVs using the novel spike protein.

On the basis of these findings, we synthetically re-derived an infectious full-length SHC014 recombinant virus and demonstrate robust viral replication both in vitro and in vivo. Our work suggests a potential risk of SARS-CoV re-emergence from viruses currently circulating in bat populations.

Most of us, thanks to PAVACA, are very familiar with the above information, however it was all new in February of 2020 and saved lives. I am not going to try and do a bio of Dr Boyle, I am sure others will do a much better job than I can. I only wish Dr Boyle could have witnessed this.

At one time, DePat handled FOUR daily open threads here, in addition to taking care of her relatives, choir duties, and numerous other responsibilities. She was a powerhouse – a dynamo – a true force of nature.

It is impossible to overstate how much DePat did for not only this site, but for her country. I urge all to say a quick prayer of thanks, whenever you think of her, for the privilege of knowing, in life or after death, such an exemplary human being, and lover of God.

The Myths and Realities of Human/Ape “Similarity” Numbers

If you have ever read or heard something about the genetic similarity of humans and (other) apes, and were suspicious of the numbers – whether you’re a fan or skeptic of evolution – then you were absolutely right to be suspicious.

This video, by an evolutionist who is something of an expert in the topic, will explain WHY you should be suspicious of genetic similarity numbers.

She is able to make this topic understandable, but unfortunately, it can get a bit boring, too. Grab some coffee and maybe some cookies.

The TL;DR is that there are an infinite number of ways to measure similarity, with completely different meanings, and every one has pluses and minuses. The worst thing – the thing that you can’t do – is mixing and matching different measurements. By one standard, 99.5% and 99.2% is a huge difference in similarities, but by a different one, 75% and 65% are almost the same, no big deal. By one standard, 99% similarity means it’s the same species at the same time. By another standard, 99% similarity could be two species that cannot interbreed, and one is a fossil.

Pretty meaningless, if you’re not extremely careful. The numbers change rapidly between methods, as you will see.

I am familiar with this problem, having designed similarity metrics for certain types of searched data at “Shallow State”. What one learns to do is to observe how the metric behaves, and interpret the results based on the metric, NOT based on what you think “100%”, “99%”, “95%”, “75%”, “50%”, and other values, should mean. If the metric works well for your purposes, that’s all you need. If it works perfectly for your most important cases, even better.

The numbers mean what THEY mean, not what YOU THINK they should mean. You will see this in spades, in the video.

Erika uses a “provocative question” about orangutans as a phony but effective way to get people to listen to an introductory lecture on similarity metrics in comparative genomics. If you listen all the way through, you get to hear her joke about this at the end. You also get to hear her excellent perspective about how massive the differences are between humans and (other) apes, in whatever percentage difference a particular metric gives.

And by then, you will be 100% skeptical of similarity numbers without explanation and context.

And with that, let’s get started.

How American “Strategy” Went Astray

To ensure that America remains the world’s strongest, richest, most powerful, and most successful country for decades to come, our country needs a coherent, focused strategy for how we interact with the world… A “strategy” is a concrete, realistic plan that explains the essential connection between ends and means… A strategy must evaluate, sort, and prioritize. Not every country, region, issue, or cause—however worthy—can be the focus of American strategy…

…the affairs of other countries are our concern only if their activities directly threaten our interests.

The questions before us now are: 1) What should the United States want? 2) What are our available means to get it? and 3) How can we connect ends and means into a viable National Security Strategy?

II. What Should the United States Want?

1. What Do We Want Overall?

First and foremost, we want the continued survival and safety of the United States as an independent, sovereign republic whose government secures the God-given natural rights of its citizens and prioritizes their well-being and interests. We want to protect this country, its people, its territory, its economy, and its way of life…

We want to recruit, train, equip, and field the world’s most powerful, lethal, and technologically advanced military to protect our interests, deter wars, and—if necessary—win them quickly and decisively, with the lowest possible casualties to our forces…. We want the world’s strongest, most dynamic, most innovative, and most advanced economy. The U.S. economy is the bedrock of the American way of life, which promises and delivers widespread and broad-based prosperity…

Cultivating American industrial strength must become the highest priority of national economic policy.

We want the world’s most robust, productive, and innovative energy sector—one capable not just of fueling American economic growth but of being one of America’s leading export industries in its own right. America retains the world’s most enviable position, with world-leading assets, resources, and advantages, including:

…The world’s single largest and most innovative economy, which both generates wealth we can invest in strategic interests and provides leverage over countries that want access to our markets… The world’s most advanced, most innovative, and most profitable technology sector… An enviable geography with abundant natural resources, no competing powers physically dominant in our Hemisphere, borders at no risk of military invasion, and other great powers separated by vast oceans;..

In addition, through President Trump’s robust domestic agenda, the United States is:

• Re-instilling a culture of competence, rooting out so-called “DEI” and other discriminatory and anti-competitive practices that degrade our institutions and hold us back;

• Unleashing our enormous energy production capacity as a strategic priority to fuel growth and innovation, and to bolster and rebuild the middle class;

• Reindustrializing our economy, again to further support the middle class and control our own supply chains and production capacities;

• Returning economic freedom to our citizens via historic tax cuts and deregulatory efforts, making the United States the premier place to do business and invest capital; and

• Investing in emerging technologies and basic science, to ensure our continued prosperity, competitive advantage, and military dominance for future generations.

Economics: The Ultimate Stakes

Since the Chinese economy reopened to the world in 1979, commercial relations between our two countries have been and remain fundamentally unbalanced. What began as a relationship between a mature, wealthy economy and one of the world’s poorest countries has transformed into one between near-peers, even as, until very recently, America’s posture remained rooted in those past assumptions.

China adapted to the shift in U.S. tariff policy that began in 2017 in part by strengthening its hold on supply chains, especially in the world’s low- and middleincome (i.e., per capita GDP $13,800 or less) countries—among the greatest economic battlegrounds of the coming decades…

To accomplish this, several things are essential.

First, the United States must protect and defend our economy and our people from harm, from any country or source. This means ending (among other things): • Predatory, state-directed subsidies and industrial strategies; • Unfair trading practices; • Job destruction and deindustrialization; • Grand-scale intellectual property theft and industrial espionage; • Threats against our supply chains that risk U.S. access to critical resources, including minerals and rare earth elements; • Exports of fentanyl precursors that fuel America’s opioid epidemic; and • Propaganda, influence operations, and other forms of cultural subversion. Second, the United States must work with our treaty allies and partners—who together add another $35 trillion in economic power to our own $30 trillion national economy (together constituting more than half the world economy)—to counteract predatory economic practices and use our combined economic power to help safeguard our prime position in the world economy and ensure that allied economies do not become subordinate to any competing power. Section 1.  Purpose.  From the founding of our Republic, scientific discovery and technological innovation have driven American progress and prosperity.  Today, America is in a race for global technology dominance in the development of artificial intelligence (AI), an important frontier of scientific discovery and economic growth.  To that end, my Administration has taken a number of actions to win that race, including issuing multiple Executive Orders and implementing America’s AI Action Plan, which recognizes the need to invest in AI-enabled science to accelerate scientific advancement.  In this pivotal moment, the challenges we face require a historic national effort, comparable in urgency and ambition to the Manhattan Project that was instrumental to our victory in World War II and was a critical basis for the foundation of the Department of Energy (DOE) and its national laboratories.

This order launches the “Genesis Mission” as a dedicated, coordinated national effort to unleash a new age of AI‑accelerated innovation and discovery that can solve the most challenging problems of this century.  The Genesis Mission will build an integrated AI platform to harness Federal scientific datasets — the world’s largest collection of such datasets, developed over decades of Federal investments — to train scientific foundation models and create AI agents to test new hypotheses, automate research workflows, and accelerate scientific breakthroughs.  The Genesis Mission will bring together our Nation’s research and development resources — combining the efforts of brilliant American scientists, including those at our national laboratories, with pioneering American businesses; world-renowned universities; and existing research infrastructure, data repositories, production plants, and national security sites — to achieve dramatic acceleration in AI development and utilization.  We will harness for the benefit of our Nation the revolution underway in computing, and build on decades of innovation in semiconductors and high-performance computing.  The Genesis Mission will dramatically accelerate scientific discovery, strengthen national security, secure energy dominance, enhance workforce productivity, and multiply the return on taxpayer investment into research and development, thereby furthering America’s technological dominance and global strategic leadership.

Sec. 2.  Establishment of the Genesis Mission.  (a)  There is hereby established the Genesis Mission (Mission), a national effort to accelerate the application of AI for transformative scientific discovery focused on pressing national challenges.

(b)  The Secretary of Energy (Secretary) shall be responsible for implementing the Mission

Sec. 3.  Operation of the American Science and Security Platform.  (a)  The Secretary shall establish and operate the American Science and Security Platform (Platform) to serve as the infrastructure for the Mission with the purpose of providing, in an integrated manner and to the maximum extent practicable and consistent with law:

(i)    high-performance computing resources, including DOE national laboratory supercomputers and secure cloud-based AI computing environments, capable of supporting large-scale model training, simulation, and inference;

(iii)  computational tools, including AI-enabled predictive models, simulation models, and design optimization tools;

(v)    secure access to appropriate datasets, including proprietary, federally curated, and open scientific datasets, in addition to synthetic data generated through DOE computing resources, consistent with applicable law; applicable classification, privacy, and intellectual property protections; and Federal data-access and data-management standards; and

(vi)   experimental and production tools to enable autonomous and AI-augmented experimentation and manufacturing in high-impact domains.

Section 1.  Policy and Purpose.  Over the last 5 years, confidence that scientists act in the best interests of the public has fallen significantly.  A majority of researchers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics believe science is facing a reproducibility crisis.  The falsification of data by leading researchers has led to high-profile retractions of federally funded research.

Unfortunately, the Federal Government has contributed to this loss of trust.  In several notable cases, executive departments and agencies (agencies) have used or promoted scientific information in a highly misleading manner…

Sec. 2.  Definitions….

Sec. 3.  Restoring Gold Standard Science.  (a)  Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP Director) shall, in consultation with the heads of relevant agencies, issue guidance for agencies on implementation of “Gold Standard Science” in the conduct and management of their respective scientific activities.  For the purposes of this order, Gold Standard Science means science conducted in a manner that is:

Your Quantum Homework

If we’re going to be talking about the whole Trump / Q / Quantum thing (AND WE ARE!), then it’s important to refresh ourselves on what the heck this “quantum” stuff is, anyway. THAT lesson will be coming soon – maybe later this week.

Steve did a number of posts on quantum mechanics, and I’m going to link them below as OPTIONAL study material.

However, today’s assignment is more fun. All it is, is to watch a video by Veritasium – a fairly easy and fun video – that I MAY have shown you before – probably not, but I can’t be sure.

The video appears to be in the context of relativity, but it’s really about the apparent conflict between quantum mechanics and relativity, and how that was – more or less – resolved.

The great thing about this video is that it actually takes you all the way to the current state of knowledge, and it does it without very much math at all. It’s pretty ingenious.

That’s it! Check out the video, and play it a second or third time, if you need to double or triple up on parts of it.

Private Messaging – The Role of This Site in Keeping with the Gospel

I had a bit of a revelation today, as I read today’s verse.

“If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone.”

Matthew 18:15

I feel that this has several levels of impact on this site.

One of those levels is how we criticize people OUTSIDE this blog, in our analysis of the news. I think we are reasonably safe there, because we are generally not well known. If we bring attention to our discussion on X or Gab, that gets a bit trickier, because that is very public. And while it can be very difficult to DM famous people on X, it isn’t hard to drop them a kind word or a courteous critique in the depths of their timeline, knowing that hardly anybody is going to see it. Sadly, however, that “hardly anybody” typically does not include the intended recipient.

Other times, I believe that public critique of public figures is more than permissible – it’s our duty. But where do we draw lines around this? I think that’s a valid question.

I do believe that much of what we say here gets looked at by anonymous “white hats” – and that’s a good thing! So if you think somebody in the administration made an error, and needs counsel, your stated opinion here may actually find its way to them.

Here on the blog, between ourselves, it’s a bit tougher, because our interactions are DESIGNED to be public, and I encourage public communication as a way to keep things honest and “sunlight-disinfected”. Courteous speech allows quite a bit of conflict to be resolved publicly, in a surprisingly low-key way, thankfully.

People here do PM me sometimes using PMTW, but conflicts with other members are – between public crises – surprisingly few. People can always approach each other on Gab, X, or through me as well, although in keeping with the Gospel, it is perhaps better if one approaches another party directly. Sometimes people just sharing a frustration with me fits directly into what the Gospel advises (since I may be the one in need of counsel on doing my duty to resolve a conflict), or it can be a “private” way to get me to hint to another person that there is a problem. No matter what, I strive to do what God would want, as best as I can tell, at all times.

I would love to hear other people’s thoughts on this, ranging from personal experience to theology, and that is why I chose that for today’s topic. Please keep the message of Christ in mind – particularly Matthew 18:15 – as you do this. I am seeking not to drum up conflict, but rather the opposite.

Thank you so much for your prayers. God has answered each and every one of them. He never fails. I’m so grateful for all of you. For over a decade you’ve been my rock, my happy place, my place to de-stress, to speak my mind, to share moments of grief and happiness. I’ll never forget a single moment of it.

Throughout it all, I’ve done my best to give back when I can, to love those who share love with me, to comfort those who need it, and to remain who I am without changing. I hope I’ve given you an ounce of what you’ve given me.

My account will remain here, but I will not be active for quite some time. I realize that this doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. It only passes time. What’s important are my children, the family I’ve created from nothing, and the relationships we’re all building with God. My children are my goals. My children are my dreams. I have everything I could ever want right in front of me and I refuse to miss a single moment of it.

Too many times I’ve missed out on quality time because something horrible or significant politically is happening. I’m done. So it is time. I love you all. Please, take good care of yourselves and your loved ones because you never know when it could all go away.

Chill, as she is known – or chillum, Chillinois, etc. – used to be one of the supreme “second level” Twitter warriors. She wasn’t often the source of new information, but she was often the first to amplify great stuff. She always had loads of common sense, which goes well with bravery, concern, and her other virtues.

She is scrappy and humorous. She cracked me up so many times.

Many times she had access to powerful confirming or validating information when it was needed. She was not afraid to hit the trail of a story in Chicago like a gumshoe, and report back to Twitter. Her account was always a hoot, and frequently on the leading edge of a chase.

As the years went by, she needed to back off more and more for family reasons, but she has remained on X nonetheless.

Now, it appears that she really needs to pay attention to family matters.

I can respect that.

I encourage everybody to strike a balance, and to let that balance shift as needed.

We will remain on duty here, helping to protect family life in a GREAT AMERICA. You can also do your duty to this country by simply HAVING a great family life in America.

The Badlands Brief: White House Task Force Gathers Intelligence Documents on 2020 Election for Declassification

A White House task force is gathering documents related to the 2020 presidential election for declassification from the CIA, the National Security Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the FBI, and the Justice Department.

The task force, which operates in addition to ongoing Department of Justice probes into the 2020 election, consists of

The documents focus on areas including ballot irregularities, potential voting machine issues, and possibly other topics. Members of the task force have been encouraged to limit redactions in declassified documents, even if that means retaining the names of government officials or other individuals, according to two people with knowledge of the effort.

The initiative involves gathering thousands of pages from US intelligence agencies, with plans to declassify some of them. The team has been quietly reviewing materials for months, sometimes late into the night.

President Trump told reporters Wednesday that acting DNI Bill Pulte will serve for only “a month or two” but is authorized to “declassify almost everything.”

Ashe in America: This is one of those anticipated disclosures that will serve as a check on whether we’re actually winning.

We can’t have a Golden Age without a Justice Phase and the core of any Justice Phase has to be elections. And we can’t have real elections without accountability and honesty for how fake they’ve been.

This ODNI thing could be a rug. Or, it could be the exact catalyst for change we desperately need.

I’m also awaiting disclosure (and indictments) on weaponization of government. They weaponized the government to prevent the truth about fake elections from coming out. A real investigative effort on the 2020 election would yield both of those change-making revelations.

I hope it drops before the 250th birthday. If it’s not a rug, that would be quite the victory to celebrate. And, if it is a rug, then we should probably declare independence again. Either way, July 4th is going to be epic!

In other words you will not have implementation of the Save America Act prior to the midterms. So the idea is if we want the Save America Act to secure the midterm elections, it is just improbable. It is not going to happen. This means Trump most likely does not want the Save America Act to happen.

Now Reconciliation 3.0 is the National Defense Authorization Act. Now why is this crazy. Because Trump has come out and made a declaration. “I will sign ZERO bills until the Save America Act is passed.” I think he has 90 days before he has to send them back.

So now we have the National Defense Authorization Act coming up. Sp what else is in the the National Defense Authorization Act?

So that right there is the prerequisite for everything that we are going to see with Joe DeGeneva.
