TL;DR – If you know how to read the Mayorkas document (because it IS in fact his document), then you will understand that the purpose of the report is to purge non-RINO Republicans and MAGA Democrats from law enforcement – FIRST from DHS, and then from all branches of state, federal, and local government, as well as private contractors, which may take federal dollars or “partner” in any way with DHS.

Whether or not you believe there is some kind of “plan” by the “white hats” for “devolution”, I can tell you this.
Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security installed by Barack Obama and “Big Sister” Janet Napolitano, has a plan to get ahead of devolution, and YOU are paying for it.
Gateway Pundit has the story – but they don’t have all of it. They did NOT read the fine print.
This is not just bluster.
This is not just for the bureaucrats at DHS.
This is not just for “we the little people” going to Trump rallies.
This is how they are going to PURGE state and local government and law enforcement of MAGA Republicans, moderate Democrats, and anybody else who SPEAKS THE TRUTH.
This is the “Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, and Mitt Romney support policy”, but it goes far beyond the federal government.
This is an attack on RED states, RED counties, RED cities, and even BLUE moderates who are not willing to toe the communist line.
So how does it work? For that, we look at the document.
We will be looking CLOSELY at two words – INSIDER and CONTRACTOR. These words lead us to what Mayorkas is really up to.
Now, before we get started, I have to tell you how such documents work under cryptocommunist bureaucracy.
When the communists took over my old employer, which I call “shallow state”, their Bolshevik and globalist puppets (who were installed to work around the compromised and paralyzed normals) had to tamp down all “upward flow” of information – and particularly the idea that this information should result in any unapproved action. All action had to be approved TOP-DOWN, and in general, it needed to actually ORIGINATE top-down.
Once that was accomplished, the commies and their go-alongers restored what LOOKED like upward flow, but was actually a kind of FAKE upward flow.
Off the books, and off the record, lower-level commie-compliant managers were TOLD FROM ABOVE exactly what they were to request, suggest or propose, perhaps doing so in their own words. No matter what, that request, proposal or suggestion was then “approved”.
Anything that did not arise in such a fashion was “studied” but not approved. On rare occasions, when it suited management’s purposes, some such proposals WERE approved after long study, but only as SHAMS and COVER processes, designed to deceive and hide. Credit for the stolen, killed, and skin-suited project would then be given to an apparatchik in need of a new cap feather. Nothing good would result from these projects.
This is EXACTLY what we have here. Mayorkas was GIVEN exactly what he wanted and needed, albeit with some cover language by the working group to suggest independence. One way you can see that smoke signal is in the larger message (I’m paraphrasing) that:
“We found almost no problem at all, BUT HERE ARE 15 RECOMMENDATIONS THAT SOUND LIKE WE DID FIND A BIG PROBLEM.”
We KNOW that the millions of horrified and pissed-off LAW-ABIDING patriots are not “domestic violent extremists”. We know that people like us are not dangerous. We know that protected leftist violent groups like ANTIFA and BLM are the actual “domestic violent extremists”, and that this is an Orwellian reversal.
But THAT is all cover.
That is a DISTRACTION.
What is REALLY going on here is something underneath the “outrage” of calling Americans like us “domestic violent extremists”, or even just “potential domestic violent extremists”.
This image is social programming from some Hollywood toxin called “The Purge”. This “purge” is actually antithetical to the quiet, silent, stealthy, Stalinist, DHS-planned “purge” I am talking about, but in an Orwellian and Hegelian way, it is used to create enough FEAR in the minds of average Americans, that they go along with the communist plan to purge patriotic Americans from Government.
Goebbels would be proud.
This is psychological SLANDER. And yet, at the very same time, it’s a PART of this.

Start off with a point that MUST be made. The discussion of “who is a domestic violent extremist” completely ignores leftist violence.

A March 2021 unclassified threat assessment prepared by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Department of Justice, and DHS, noted that domestic violent extremists“ who are motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the Homeland in 2021.”3 The assessment pointed to newer “sociopolitical developments such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence” that “will almost certainly spur some [domestic violent extremists] [sic] to try to engage in violence this year.”4

This little qualifier means no real commitment, but it’s designed to promote self-deception by our side, and to provide some gristle for the FAKE NEWS FACT CHECKERS to say “toldjaso”.

The Department’s Chief Security Officer led the Domestic Violent Extremism Internal Review Working Group (Working Group), which included experts from across the Department, including from DHS oversight offices. The Working Group also consulted with several interagency partners during the course of its review.
The Working Group found very few instances of the DHS workforce having been engaged in domestic violent extremism. However, the Working Group assessed that the Department has significant gaps that have impeded its ability to comprehensively prevent, detect, and respond to potential threats related to domestic violent extremism within DHS. These gaps, which the Department is working with urgency to close, may have impacted DHS officials’ ability to adequately identify and address related threats, and include the following:
• a lack of an official definition of “domestic violent extremist,” guidance as to what constitutes violent extremist activity, and an established list of behaviors that may be indicators of domestic violent extremism;
• a lack of workforce training specific to identifying and reporting violent extremist activity;
• a lack of specialized training for those best situated to identify violent extremist activity or behaviors that may be indicators of violent extremism (e.g., background investigators, Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties inquiry officials, and DHS Insider Threat Program personnel);
• a lack of a centralized, interoperable DHS-wide investigative case management system, as well as standardized reporting and information sharing mechanisms for investigating allegations of violent extremist activity; and,
• insufficient funding needed to support the expansion of the DHS Insider Threat Program, development and implementation of related training programs, establishment of a DHS-wide related reporting mechanism, and implementation of the government-wide federal personnel security reform effort called Trusted Workforce 2.0.
To address these gaps, the Working Group made 15 recommendations described further below to enhance the Department’s ability to comprehensively address internal domestic violent extremism-related activity to protect our employees and DHS’s ability to continue executing its critical mission.

If you just look through the headlines of the 15 recommendations of the “working group” that gave Mayorkas what he wanted, you will see that they provide a ROADMAP for purging DHS of those who may be threats – like people who question sketchy elections or murderous vaccinations.
Recommendation 1: Adopt a consistent definition of “domestic violent extremist” and descriptions of violent extremist activity and integrate both into DHS policies and guidance.
Recommendation 2: Adopt and implement a DHS-approved list of behaviors that may be indicators of domestic violent extremism.
Recommendation 3: Develop and implement an official DHS Directive that provides guidance on how to identify and respond to violent extremist activity within the Department.
Recommendation 4: Incorporate the list of violent extremist activity into DHS policy.
Recommendation 5: Educate the DHS workforce on the threat that domestic violent extremists within the Department could pose to the DHS mission.
Recommendation 6: Inform employees of their obligations to refrain from violent extremist activity and the existing reporting requirements.
Recommendation 7: Provide training on how to identify and adjudicate violent extremist activity to employees charged with personnel screening and vetting activity.
Recommendation 8: Enhance hiring practices through initiatives under Trusted Workforce 2.0 in order to deter and detect individuals engaged in violent extremist activity from applying to work for the Department.
Recommendation 9: Establish the intra-departmental sharing capability for investigations and inquiries involving DHS contractors and other non-employee insiders.
Recommendation 10: Promote early intervention to get support to employees who may be at risk of radicalizing to violence.
Recommendation 11: Establish efficient and accessible reporting and intake mechanisms to facilitate information sharing among stakeholders charged with addressing allegations of violent extremist activity.
Recommendation 12: Accelerate the expansion of DHS Insider Threat Program capabilities.
Recommendation 13: Incorporate the DHS list of behaviors that may be indicators of violent extremism into insider threat tools, including user activity monitoring.
Recommendation 14: Explore expanding the use of publicly available information, including social media, beyond personnel security vetting, to identify or investigate potential violent extremist activity within the DHS workforce.
Recommendation 15: Establish an ongoing DHS Domestic Violent Extremist Working Group.
Let’s look at those in reverse order.
The last one (Number 15) creates a permanent “Mayorkas control group” that can begin doing things much more under the radar. Again, as I said, they will not originate any ideas that are not fed to them from above. But once this group is created, there will be MUCH less sunlight.
Number 14 is notable in that it shows how they will use social media to purge patriots based on social media posting, and prevent new ones from taking their places.
Number 13 shows how they will monitor employees on the inside. This was done in “shallow state” too, but the original purpose was actual national security, later turned to politics, once the commies took over.
Number 12 means they are going to do this stuff quickly, before the 2022 and 2024 elections.
Number 11 is more Obama “information-sharing” crap, whereby DHS will blackball patriots and honest Americans quickly throughout the entire government. That INCLUDES Woke Military, now turned to shit.
Number 10 is code for “risk mitigation” by social isolation of identified patriots, and suppression of any networking by patriots and honest Americans inside DHS.
Number 9 is HUGE. We will come back to that one.
Number 8 is about preventing patriots from joining DHS. They are going to socially change DHS to be WOKE, and that means NEVER hiring anybody like Christina Bobb ever again.
They are going to do their best to keep people like Ms. Bobb OUT of DHS.
Number 7 is pure “top-down” re-education of DHS personnel, in terms of how to deal with patriots.
Number 6 is how they begin the behavior modification of people at DHS. This is just like what they did in Shallow State, and it works like crazy. People will politically change, when the job forces them to do so. They don’t THINK they will change, but they will.
Number 5 is how they set up the more intrusive behavior modification, by starting with “education on the threat”. This indirect accusation of patriotic American staff within DHS is also designed to have a huge “chilling effect” within the organization. It will create internal division and isolation of the “problem” people. This works on the same Bolshevik principles that were used to create Christian-Jewish division in the United States in the 1970s – but THAT is another story for a different post.
Number 4 is how they give the policy teeth BEFORE it’s actually tested and rolled out. This is totally unscientific if what you’re trying to do is create an effective organization. However, if you are taking over an organization, in an occupied country, it’s exactly what you want to do.
Number 3 is the big cheese – the big policy of “what to do” about the people to be purged or suppressed.
Number 2 is a big part of the real payload – the “how to determine who is bad” part. This is the PRACTICAL part of the “identification of the enemy”. This is how they DEFINE who is “bad” in practice, like the Nazi genealogical rules on who was a Jew and who was merely racially impure. This is the Nazi stuff. This is what my mother warned me about. This is straight out of the Third Reich.
Number 1 leads us back to where I started, with this image:
This is the THEORY of who is bad. This is the GUIDANCE of who needs to be purged. This is the “top-down” message on who should not be in DHS. It will by highly political, and BY DESIGN won’t touch the PROG-NAZIS that they want in DHS.
Now – I skipped over Number 9 because that one is going to be hugely important for what DHS is actually setting up. Numbers 1-8 and 10-15 are more about getting political control of DHS.
Number 9 is about spreading the purge.
Recommendation 9: Establish the intra-departmental sharing capability for investigations and inquiries involving DHS contractors and other non-employee insiders.
Understand this. “DHS contractors and non-employee insiders” is YOU, all patriots and honest Americans in law enforcement and contracting entities outside of DHS.
This is how it spreads.
One needs to look closely at the relevant section. If you search on the word contractors, it appears almost exclusively in the section for Recommendation Number 9.
Which I repeat below:
Establishing a centralized, interoperable DHS-wide investigative case management system and information sharing procedures for these types of investigations and inquiries will help mitigate against the risk that a contractor under investigation for potential misconduct leaves the applicable contract prior to the completion of the investigation.
Given that DHS has about 170,000 contractors, special consideration must be given to vetting this sizeable population, which has direct authorized access to DHS assets (e.g., facilities,equipment, information, and systems).
DHS has remedies available to address domestic violent extremism threats involving DHS contractors and other non-employee insiders, including limiting or prohibiting access to DHS owned, leased, and operated facilities and/or removing an individual from a contract, as well as referring information to an appropriate criminal investigative agency for further action.
Action 9.1: Establish a working group composed of relevant subject matter experts from across the Department to identify and implement procedures and system capabilities needed to permit information sharing of investigations and inquiries.
This is designed to spread the infection.
Do not think – with federal money going along with DHS contracts – that this infection of Federal Law Enforcement and National Security by flat-out communist political purges is going to be contained inside DHS by simply ignoring it.
Also remember this – with Mayorkas’ “working group” modifying DHS policy in perpetuity, it could get EVEN WORSE in the future.
In my opinion, Republicans in Washington won’t do ANYTHING about this.
And even if they TRY, Mitch McConnell, on behalf of China, will stop it.

Notice how stealthy and smart this attack was. DHS and other federal law enforcement and national security assets made themselves “integral” to all sorts of state, regional, county and local agencies and offices. They are now a “normal” part of local and regional American law enforcement. It is far easier to give in to DHS demands, than to tear up contracts over a few people who DHS asks to be blackballed and driven out of a “partner”.
170,000 contractors is a LOT of people.
Now, as DHS begins purges at home, it is going to “investigate” and “purge” patriots and honest Americans from everybody it works with.
It doesn’t matter whether any kind of “devolution” is planned, or just happening.
The idea of “devolution” to reduce federal dependency is a THREAT to these people.
If you thought the communists in Washington were not going to FIGHT BACK, when states like Florida decided to resist, you were WRONG.
DHS is GRANTING ITSELF the power to “vet” not only private contractors but also state and local law enforcement officers in contract with DHS, for the Washington communist definition of “extremism”.
To KEEP THOSE CONTRACTS, individuals will be thrown under the bus, and they will GO UNDER THE WHEELS OF DODGY JUSTICE.
THAT is the state of things.
In my opinion, if we ignore this, we will be beyond the salvation of “peaceful revolution”.
This is designed to give DHS the power to make all law enforcement OBEY WASHINGTON.
And you ain’t gonna like that world – trust me.
So what do we have to do?
We will have to fight back against this at every level. ALL Republicans who don’t want to live under Democrat neo-Bolshevism for the rest of their lives must resist.
If we don’t, the entirety of law enforcement and the military will – eventually – be turned against everyday Americans.
Those who would be our friends will not speak up.
We will be living in something very much like China, but also like Nazi Germany.

If ANYBODY continues with the mandates, then they’re no good, and are worthy of immediate removal from power. Anybody who cared about the data in hand would stop the mandates.
If they don’t care, and push on, then it’s because they care about something else.
If they halt the mandates, there is redemption.
But if they don’t, then there is revolution and correction.

Let me explain.
1. The Entirely Predictable Population Effect of Nelsonian Bad Vaccines
Linda brought in a link to a STUNNED Gateway Pundit article, which links to a STUNNED Alex Berenson post, which links to STUNNING data from the UK Ministry of health.
Please click the GP and Berenson links at the very least. Those links will explain it fully.
Now – HERE is the data that matters, in an EASY-TO-READ GRAPH.
What you are seeing here is that DEATH RATE among the vaccinated (ages 10-59 – NO ELDERLY – very important) ROSE RAPIDLY with the number of people vaccinated, until it was OVER TWICE as much as deaths among the unvaccinated – then slightly declined – slowly – to slightly UNDER twice the rate of deaths among the unvaccinated.
It’s not CAUSE, but it’s a CORRELATION THAT MATTERS.
The obvious argument that the other side will make here is that “people likely to die take the vaccine” – that it’s a self-selected group.
Well, let that argument be fought out, fair and square. There are many good ways to prove or at least implicate causation by vaccination, but I leave those as exercises.
But even if we accept that still very arguable premise, that dying people chose the vaccine, and don’t counter it by one of NUMEROUS arguments, then at the very least, the vaccine doesn’t seem to be making a huge difference in their greater likelihood of death. They’re still dying. If the vaccines we have now aren’t BAD, they’re at the very least something of a failure.
And the bottom line is STILL this.
For whatever reasons, and it doesn’t really matter which ones, in the aggregate, if you’re 10-59 and you’re vaccinated, you are more likely to die – about twice as likely – as somebody who doesn’t vaccinate.
Now, in MY opinion, that LONG DECLINE in the red VACCINATED line after it rises and FLIPS its relationship with the blue UNVACCINATED line, is very likely due to LEGITIMATE VACCINE HESITANCY.
When people started being vaccinated in great numbers, and then dying at a noticeably higher rate than the unvaccinated (LOOK at that PEAK), there was LEGITIMATE HESITANCY. People who SHOULDN’T get the vaccine, DIDN’T get the vaccine.
Do you see what I keep saying? Vaccine hesitancy is a METRIC OF SUCCESS OR FAILURE. It is not something you bargain with directly, IF YOU’RE HONEST.
Now, if you’re Rochelle Walensky or Anthony Fauci or Bill Gates, you claim that vaccine hesitancy is “bad”, but that’s silly. Vaccine hesitancy is a METRIC, and a metric is a metric. It is neither bad nor good, other than whether it’s bad or good as the metric it claims to be.
Hell – look at those results. If I’m right, VACCINE HESITANCY SAVED LIVES.
Unlike CDC and NIAID, which agencies continue to LIE and OBFUSCATE.
Now – you can see in the graph that this relationship has been known for MONTHS. But nobody has bothered to say that vaccine mandates, in light of that data, would appear to be a terrible idea, because if we’re WRONG about the “death group” being self-selected by anything OTHER than the fact that they took the vaccines, then……

…..OMG – IT’S THE VACCINES!!!
SO – until we know – we REALLY don’t need to be giving this vaccine to kids. WHILE it appears that the vaccine may be a health risk to those who don’t need it – AND KIDS DON’T NEED IT – there is no reason to BURN THAT CONTROL GROUP. And worse than that, there are all kinds of cost-benefit analyses that say giving the vaccine to kids is a BAD DEAL.
I would go further and state that the vaccines themselves appear not to be a good idea for ANYBODY, but I’m willing to accept the proposition that “generally life-shortening vaccines that are beneficial for SOME PEOPLE deserve to exist, for the benefit of THOSE PEOPLE.”
But yet, people like the Napoleon of AIDS continue to pretend like nothing is wrong.
There is a WONDERFUL article by a WONDERFUL SKEPTIC – “The Ethical Skeptic” – a guy who doesn’t see the world exactly like I do – but who STILL hits the nail on the head about DECEPTION – BOTH OF SELF AND OF OTHER – which I find very useful. This person loves to point out all the ways people can be DISHONESTLY SKEPTICAL, or, alternatively, DISINGENUOUSLY IGNORANT.
Fauci is just RIGHT up this guy’s alley.
Here is the article you need to read about CULTIVATED IGNORANCE, STUDIED IGNORANCE, WILLFUL FAKE BLINDNESS, etc. My man TES even jumps on Wikipedia for WRONGLY classifying Nelsonian Knowledge and Nelsonian Inference as forms of Willful Blindness, which they are not.

Now – let’s try to put this stunning little death statistic into a bigger picture.
2. Why Burning Control Groups is Essential if We Want to Create Artificial Population Control by Administered Disease Genes and Proteins
It’s pretty obvious that people (meaning individuals) don’t like disease, and vaccines are just a kind of “controlled disease” that we administer to ourselves to prevent “worse” disease. Vaccines are basically a way of bargaining with disease.
But do we trust those people to bargain for us?
Well, *I* don’t particularly trust them.
What we have here are people who are dead-set on vaccination as a solution to a problem THEY created. They are even more dead-set on MANDATORY vaccination – something which makes little sense in light of contraindications, which these same people rather remarkably declared DO NOT EXIST for one particular set of vaccines – which are in fact a set of really BAD vaccines, in terms of side effects. These people are rather remarkably unconcerned with the negative effects of those bad vaccines, which more than anything, seem to kill the people they are designed to save.
THAT last point is important, in an “artificial disease population control scheme”.
In other words, in the same way that these people seem to bargain for us in bad faith, they promote vaccines which bargain with disease in bad faith.
And here’s the kicker.
If, perchance, I was one of those people, and I wanted to HIDE our bad bargaining, and the bad bargain of the vaccines themselves, then one way to do it would be to insist on CONTROL of all study of the problem, and then – as part of that control – HIDE THE EVIDENCE.
Not to be distracted by the fact that the DOJ has also done this, but yeah.
So let’s take a look at HOW TO BURN CONTROL GROUPS.

3. Let’s Make The Current Vaccines Even Better at Controlling Population
This is “facetious / not facetious”. I’m going to seriously address the problem, based on the excellent results reported by the UK, home of George Orwell. But no, I don’t actually like it. But I’m going to pretend a certain cheerful amorality for “effect”, as I take this where it’s all CLEARLY going.

Start with the current graph:
First of all, these are not the people that WE THE SOCIALISTS [ remember – I’m pretending – but I’m REALLY trying to be like them! ] want to eliminate. As socialists, we want to eliminate mostly older people, particularly those who no longer contribute as WE see fit, but not party members, or those who benefit the party. SO – unless the disease is showing such selectivity (see below), we need to have either vaccines which show the desired selectivity, or different vaccines for different people.
Thus, I’m only going to talk about the vaccines that lower life expectancy, NOT those that raise it. Assume that these excellent longevity-increasing vaccines WILL be available to party members.
We can derive a much better rate of death increase than a mere double of the unvaccinated rate, which has been obtained with the current vaccines. However, everybody has to be vaccinated, to hide what we’re doing. Again, some people will just get placebos, to maintain a secret control group, but there don’t have to be too many of them. Not enough that people notice. The controls will appear to be random people in the middle, somewhat more healthy than most, but not too healthy, helping to hide the healthy party members who get longevity-enhancing vaccines.
The disease we’re starting with is already rather remarkable in primarily killing people over 60 years old.
This was quality American/Chinese work, but we can do better!
If the disease itself can be crafted to be more deadly at 70+, and less so at 50-69, primarily by increasing lethality toward existing conditions which appear exclusively at advanced age, the curve will better approximate a step function that eliminates the costs of pensioners. It’s already really good, but making it too deadly too fast risks senior party members, even with “good” vaccines for those members.
So what is the solution?
Now – here is where vaccines make this even more efficient.
Removing MOSTLY old people gets the world population down SOMEWHAT, but there has to be a generally higher mortality of ALL AGE GROUPS until the population is balanced where the party wants it.
Thus, we can RAISE the mortality by the virus somewhat, but that is only an interim solution, until vaccines allow control down to the individual level.
Once worldwide compulsory vaccination is achieved, population reduction can focus on the individuals least compliant with and least amenable to socialism. They can be removed as quickly as feasible, making room for more compliant and useful individuals.
When vaccines are basically “the disease” – such as the current spike protein vaccines – then individuals will be unable to discern that their elimination is intentional. They can be told they have the disease, or the after-affects thereof, without evidence.
“Stubborn” individuals, where correction fails, can be removed quickly, using vaccines. Actual disease simply doesn’t allow that level of precision social control.
Based on compliance of current scientists, who depend on the state and the party to remain active in science, it is very unlikely that there will be objection to population control measures at that level. As long as no single individual knows too much, it is unlikely that understanding of population control will interfere with the process.
The KEY is universal mandatory vaccination, controlled by the state and the party. It’s the fastest and most assured route to a pure and permanent socialist state.

1. Prof. Peter Hotez, Vaccine Expert
The first bizarre play in this little game was an establishment vaccine scientist, Dr. Peter Hotez, coming up with a whacky sound-bite by proposing that people who criticized Anthony Fauci needed to be arrested.
This guy is normally pretty level-headed, and I used to quote him all the time on vaccine science.
But YES, he not only SAID it – he tweeted about it, and wrote a column.

The second case of somebody on Team Spike Protein calling for “arrests” – although perhaps a bit more discreetly – was Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla.
This guy is a bit of an actor, which I can tell you is a “quality” of some Big Pharma C-level stiffs – at least from my limited number of interactions with them. They will gladly and openly run scripted con games as a form of business dealings. I kid you not. I was shocked the first time I ran into it. And indeed, Bourla already engaged in a kind of patent medicine shill act with Israel, when he was “not allowed to come” because he wasn’t “fully vaccinated”.
Oy vey. THE CRINGE. Stage left!
Such a hammy operation. We used to fall for this stuff. But no more.
Bear in mind that Israel and Pfizer cut a HUGE deal, and were BEST OF CHUMS when it was done.

3. NIH Director Francis Collins
This was the one where I invoked the “James Bond rule” and said – OK – this makes three of them – we’re looking at “enemy action”.
Don’t mistake the crafty Drax for NIH Director Francis Collins. Collins is one of the best FRONTS that Obama ever had. Collins was crafted by the Clinton and Obama administrations into “The old Christian scientist that the rubes will trust.” I was never quite sure WHY Francis Collins was not merely tolerated by Obama and company, but seemingly showcased. Well, by now, in the THIRD OBAMA TERM, it’s very clear.
In the same way that goofball James Clapper served as a kind of “useful idiot” in DNI, Collins served as a “useful befuddled genius” in NIH, to chill any suspicions of nasty goings-on in the now-communized sci-med-bio complex.
It is VERY instructive to read the Wikipedia entry for Francis Collins. The thing that will jog your memory is the word “ethics”. Yes. Remember when this guy was pure as the driven snow? We TRUSTED him.

A bit of a sad end to Collins’ illustrious career. I like to think that, somewhere behind the scenes, on the way to submitting his resignation, Collins told his “handlers” and “superiors” to go jump in a lake – that he was no longer going to cover for them.

What is difference between Managed Decline and non interventionist policy. The Bushes seemed to want to get us into every conflict to some degree. Trump to his credit is not the guy who says let’s go to war with everyone.
20:20 Col Mills I think there is a significant difference. Managed decline is we are not that different we are just like everyone else. The British Socialists turned the British Empire into a socialist state that was totally focused on a cradle to grave massive expansion of social services that is unsustainable. Focused on making the citizen [actually SUBJECT] a ward of the state because we are hapless feckless and without the state could not survive. So it is a different concept.
I am a big believer in the Trump Doctrine. We are going to minimize our conflict. We are going to minimize our foreign involvement BUT deterrents and capability are always going to be there to deter conflict. But if you cross a red line we are going to hit you so hard you are not going to know what happened.
That is different from the Bushes which is this perpetual: we are always going to be massively deployed forward in conflict.
22 minutes: Dave: most people have made up mind on whether should have been in Afghanistan or Iraq. Later faulty reports on weapons of mass destruction. Bushes & Clinton forever wars They were fine with us over extended ourselves until there was no sense of mission no sense of victory no sense of coming home. Bushes would wrap themselves in American Flag. I didn’t like that. We were still holding on to 9/11 which what ever the causes, brought us together briefly.
But that changed with Obama, where we were apologetic for our greatness. Apologetic for everything.
23:45 Col Mills: It is this leading from the rear, It’s this kind of third person, we’re in the bleachers wathing, we are going to let others take the lead. This makes no sense. We had the most capability, we are the most influential. I have done so much in the Special Op community and the office of sec of defense, so much international partner collaboration and partner building. THEY DESPERATELY WANT OUR LEADERSHIP!
And the Carter, Clinton Obama mentality is We’re the cause of the problem, by us even saying anything we are causing problems, so we’re going to let YOU LEAD THE CONVERSATION. When in actuality, most of these countries, the reason they are even dialogging with us is they look up to us. They desperately want to know what we have to say, they desperately want to say, your the greatest country in the world, SHARE WITH US. TALK TO US TELL US. And instead they get this John Kerry abstract lecturing that no one can make any sense out of…. They DESPISE being lectured to in the abstract about multilateral-ism, about all these Belfer Center Concepts. It’s like give me something tangible and actionable.
That is why I totally reject everyones comment that Oh. They didn’t like Trump. Actually I was in a lot of those meetings And THEY LOVED TRUMP because he was CLEAR with ACTIONABLE with TANGIBLE and when he spoke that had umph that had gravitous behind it.
25:54 Dave: He was also a threat in the sense that he looked at the cost/benefit. He’s a guy in deal making. He knows a good deal vs a bad deal. And business was great for the Haliburtons, business was great for the ‘primes’ if you will, prime contractors. BUT they were not in the business of the Tax Payer getting a bargain and TRUMP THREATENED THAT by saying what is the international community doing. Are they holding up their end of the bargain. How much tax payer money is going to maintain their security in countries we have been in for a very long time. That made him public enemy #1 for the military Industrial complex.

Dave: Let me switch gears. In 2008, at start of Obama years what were you doing.
27 minutes Col Mills: I was actually on the nat’l Security Council at the White House at the tail end of the Bush year & beginning of Obama. I was the senior dept. defence rep for what was called the Comprehensive Cyber Security Initiative. Most of it is unclassified. But was a massive ramp up of American cyper security capabilities. The Largest. Not all have been unclassified. It was one of my tasks during Obama years. It took us 18 months to de-classifiy certain potions of it. Democrats spend 60 to 90 days reviewing previous Admin.
It goes back to Dick Clarke, in 2002 & 2003. (Carter) In addition to IDing Al Qaeda, Bin Laden and saw our greatest strategic liability as our cyber vulnerabilities. Which lead to the CNCI program being established in 2007.
So the Obama admin reviewed it and not only did they like it, THEY LOVED IT, AND THEY WANTED MORE OF IT! And they wanted to pour gasoline on it. Because it provided breathtaking and magical capabilities. Which lead to some of the abuses we discovered later during SPYGATE. As to my shock, many of these collection capabilities actually were foundational to SPYGATE.
29:15 Dave OK so we survive 8 years of attack on foundational things we THOUGHT WERE SACROSANCT, like health care from a Constitutional stand point. & Obamacare, we had the rise of Edward Snowden & the disclosures that were there. And then you have this last year of the Obama Admin where most people were betting on Hillary Clinton getting a shot. You have an upset, but not an upset for the American people. he seemed to be invincible. Thanks to the Apprentice people knew him and had a sense of who he was so he was able to brush off attacks that would have destroyed any other candidate.
So you have this period of time and you also have General Mike Flynn in the midst of his time with the Defense Intelligence agency. Trump likes what he is hearing from this guy, so there are a lot of moving parts. So what I want you to drill down now is, during that transition, Col John Mills, what were you seeing in real time and perhaps, what were you asked to do by the various heads of different agencies.
31:45 minutes: Col Mills It on one hand it is complex and on the other it is simple. With this ramp-up of cyber capabilities, which provided an intoxicating increase year per year in the ability to collect big data and use big data analytics at cyber speed to make sense and take action. And there is a lot more behind what I am talking about which I am not allowed to say. But if you were to stand on the watch floors of these major centers and watch and see the simultaneous capabilities it was breath taking.

33 minutes Dave: So let me stop here. Most people don’t have.. Don’t share anything you can’t. Are you talking about a ?borg? movie and being able to in like a work room… the immediacy of finding information, whether it is surveillance through video, OR…. Col Mills : ALL OF THE ABOVE Dave: OK, so that’s not just Hollywood. So we have the ability to drill down and have a map of everyone’s LIFE, really. If you look at the metadata it tells us so much.
33 minutes – Col Mills: It really matured in 2012 under General Keith Alexander, and we also created Cyber Command in addition to NSA. But yes, the simultaneous capability to collect data of all kinds, pictures, voice traffic, data packages, data traffic machine to machine, internet, etc… Monitor Collect and INTEGRATE ALL OF THESE, it was an incredible capability.
Dave: Where do you come down on that. I am a small l libertarian. Libertarians are considered so naive because of the very things you are talking about. But at the same time we have got this thing called the Bill of Rights. we’ve got this thing called the fourth Amendment, we’ve got this thing called an OATH and I know you had to take to uphold and defend the Constitution.
What happens to the 4th Amendment. Have you had to do a gut check to be in the intel community. OK I know what I swore an oath to, I know what it says, something about having probable cause, someone being suspected of a crime, and yet many of the disclosures of Snowden shows that. No this was bulk collection thru a FISA Court, it is almost like a rubber stamp.
Explain to us. That might be a question a lot of us would like to ask is how do you reconcile the machine that you didn’t create but you are in the soup, right, How do you make sense of this by being a good soldier or someone who is serving my country while knowing this has got to be dangerous. It is almost like splitting the atom. Good stuff but a lot of bad stuff could happen.
35:20 – Col Mills Well this is a, again the alliance between the US Government and Google and Big Tech, didn’t really.. I was there the first few years of the Obama admin & there was a dance. But they came together in 2010, 2012 and to address your specific question, I have mentioned the word INTOXICATING. That is the challenge, once this magic is unleashed, and policy makers appointed or elected or carreerists start to see the capabilities it becomes INTOXICATING and it is no longer can we the question a reasonable person who has taken an oath to the Constitution should be raising is should we. And do we have the proper control mechanisms. Are people who are doing this doing it for the correct and right purposes. And I think the challenge is the collection far surpassed the standing checks such as the FISA process. It totally swamped and overwhelmed it.
This is where POTUS Trump’s term the Swamp and the Deep State. At first when I first heard those terms I was going I don’t know what they mean and after a while I realized I’m IN IT. I help to create this!
We need more & more White Hats to stand up and question this because these capabilities have begun to be used in mass against the American People to suppress and censor. We are facing an absolutely unprecedented Iron Curtain of censorship, that that, I do not mean this pejoratively or simplistically. Liberals always like to bemoan the McCarthy era, well I go there is only one person, if you understand history, that lost there job and that was McCarthy. Everyone else came out far better who were on “The Blacklist” Well I am sorry but this is McCarthyism on steroids, what we are dealing with right now. A lot of the foundational tools and capabilities were created for originally good purposes. [SEE: Haney above] Of course we want to track terrorists but we also have people who are in power now who have a very interesting definition of ‘Terrorist’ and they are using these capabilities in the wrong direction and the wrong way.

38:25 Dave The next question I want to ask you picking up from what you just said is, You have this thing that I’ve heard of and it’s Hammer and Scorecard. Is this real? [@ ~38:45 you can see Col Mills stifle a laugh] What do you know about Hammer and Scorecard. You talk of the Cyber Strategic Command, this unholy alliance between Google, the Obama Administration around 2012. But a lot of this stuff you are talking about is alarming for a couple reasons. Because when I was a prosecutor I learned about this system called Prism. [ @ ~39:15 Col Mills starts nodding.] And Prism was being used in a way where the DEA was giving tips to other law enforcement agencies and of course the prosecutors weren’t informed. Because if we knew the source of the tip, you have to disclose it under Brady vs Maryland. Under the confrontation clause everyone, everyone who is criminally accused should be able to ask questions of the people in the system. [@ ~39:35 Col Mills smile widens] And they created this way of training to hide and keep secret Prism so you had parallel reconstruction. [Nods again]
So when you talk about this intoxicating power, WOW so if you can keep this secret, [@39:55 BIG NOD] we can start GAMING the way we go after ‘Bad People’ [opens mouth and shakes head] and perhaps in the ‘name of GOOD’ get a result but violate certain Constitutional protections where we are actually as big a lawbreakers as the people we are going after. I know PRISM is different than Hammer and Scorecard, but a lot of these terms we hear about and it is almost like this mythic thing. But it is becoming more relevant now because we have watched Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium. We’ve seen what appears to be packet captures. And a lot of people are saying where did this stuff come from. Is there a plausible theory based on sources since that seems to be the Million Dollar Question. Maybe you can’t answer that, but I was at the Cyber Symposium, [Col Mills’ eyes shift to left several times] I tried to ask everyone and their Mom, as a Law prof, I do not know where to even begin to ask those questions. Since I have you here, I know I just threw a lot at you. — UMMM HAMMER & SCORECARD, what do we need to know about that….
41:26 Col Mills OK, under the laws regarding Top Secret there is essentially a 25 year embargo on top secret level information, so I will obfuscate here [Dave laughs, OK] But I think you are hitting the nail on the head. These capabilities easily pervert what was originally what was on white hats mind on… We all want to see justice done. We want to see lawful civil society. We want to see bad people put away. But unfortunately unless you constantly check yourself or there is a way you are held accountable, and there are control measures on the floor at NSA and other intelligence centers and during main operations. You have to be careful. I would say up until recently it was very common to self-report when you accidentally collected on an American. That was considered right and noble and those things happened…. Have to call in the lawyers….
I think unfortunately with some it was past that where it became a tee-hee, tee-hee LOOK AT WHAT WE CAN DO. And LOOK at how we can SPY on someone who has just become nominated as a candidate to become President. Tee-hee, tee-hee, let’s all go up to Fort Mead and have a small group meeting. And share the information tee-hee, tee-hee.
So I think the challenge is the lack of transparency, the velocity of collection, the exponential increase in the ability to collect. It really throws a lot of the accepted norms and practices out the window. Because it is now the J Edger Hoover mentality that takes over. Where who cares we are the final arbitrators of goodness, therefore That’s OUR CALL AND WE ARE GOING TO DO IT.

One, I love Mike Lindell and I am a big supporter of Mike Lindell. Two, was there foreign interference? I THINK ABSOLUTELY.
In the first two films that Mike presented, which were really the work of Dennis Montgomery and Mary Fanning [Hammer & Scorecard] Umm, Umm, Let me just say, umm… I, I, I, …analyzed this and there were 6 possible outcomes, bottom line that quality and that visibility is essentially nation state level.
AND Unless you are standing at the watch floor of Fort Mead or the FBI has some capability, or DHS, you aren’t going to see that BUT they didn’t see that I hold the Federal Government to the SAME STANDARDS. The reality is there is only a few federal laws on the conduct of elections so neither Law Enforcement nor the Intelligence Community HAD THE LEGAL AUTHORITY CHARTER STARTING POINT TO LOOK THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR THE RIGHT EVIDENCE and I know Chris Krebs [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Krebs], I know what went on. They did not have the people, program, resources, legal authority, or even KNOW HOW of how elections are conducted. To tune our collection capabilities to look for the right things.
So I question what Dennis Montgomery and Mary Fanning presented but at the same time I hold the Federal Government to the SAME STANDARDS and they are not being truthful because they do not have the legal charter to begin with on the conduct of elections, they do not have experience on the conduct of elections. So when Chris Krebs says or when Paul Nakasone [https://www.armed-services.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/Nakasone_03-25-21.pdf] says most secure election ever, THEY HAVE NO IDEA.
I think it would be far more truthful for them to say we aren’t trained to do this, we don’t know what to look for, we do not have the people, programs or resources.

And the RNC seemed to magically discover the term on Jan 7th. But I wrote many memos on that. On July there was a tweet from the president that essentially came from one of the things that I wrote. And the swampiest part of this swamp is I would say, in some ways I’d say a tie between the Dept of State but it is really the Department of Justice. In some ways Barr did more than any attorney general ever attempted to break up the swamp but he finally caved, folded and came out throwing the president under the bus. Most of this would fall under the attorney general to look into specific things.
One of the basic elements the Attorney General has never enforced, is three elements in 18 US code. There is no debate about it you have to be a US citizen to vote yet counties and states have worked with the DOJ willfully to register voters who are unlawful. … Barr FAILED to ENFORCE. In Virginia, 8 to 12 % are unlawful. We got that via jury duty rejection which comes straight from the voter roles.

I am getting a lot of questions about the timing or purpose of Jeff Sessions. The very short tenure. The reason why it comes up is because of the timing of when John Durham came on board. Can you connect some of the dots for us on what do you know about John Durham. What have you don to help assist this. But I think you can start putting the pieces together and figure out who I am talking about and which Cyber Security firm. I was there on a Five Eyes information sharing meeting in London. And I had been invited to this dinner. This very senior former official, I believe it was October 6th, 2016. There were about 100 of us at this dinner, most everybody is an elite, a Globalist. At these dinners we are asked to stand up and say something about ourselves and something we are passionate about. And he stood up and I have know this guy for a number of years, Sat at the White House with him, been at many meeting with him, and he had been very helpful to me, in some other endeavors which caused a great deal of allegiance to him.
When the microphone came to him, he stood up and says, TRUMP IS A RUSSIAN ASSET AND WE’RE GOING TO PROVE IT! He was adamant, passionate, he had a meltdown. I had never seen him do this.
Most of the people in the room are going ?? PFFFFttt [WTF??] What are you talking about, Hillary’s going to win. And he is like WE ARE GOING TO PROVE IT!
As more information came out, I believe he was in London at the behest of James Comey, and to coordinate with Gina Haspel on collection against Trump….. With the timeline of the events that I have seen…. It was documented by Rick Grennell and Ratcliffe, information declassified last fall, very important, that Comey gave the green light to spin Crossfire Hurricane up to highest levels. Essentially in the last few days of Sept, early Oct…. And I am pretty sure that personality was there.

Col Mills: As you know he is a prosecutor and as you know all these things are held close to the vest as law enforcement sensitive and as legal preceedings. So let me go, a lot of this is not publicaly known, it is not even known to involve-es such as me. I submited my 27 pages. It took me almost two years to absolutely insure that they had it, they received it, they acknowledged it and hopefully something was going to be done with it.
Dave: When did you submit your 27 pages.
Col Mills: Well I submitted it several times. But I didn’t have confirmation, it was early 2020. I was submitting pieces of it to DOJ and Barr since early 2018.
Dave: Ok so your part of that the 27 pages, does that more or less cover what you shared with our audience about the lack of good faith with Comey already having a pre-determined decision and having something he was going to sign off on. Was that what you were submitting to John Durham? Your involvement on basically giving a rubber stamp for the Russia hoax.

With the debacle in Kabul by this administration demonstrating an absolute lack of resolve or interest in asserting American values much less the coalition of liberal democrat republics in their opposition to China, We/they have created an almost unstopable trajectory towards world war. China looks at the fecklessness of this administration as a Green Light. Now they are under great duress at home. Shi is under great domestic duress. We don’t realize it. [Counting on his fingers]

The food is interesting because I have seen a bit of a propaganda campaign with the Bill Gates and the GMOs [eyes shift left twice] of the world who are trying to persuade us to eat really really crappy food.[eyes shift left] There is this really big kick to get us away from beef and cattle and stuff that provides great nutrition [eyes shift left, smiles] and I bring that up because I know that China is one of the primary consumers of meat, beef [nods] and we have got what they don’t have which is these large swaths of grazing lands. And it just makes you wonder if that propaganda campaign to get people on the Burger King Impossible burger or these documentaries like plant nation. And I say that because we already see that when it comes to distribution, Chinese control of our theaters, Chinese control over what movies America can show in their respective land. There are quotas on the number of films. It is kind of interesting that you brought up those three pillars. I do not think people realize how important the food component is. That is one of the major areas that we could apply tremendous pressure to reassert ourselves. [nods]
OK now I want to end on a more positive note. So let me ask you this John, You and I seem to be on the same page with what occurred November 3rd as being tantamount to a coup. What hope do you have and what gives you the resolve to fight each day. Cause I’ll tell you right now, that I talked on the phone with Lin Wood, yesterday for about 2 hours. And we are both tired. We have been fighting every day in any way we know how [nods] and it was humbling because Lin has been fighting a long time taking on all comers but it was the first time I sensed a weariness from him. Something has got to give. [murmurs assent] It’s September. If we go thru another election cycle and I am saying of 2021, there are other elections that are going to continue we to use these machines that we know are absolutely compromised. [eyes shift left] And if we keep overlaying garbage with more fraudulent garbage it creates the perception that everything is OK. We need to solve the murder mystery of November 3 last year. Co Mills: Well, we have no choice. There is no where else to go as I think Lt General Flynn has said. We have no choice we have to fight. Even as weary as we are as insurmountable as the odds may seem, we have no choice. We have to fight. And I think there is a growing movement that is unstoppable even though we are facing this iron curtain of censorship, I think there is a growing movement between Arizona, between Georgia, Pennsylvania. It is US the people. We’re the ones in control. It’s the COUNY, the county we must re-assert ourselves at the county level.
So I feel as tough as it may seem, as insurmountable as the odds may seem, we are actually building momentum in multiple areas and it is average individual citizens who are rising up. In Virginia we are pushing for a forensic audit. Senator Manachase is leading that the establishment doesn’t like that. They just want to focus on the gubernatorial election. We can walk and chew gum at the same time. We can take care of November 3rd and address an upcoming election. We can do these. So I have absolute faith and confidence because I can see a growing tide of citizens who will not relent they will be persistent and they will push themselves at the school board level at the county election board, its us and we are not going to accept the status quo.Because that’s what got us, we always assume someone else would take care of the election process. What you will see is an historical record of the increasing attacks on both this site and (by extension) our hosting company, who I always refer to as COUGHCOUGH.com, just to keep the attack surface a bit smaller, every time I don’t post their name.
Even if you know who it is.
Now, however, I would like to talk about our hosts a bit more, still not quite saying their name out loud.
Please continue to pray for them. They are in a tough spot. As will become VERY clear.
Since we began having serious problems on the site, I learned much more about how exactly we are being hosted. Even though we have upgraded our plan, we are still not hosted as “nicely” as I would like. I may spring for an even nicer plan.
Without going into the exact reasons, it is literally impossible for our server to be secure against intrusion by both American and “other” spy agencies and militaries. Thus, as soon as I became aware of the facts of our hosting, I realized that this site is simply not secure against state-level hacking and control.
That would include both the good guys and the bad guys.
Just as an ASIDE, when we were on WordPressDotCom, the “good guys” (or whoever was behind Q) actually “proved” to me that they were “in control” of our site in some fashion.
In fact, they actually did this SEVERAL TIMES. Here is what I posted after one of them.
While I am under no obligation to keep their “methods” secret in that regard, I choose to do so, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. They seemed to be watching everything we were doing at the time.
Back to the present.
We not only have to contend with hackers trying to come into our server from the outside – we have to contend with insiders in the back room at the server location.
At the time of my previous CALL TO PRAYER for our hosting company, that company began to notify customers that they had a “security problem” – which we all knew meant they had been hacked. The question was HOW BADLY.
During the last few weeks, I was notified that an email address was compromised. I don’t particularly care about that, because in the same way that people who have discovered the Kingdom of Heaven are excited about “things going there” (meaning they are not afraid of dying, and are “living for the Lord”), I’ve always lived with the “excitement” of my identity being revealed as one thrilling possible future. The deal there, is that this is a lot easier for me, than it is for thousands of other people, most of whom are on the other side.
What I’ve done, throughout my life on social media, is to tell all kinds of shock-and-awe stories – every one of them horribly true, down to the finest details – without giving enough details to make it obvious who I am, or who I was talking about. A lot of people in government obviously knew, but quite frankly, BOTH sides were well-served by keeping my identity concealed. The good guys learned a lot from my tales, the bad guys learned where they had been exposed, but since WE THE PEOPLE learned the most, the whole shebang evolved relentlessly toward what might be called “The Great Awakening”.
Sometimes, I tell people that I “mined” my social media with truth about the other side. I made my own secret identity something like a pin in a grenade. Pull it out, and bad things happen. Leave it in, and everybody muddles along, so both sides live to fight the next day.
The thing is, we are NOW getting to the point where the crimes of the other side which have been exposed by everybody else, are really approaching the size of MY OWN NUKES. There are all kinds of interesting futures now. I think there is more chance the other side will make more mistakes.
My feeling? Best to let GOD decide how this works out.
So – I’m not too concerned about what happens with me, but I AM concerned for our wonderful hosting company.
What happened to them is INTERESTING, and thanks to T3, I dug into it and found out that – TA DA!!! – I was right about state-level actors “in the back room” at our hosting company.

Now, I have not dug into this (as in finding and sifting through the data) to verify that we’re on the list of sites with subpoenas, but we certainly should be. The fact is, I am one of the few people I know for CERTAIN has subpoena-worthy stuff on a COUGHCOUGH.com-hosted site, including evidence of people with prior knowledge of the January Sixth “Buffalo Jump”. These are presumably people with FBI, CIA, Pentagon, or other government connections.
It was only a matter of time before BOTH sides would want to get as much information as they could, about what I knew. See, for example what I reported HERE…..

Thus, it’s very likely that SOMEBODY wants to know WHO has been monitoring our site, because it was only a matter of WEEKS after I revealed our knowledge of people having foreknowledge of the Buffalo Jump in November of 2020, that somebody made efforts to get people “in deep” where that data was. I was very impressed – those were very likely either “Team 1” or “Team 2” people who found it and got in there. It could have been NSA or CIA. It could have been Anonymous.
